Absolutely will be a life long customer! The front people are just so helpful! The doctor they have there is Thorough And so carrying and sweet. I am so glad I found them and they also except almost all insurances!

Ashley helped me with my original selection and was extremely patient. Ashley has helped my daughter in the past to find glasses that fit her properly which has always been a problem due to her petite face. Also, Christine was very kind and helpful getting my insurance worked out until Ashley could help me again. Like the professional she is, Ashley got everything in order and I can’t wait to get the new glasses. I would recommend both women.

Ive been forgetting to share this but its only been about 2 weeks so its fine. I went in for replacement glasses of similar design but I ended up getting a great deal on two pair instead. While assisted by Christine, I was convinced to get a pair for work and a pair for home and I feel like thatll work out perfectly. She also assisted in finding a suitable pair of frames as well. Couldnt have asked for better service.

I’ve come to this location since I was a child and have always enjoyed and respected the experience. Today, I came in to find out if my frame could be repaired. Christine, the optician, was very accommodating and helpful. She assured me of what my options were and promptly took care of me!

Today at this location was different normally I’m there to have my grandson glasses adjusted and either Ashley or Christine gave him “A” one care always. But today it was my turn to receive the excellent care and that it was. Ashley help me from start to finish with my selection and I am very pleased to say it was great with no doubt I will continue to go there the entire team is great Michelle, Ron, Ashley, Christine are all great.

Every time we come here, they never disappoint! They were able to look up my insurance and answer all of my questions. Not only did they patiently help pick out frames for my daughter but also convince me to get my eyes checked as well! We will keep coming back! Thank you!

Very poor customer service with visionworks staff and doctors office staff. I was trying to find out when my last appointment was and since the receptionist did not understand she hung up on me and when I called back got told that I was “annoying her” . As the head of a family of 4 that all wears glasses we are taking our business somewhere else from now on.

Ashley has helped me out ever since Ive been going there. She has done a wonderful job. Very friendly and helpful. The other staff members are helpful and friendly as well!

Christine was so helpful. She spent the time to help me find the perfect frames trying on just about everything. I wanted larger frames and she let me know how they would be too heavy since my prescription was too bad. Anyone else would have just let me get what i wanted. Thumbs up Christine!! You rock.

I had a warranty issue with some frames and Ashely at the Midway mall took care of me when though I was a few weeks out of warranty. The whole experience was more than what was expected and I always go back to this location just because of how she has helped me and my family select and buy frames time and time again. Coming to this vision works is the only reason for going to this mall. Excellent experience!!!! Ashley is Awesome!!!!!

The optometrist is really smart and knowledgeable and he gave me the perfect glasses I had a great experience with it although my wife says that he rushed with her but you did a great job with me so It might depend on the day

Autumn has some of the best customer service that I have had in a long time, saying this from being in retail for almost 30 years.The optometrist was exceptional, explained why my vision has been not good due to previous prescription was issued incorrectly.Appreciate the overall experience.

By far the best vision place ive been to in a long time! My luck has not been great over the past but the people who work here were awesome. From start to finish. I came In for glasses,and soon as I came in I was greeted by Ashley, she made it easy for me.

Had a bad experience at another eyeglass place and decided to call Visionworks to ask a few questions. They were more than happy to answer them and even check to make sure they were in my network for my insurance. I made an appointment with them and cancelled my glasses order at the other place. The doctor let me know that I was right in trusting my gut and that the other prescription was not correct and would have been way too strong! The doctor and his staff were very nice and helpful! When it came time to order my glasses I was impressed with their selection and prices! Big thank you to Leah for helping me pick a frame and being not only helpful but very honest! I will definitely return and recommend Visionworks at Midway Mall!

Well its funny their sign says we accept hundreds of insurance but if you have CareSource dont come here cuz they will not cover anything they will not accept that so just a heads up to everybody thats in Lorain county that believes it to vision works at the mall is going to accept your insurance so heads up before you get here have a good one

The doctor was condescending and rude. We were told our co-pay was less than it actually was and when we asked about the difference he laughed at us. He found our complaints amusing. The way he spoke to his employee was unacceptable. We would definitely never return. The girls out front for the glasses were helpful though.

So sorry I ever stepped into this establishment! Girl wrote out my prescription, ordered my glasses. When I went to pick them up, I COULDNT SEE MY WATCH!! They explained that I didnt order bifocals!!!! Hello???? Whos the professional here, that should have known better?! SOOO unprofessional! Employee showed concern about me posting a review and quickly told me not to blame Visionworks because it wasnt their fault! Hello??? Visionworks EMPLOYED this person that didnt order my glasses correctly, she REPRESENTS Visionworks!!! THEN, they wanted to tack on MORE money to correct THEIR mistake! So, to re-order my glasses, they had to REFUND my money to my checking account... Vision Works employee informed me that my money would be in my account in 2-3 business days. She told me this on FRIDAY... ITS NOW THURSDAY of following week. No money deposited into my account! I called & explained my very unfortunate situation to Vision Works employee.... She immediately cut me off and said No! It takes TWO to FIVE business days!!!! Im done! Vision Works is soooo UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! #BEWARE#UNSATISFIEDCUSTOMER

Worst place ever!!! First the doctor is rude and so is his wife. The very first day I told them I wanted a specific brand of contacts and they gave me a trial pair of some never heard of contacts and I told them right off the tip after having them in for 30 minutes I didnt like them...but his wife already had said she put them in to my insurance and they already approved them and I asked her what my prescription was and she wouldnt give it to me so I could order myself the correct contacts I wear!!!!! So than after they more less forced me to get these crappy contacts I had to put 100 down...I never went and got those contacts ....they call me 2 months later told me they were sending them back and I said I dont care I didnt want them in the first place and once more I ask the drs wife what my prescription is so I can order my contacts I know Ive always worn and once more she wont give them to me and insist I come in for another exam like the dr screwed up or something thats why I didnt like the contacts her conclusion was because he gave me the wrong prescription supposedly...once more I ask for my prescription and once more she wont give it to me...part of your job is being able to answer questions and customer service she doesnt understand anything you say all she knows is to say is youll have to talk to dr....terrible place .....never would step in here again!!!!

Customer service has gotten worse, not that it was great to start with but now it just seems like the customer is a burden and the employees are there for a pay check. They redesigned the place, looks nice but how about some customer service training for your staff.

This place is a joke. Waited 50 minutes for dr. I Was the only one in the office. It was snack time and personal call time as well for the staff. Planning the night out. I won’t be returning to this location
