These guys were awesome. I was visiting and got in a pinch, needing a quick repair before I needed to return home. These guys got me in and out quicker than I expected. The price seemed fair for the job and they were good with communicating.

Cheryl at the front desk is incredibly nice and very pleasant to work with, they took care of the issue I brought it in for and even though they did an inspection to point out other stuff the car might need I dont feel like they padded the list to get more out of me like some shops are wont to do. I tend to do my own repairs so Im not sure how they measure up to other shops cost wise but I was happy with the price.

Brought in a Durango to them several months ago with a damaged transfer case that was supposedly replaced and in good order from the dealership that we bought the vehicle from. The employees at all right auto worked with us on splitting the bill and started working on the vehicle once we put the first portion of the bill down for payment. Tom and his crew did a great job in repairing my vehicle. Being a discontinued model, parts can be a challenge to access. Even after receiving the wrong part, they were able to reorder and complete the repairs in a fairly quick timeline, and also a fair price! Really appreciate the great service.

Wonderful experience and wonderful people. Thursday afternoon an axle busted while I was driving down the highway and we had a trip planned to go out of town Tuesday. We had our truck towed to All Right and they managed to get it done and ready by Monday evening so we can hit the road and there was a lot more work than anticipated!! They called and gave us updates when they found extra parts needing replaced or fixed and didnt do anything without consulting us prior to doing anything. They kept it as close as possible to our initial quote even with extra work being completed. I would absolutely recommend this shop!

Attempted to purchase a vehicle here. The owners of this dealership attempted to overcharge me for a vehicle that Carol quoted me 11.5k for. Then tried to get 13k out of it when the bank called. Then tried to tell me that they where asking kbb value, which after pulling it up is about 9500 in excellent condition. Which the truck is not. Shady buisness ethics, Grover basically told me that someone will pay it i have to other people trying to purchase it . What an unethical practice i would recommend you stay away.

They were busy but repaired my truck within 48 hrs. Repair costs were as expected. . Not cheap, but fair. Diesel engines are not cheap to repair. . Thankfully if they are taken care of regularly they dont break down often. They did provide advice on how to ensure you get the most life out of the different parts repaired. I will be using their services again when needed.

First time Ive used them and they were very friendly very upfront and honest. They quoted me a price on the repairs after they did a diagnostic to determine exactly what was wrong. And then when the repairs were finished the actual bill was actually less than the quote. Not saying that happens every time but that was pretty freaking awesome for me. And they got it done much faster than they initially thought as well. I will be going there again.

Ive taken two vehicles to them for major repairs. Each time the service has been outstanding to say the least. They have a fantastic guarantee also! What a great shop! I was passing through from out of state and needed a repair asap. They fit me in same day, gave me a good price, didnt try to sell me a bunch of repairs I didnt need, and were very kind. I have have taken a few different vehicles to Tom and his crew over the past few years and they have been awesome every time. I have been to a few other mechanics in Emmett and can not say the same. He is honest about the work he is doing and has never tried to gouge me on part prices, unnecessary repairs, or unrealistic or unreasonable labor hours. As someone who generally likes to do most of my own auto repair and maintenance, Tom and his crew are the only people in Emmett I trust with repairs beyond my abilities or ambition.

It is hard to find good service these days. Its hard to find people who take pride in their work. I couldnt have asked for better service from All Right Auto Repair! What impressed me the most was when I picked up my car they had vacuumed the front floor. That was above and beyond my expectations. I knew that if they took that kind of extra care with the interior of my car they surely took great care of the rest!

Another place, a corporate style one assessed our vehicle and told us it would need $400 in repairs, so we got the part and they said it would still be $300 to install. Something we were repeatedly assured wouldnt cost too much and only takes 20 min. by friends and family... So we googled and checked this place out, he said $150 max. We took the car in this morning, he checked it and said that part had nothing wrong, it was a bent rim that caused the problem. We went to a mainstream tire place the first time, I forgot to mention it was a tire place! They should have known that and thats a classic example of people taking advantage of naivety if you ask me. This place here is honest and decided to tell us the real problem after months of fixing multiple parts of our car even though he missed out on his pay day. Thats a real good guy if you ask me, to place people and honesty above cash.

Its rare to find a mechanic thats brutally honest, but All Right is more than all right. Theyll give you a run down of everything that could be done, then what needs to be done versus what can be put off or bypassed altogether. Definitely returning for future repairs and maintenance!
