Two starts for nice people trying hard, but this is a poor print/copy service. I will not use them again.I used Staples online portal for printing of a set of training manuals that I needed for the next day. The results were embarrassingly poor.My written request was for 10 copies of 40 pages, single sided, B&W with a color cover, comb binding with a blue back. Staples printed the entire document, including the cover, in B&W. This made my document look cheap and unprofessional. The binding was spiral, not comb, which made the manual hard to write in. The printing was double-sided instead of single-sided, which meant I had to scrounge up additional writing pages for my meeting participants. The back cover was the only thing they got right. I did not have time for Staples to re-run the job.I did get a call to tell me my order was ready earlier than promised, which was kind. Additionally, a staff member showed me that the color error was in Staples portal: although I uploaded a 4 color document, she received only a B&W rendering - so I guess they cant actually make the color copies they advertise. Unfortunately, she did not call to tell me about that discrepancy before she printed the order. She did remove the charge for a color cover -- which indicates that the request for a color cover was available to her. Finally, she told me that next time I should bring a letter on my company letterhead to identify myself because my materials are noted as copyrighted on their cover. She looked honestly confused as I explained that the name of the person placing the order (me) and the name on the credit card I was paying with (mine) were the same name listed on the cover as the author and copyright holder (me).She suggested that next time, I should drive to Staples and bring them my document on a flash drive and make my print order verbally. Apparently, this Staples is also a technology time-travel portal back to 2005.Next time, I will find a professional copy/print shop instead.

I had some printing needs and they fulfilled them very well. The female sales associate was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I would definitely go back and deal with her. I suggest this place to anyone with office or printing needs. I did not give it five stars because the windows are filthy and it really doesnt look that clean.

A manager named Albert was not helpful and just completely rude, but thats ok went to office max in crocker Park, where they were absolutely helpful, sold me a floor model and took $70.00 bucks off!! Staples train your employees better!!

My company had to get a copier, printer, scanner in the one manager lady named, Sabrina was so professional and helpful. She even lifted this machine onto her shoulder and carried it out to my truck for me because she knew I couldnt physically lift it. She went over and Beyond and was awesome!

I am able to get Dell print cartridges. here, and at a good discount. This time, they have to be sent to me, which is fine since they will arrive in the next day or two. The personnel here are very helpful and I would come back here again. The store could use some refurbishment, but these people work hard to help you.

Sharon in the Print Center is amazing! She is great at customer service, fun and has a wealth of knowledge. I plan event for a large corporation and she has kept me sane when I was about to explode.

Well-kept store with helpful employees. Never crowded, so help is always readily available. Copying and printing services are first-rate. Comprehensive stock of office and computer supplies, reasonably priced.

We were looking at computer chairs. We found a person to help us and he put the box in the cart for us. He was very polite and helpful. The cashier was very helpful also. We would definitely go back to Staples.

WOW! Talk about overpriced! I was told that the cheapest they could ship my package was over $25! I went to the post office and shipped it for $4.80.

We went to get a paper shredder. The staff were helpful. Things are a bit pricey, but they have a big array of school & office supplies.

The girls who work in the print shop here have gone above and beyond for us when making our wedding invitations at the last minute! We are extremely happy with our invitations and we will definitely be using them again soon for rehearsal cards!!! Service was good, located the items that needed. Received assistance when needed. 65 year old employed black man, excellant credit, dressed in a respectable manner, I WAS FOLLOWED. There were a few other customers in the store.

Had an issue with my computer was able to call and take it in right away they hooked it up and reassured me all was good no worries.answeted all my questions patient kind and very very helpful thanks again Albert and Patrick for everything. I now have piece of mind again

Very lazy Sales Assosciates. Its to easy to say we dont have what you are looking for order it off line. But in fact the product your associated stated you did not carry any longer was on the shelf right next. to him. At least make a attempt to try to service the customer

Been here times. Young lady in the print section wasnt pleasant and basically told me to get my business cards online, because she didnt have time to do them. So I went to office max in westlake. Worth the drive.

New manager is psycho. Big greasy man screamed at me he ran around the area where they print and got up in my face and wouldnt let me thru the door kept bending over yelling I was stupid cause I couldnt get the fax to work he said go ahead call my boss I dont care .I thought because he was being so out of control he was going to hit me or push me .I am 65 and he is around 30 maybe . So please dont go in there he is violent and dangerous. I called the police when I got to my car and made a report I was shaking so bad.
