A nice place for small families to live. Playground for the youngsters. Safe streets great for walking or biking. The maintenance man who works there is so helpful and friendly.

Great place to live my friend lives on PA & him and his wife love it. I come maybe twice every two weeks and it always looks so nice.

Have lived here over 10 years, and have purchased two homes here. Have a wonderful team and community background. Its in one of the best school districts in Ohio, and is an affordable way to have a full family home without a mortgage hanging over my head.The office personnel are always friendly and helpful, and I have known Angel for the duration and she is an amazing representative for our families and community.Theres always community events, incentives, and fun activities, the pool is bar none absolutely incredible, and I feel extremely fortunate to have raised my children here.Highly recommend.

I have grown up in this park, moved here in 1999 originally and have lived in 3 mobile homes, I loved growing up here, we had a park that was packed in the summer, as well as a pool, everyone was friendly and we actually had a security guard (which was recently fired after 30+ years because the owners didnt feel he was needed), so when it was time for me to get my own place I decided to buy a home 5 years ago. It was great at first, management team was awesome, but over time things became bad, the park was sold 3 different time and now rumor has it it is being sold a 4th time and nobody here was told. I also received a 3 day notice to vacate because my lot rent was a couple days late.......... a 3 day notice to vacate, taped to my door DURING A PANDEMIC. I have never experienced such a cold hearted situation in my life, this is an example of an owner that does not care, I am mortified and sickened by this. I will be looking elsewhere to raise my kids.

Lived here for 6 years. Great place to live and raise children. Staff is awesome and very helpful with any issue you might have. Would definitely recommend.

Hoping to move into the community soon. I love the newer models, but even the remodeled older ones are ok. We have visited twice to look at a few homes, everyone in the office has been nice to us and very helpful. Peggy has been great with answering any questions and very helpful with the process to (hopefully) become tenants.

Looks like the park is starting to get a lot cleaner. The park is great. My kids absolutely love it. They just think that its just so Awesome in their words. Lol.

Been living here around 11 years..no problems..If you dont make any problems you wont have any..the office staff has ALWAYS been respectful and helpful..Usually if I do have a problem or question I always talk to ANGEL..she is a sweetheart and very knowledgable about park matters..I hope if management sees this please acknowledge Angel..she is one of a kind..she is a treasure you dont want to lose..thank you

Been in this area a few times delivering food & such . Was recently there to look for a place to live. Its an alright place, some parts of the community look sh**ty (not going to lie). & other parts of it look decent & nice. I only gave 4 stars because some residents there dont clean up the outside of their trailer & it makes the surrounding area look trashy.. besides that, its cool .- I wouldnt want to live there though--The the newly renovated trailers do look really nice on the inside 👌🏽

I love how peaceful it is! Just enough space in the yard for the dog, the shed, and a small garden at the house. The roads could use some work on the potholes, but Ohio is known for them. Lol.

I love it here. Most people keep to their own, but if you need help they are there for you. Managment is okay, they let a lot slide and it causes problems. Affordable homes though.

Ive been here 14 years. Its usually quiet. Dont listen to all the horror stories. If youre a good tenant, and dont cause trouble, everything is fine. The recent improvements are awesome, office staff is nice, and helpful. Dont let all the naysayers scare you away.

Its alright. There are some pretty trailers here. Theres a park for the kids, and people around here are usually pretty close. Although, I did stop by once to pick up a kitten. The amount of strays is really sad. These people need to practice neuter and release. Also, the people honestly arent the nicest or the cleanest. Youll see kids smoking and drinking wherever you go. That aside, there are some nice people and some nicer areas.

The advertising for the rentals was deceiving, nearly all the online posts pictures made it look as if they were full home or maybe a half house. When we arrived it was obviously not. After giving it a chance and going through with the showing the woman insisted on showing us 4 other units before the one we interested in. After all that we find out the only one we considered looking into (because of location and lot size) was not even available like advertised. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

There are better places that have people who know what they are doing. Look there. Not here.Very greedy people run this place. So much for affordable housing.

I Went To Get Me Deposit Of 860$ after They Told Me That I Had To Wait 30 Days For It And When The 30 Days Passed I Went to the Office And They Only Gave Me A Check of 171.25$ They Charged Me 248.75$ For The Water and Sewer and The Rent Of 7/2020 And I Was Not Even Living There And I Did The Title Transfer And Everything and They Said that The Water Was that Hight Because There Was A Water Leak And Yes There Was A Leak But i Fixed That Leak Like 4 Months Ago And If There Was Other Leak The Water Could Be Hight During The Last 3 Months What I Dont Understand Is Why They are Charging me That Amount Because Since I Been Living There I Havent Had The Water And Sewer Bill That High And Now That Its Me That To Go They Want To Charge Me That Amount And The Letter with The Check That They Gave Me Was Open I Dont Think That They Where Supposed To Open It.

I live here and I love it.

The park is nice and the pool is pretty clean. But the park is totally vandalized with profanity. The rent is expected and most of the people are arguing out in public. The office managers are respectful and are capable. The pool passes are now ID so kids or adults cant steal passes and claim the name on them. They are fixing up everything they repainted the fences added grills and lunch tables at the bus stop, they are getting more benches at the park and repainting them as well. They are also removing the profanity from the park. Most roads need new pavement. Everything else is great and is a wonderful place to raise a family or live.

Its a mobile home park. Its clean and well maintained has a new playground a basketball court for kids and a swimming pool it also has a picnic area at the beginning with benches and grills.

Great community weather you live there or are just visiting.

Really need to take care of the little ones. Make people feel safe again get new security personnel.

The office girl named Angel is extremely rude and disrespectful. The rules of the park are outlandish, apparently our children are not allowed to have “OUTDOOR TOYS” outside. I am constantly getting threatening letters from management about it. Children deserve to have the freedom to play outside and have fun. Another problem is all the vandalizing teenagers as well as the kids that play freely in the streets and walk in front of cars, and yet this issue is never addressed, only the people that keep to themselves and don’t bother anyone are the ones that get in trouble. NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE!!!!!

Management cares 0% about residents. Focusing more on making their office and mailbox buildings look pretty and more worried about dealing with newer, bulkier trailers being put in compared to current residents needs.

This place is a dog S*** preserve. Someone should remind residents that their animals continue to poop through winter.

Was halfway parked in a drive way and half in the street (driveway was full) so they stuck a note on my window complaining I was in the street. The street is a dead end quite street with minimal traffic, whats the problem? people can get around the car just fine.

This place is filled with white trash drug addicts. That sell, use and steal to stay high. Not a good place for kids or any respectable family.

Most of the staff is respectful except one of the office girls. They get into everyones personal business and are constatntly sending out stupid notices over ridiculous situations instead of trying to talk to the people directly.

I was told the neighborhood was pretty good but complained if you would use their driveways to turn around
