Great old fashioned down to earth service. Their roots go deep in Elyria. I was a child of the 50s when Id go into the former store they had. It was the old West River Hardware @ the corner of West River&3rd street..The old building is still there pretty much unused I think..

No Answer of the Phone (just a LOUD piercing screech).No Hours Posted (that I could find).No Answering Machine to Give Callers Any Info.Cant Do Business with a Company That Doesnt Want to Interact with the Public.( This is TWICE that this happened. I tried calling them a year ago, SAME THING !! )
