The prices at Save a lot are good but this location is always out of so many things. Lots of bars spots on the shelves. It would be impossible to fill my grocery list at this store.

Has good meat values and specials. Understands the need for Holiday specials.

The place is clean they normally have what Im looking for usually have decent sales on meat. A little lacking in the dairy department but its a little store so I dont expect much. they do carry alcohol so I cant complain

Everyone in the store, and employees were wearing their masks. The employees were super friendly and very nice. The food is nicely priced. And their fresh produce looked amazing. Would recommend

(Save A Lot Cares A Lot)Save A Lot is a wonderful shopping experience where you can go to save money. Sure they dont have everything more top end stores have but for the cost and what you get here. Its hard to beat the prices. The staff in this store is friendly to the customers. The store is VERY Active. The only con I can think of. Is that the entrance and exit. is quite small and cumbersome. Wheelchair people will need to be careful entering and exiting. In case of a emergency and or a fire it might be a challenge exiting the store in time. The shop also provide cleaning solutions so that we can keep our carts clean and free of Coronavirus. Would love to see more stores do this! Kudos to Save A Lot who Cares A Lot.

Smaller grocery store but has good sales. Pack your own. Buy or bring your bags.

Short of help but good service

I really only had to go there today to pick my Amazon packages up from the locker it was about an hour before closing me and one other person were the only ones in the store everything was clean one person was stocking farm girl was at the registerI grabbed a few things that I needed was in and out quickly it was all in all a good experience everything because always good at that store besides the fact that they never have more than one cash register open ever luckily I went at a good time and I was the only one therebeing able to walk straight up to the register and check out and someone actually be standing there at the same time is amazing normally they dont have that many people working

Today there was a female employee with long dark hair and glasses that was extremely rude and disrespectful to a customer because he said they needed to open a second register due to there being more than a dozen people waiting in line at the only register open to check out. When she spoke to him very disrespectfully. Everyone in line started giving her a piece of their mind and told her she needed a better attitude. I have worked as a cashier and would never speak to even a rude customer in the manner she did.

Worst customer service, employees are disrespectful. Ill never shop here again. Christmas eve, the attitude of the staff was offensive. The woman screaming over the intercom system at her staff, left shoppers appalled. Then she yelling at a man who asked to open another register, then telling him she wasnt going to ring him up because he was hostile after she set the mood at this store. I just wish someone was recording this behavior and showed corporate how they treat their shoppers. Very unprofessional.

Just ran in to grab a few items.... Got in and out even tho only one lane opened. I wish I remembered the gentlemans name on register.... Fast and efficient. He was also very polite.

Seems like someone there actually cares about their job and take pride in it!! (Which is VERY rare)the store was clean, well organized, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.... First time at this location and I will definitely return.

I love the deals at savalot. You have to be a savvy shopper. Know your brands and quality of what you are purchasing. I especially love their deals on T-bone steak!

Great place to get good groceries for a low price. In my opinion the produce and meat aren’t as good as Aldis but they’re other products such as chips, fruit snacks, soda, cereal, frozen section has a better taste than aldis brands. So I recommend getting produce and meat from aldi and the other things from save a lot.

Its a good store, but - judging by the look of the area and its people, in broad daylight - I certainly wouldnt want to be caught there after dark.

Prices much higher than in Cleveland. No fresh meats - all previously frozen. Breads stale. Poor produce. Wont go back. Giant Eagle has comparable prices and better selection.

Not impressed at all with the prices I save a lot at aldi better than any place just doesnt compare.

The place sucks you cant always get what you were going for. The ordering managers cant do the ordering right so therefore some products may not be there for two or three days Save-A-Lot should be ashamed of themselves and should just shut down their corporation or do some revamping. With smarter managers or more experienced managers. Its an ongoing thing so theyre not getting any stars today. And Im going to rethink where I shop. I GIVE THEM NO STARS THE PLACE SUCKS

Small store and the meat is some of the worst quality of any store. They are cheap but lack quality.Edit: I see the company reply. Me emailing wont change the quality issue the meat sucks at all your stores its low grade that is your business model. Me emailing wont change that. You already know you sell low quality meats. Nothing else to say I gave a honest review.

Great prices on many name brand food items.. Not the best lit store and due to that the store seems a little worn down! The cashiers try their best to help everyone however they typically only have one register open making your wait time very long.

Prices are good but selection is not great. Very few name brands. Produce section is very small. Store is sometimes cluttered in the aisles. Seldom had more than one open register, so the lines can be long. After dark the area can be a little sketchy.

I wont be returning. The employees are awful. One of them was literally yelling at the top of her lungs and angrily pushing carts into the wall. Then acted like the customers were a total pain in her rear. She made me personally feel beyond uncomfortable and like I shouldnt be there. It was a hideous scene. Never going back!

They have a good selection of food, & the workers keep it neat,clean & orderly, witch is saying a lot for the Elyria residents that get them & their unruly kids running out of control knocking things off the shelves & mom not caring more for her own 10 children than her cell phone call that the whole store can hear,so I give the workers there a lot of respect & sympathy.....

I really like it there is a lot I think its excellent Ive been to other two other ones and I think this is one of the best they have everything and anything its a small store yes but everything is in the reach your hand everything you can imagine is there and the workers attitudes I loved it they were great

Fast and easy but not very friendly

Place is semi clean. But I dont particularly like shopping at save-a-lot. Their cashiers are slow, not like at aldi. I dont mess with their produce, alway bruised or messed up. And just found out today, they dont sell 1lb packages of ground beef, unless you wanna pay $8 a lb on 90/10. And for a single guy that doesnt need much at one time, doesnt make sense to buy larger quantities.

Clean, usually only one line open, and have to pay for bags. Bring your own.
