Dent and scratches! Damaged my brand new truck. Lied to me about having and pulling video footage in their investigation. Didnt stay in contact for weeks. Denied my claim without even looking at the before and after pictures of the damage to my vehicle I had. Horrible way to do business. Gave me the run around after I spend 3600 for parts and labor on my brand new 2021 diesel. Just unreal..

Not good at communicating when an order has come in. It will sit for days or in my case 1.5 weeks until they call sometimes if your not on top of them. But the staff is very clever, engaging and personable.

Hi Nate. We have given you several chances and opportunities to fix the mistake made but all we have received is lies and misinformation. Our truck was damaged while in your care and when we spoke to the shop about it, we were met with defensiveness and an extreme lack of understanding. The employee refused to look at our images that we had and when he submitted the paperwork to your insurance, he supposedly submitted it to the wrong department. But assures us a proper investigation would take place and that camera footage would be reviewed to ensure they werent at fault. We didnt hear back from anyone for 13 days. When we did call back we were told that employee no longer worked there and that the said cameras werent even working during the time our tires and wheels where installed, yet that employee had already assured us that this footage would not only be reviewed, but had in fact been checked and that they wernt at fault. We got our insurance claim denied as well which seems odd since there was no footage to confirm or deny the employees story and they never asked for our pictures that shows before we dropped the truck off and after. This isnt some old beater truck with many miles so a small ding wouldnt matter. This is a brand new, 2021, 2500 diesel pickup that wasnt even a week old when it was dropped off

The crew at Les Schwab have always always taken care of me whether its tire repair or front end work. I have never complained about this location, and I probably never will. They are consistently the best!

Professional service and friendly, small-town staff. My tech was speedy and efficient knowing I needed a flat fixed to get to work. (He practically jogged up and knew who I was based on my phone call.) Definitely will bring my business and will send all my family members here in the future!

Paid over $2000 for rims and tires blew up from the inside. Took it back they said its gonna be $225 a tire.. I said I just bought these brand new a month ago. Then they were like who aligned it I said you did all that. Then they asked how long ago? Month ago then said said we only honor our alignments for a month. Seems like this place went downhill since Less past

After getting new front tires and an alignment in Emmett, on Thursd, we are in Fife WA getting an alignment. Last summer they put someone elses tires on our pick up and argued with my husband about it. Ours were a better quality.

Each interaction will be different, but for me everyone I stop in I get the best service Ive seen. Ive come in from everything from buying new tires to getting a fork removed from a tire and patched. They always help and on occasion didnt charge me.

I needed tires les Schwandt had them. I stopped buying tires from them 14 years ago because they don’t pay attention. Today I had to buy tires from them. They rush their work. I watched my car go into the shop leave the shop go back in and leave again. When I got the keys back I noticed that two tires where the wrong size. I let them know at the desk. Yea they corrected the problem but it took way to long. It seems like they are more worried about rushing through customers than anything else. I’ll never buy another tire from them not even in a pinch I’d rather walk to the next town to get a tire even if I have to pay a higher price.

Less expensive than anyone else in town,I needed a new tire for my trailer, Saturday afternoon, took it to the guys at the Emmett Les scwab, they had the old tire off, and the new one on in under 10 minutes, probably closer to 5 minutes.

Needed an 8 wheel for my boat trailer and it had an odd (very large center bore) seemed fairly simple. i spent countless hours on the internet searching with no luck. i even considered cutting the fenders off to allow to use a larger wheel. at my wits end i decided to try a tire shop. i was scepticle because i felt they had no more resources than i did. took a wheel off of trailer and went to schwabs. doug looked at the wheel, got on computer and said i dont have one locally but i can get you one by wednesday. i was in the store a total of 5 minutes. geeze i sure wasted alot of my time. he made my day! thank you doug and les schwab. have always had nothing but corteous and professional service when doing business with them.

Les Schwab always comes through when you need them. Need a set of used roller tires and they hooked me up for cheap!

Getting told by the Manager of the branch thats the way he has been doing if for 30 years and showing tons of disrespect to a person who has spent over thousands of dollars in the store, is why I choose to go elsewhere with my business. Cheaper that way anyways.
