The last couple days times we came to shop its been a huge disappointment in the attitude of the cashiers, and the organization of product, and most disappointment in the produce department. Ill share a pic just for an idea. And hopefully the associates will start paying attention to the rotation and importance of customer satisfaction.

This is my local grocery store, so I go there all the time...I also use the drive-thru pharmacy, which is very convenient...The staff are very friendly, and helpful...The quality is excellent...I highly recommend it.

The good; the employees here are great & they have an excellent floral designer. The bad, you have to watch the cash register like a hawk. I am always being over charged for items any where from $2-$37 bucks so far.

We went to the bakery for a birthday cake. They had tons of options and all of the available cakes were beautifully done. Service was amazing.

YUCK!The pharmacy is usually overcrowded with customers and the pharmacists take the longest time to fulfill an order (go to Bimart instead—it’s way faster and more professionally handled)

Found everything we were looking for and found some good prices.

Not much stays open late in Emmett, and if you want something relatively healthy to eat while visiting, this is the best place to goDecent wine selection, great grab and go, awesome vegetarian selections and friendly staff

Its an okay store need some updating the people are also but the prices are out of this world

1 to expense2 I have to bring back 10lb of ground beef because it tastes terrible first time I got bad ground beef they need to close the meat dept. Doors are suppose to stay closed all the time so it will stay cold in that dept. Thank you

It is decent. Although kinda expensive.

The food was wonderful, once we finally got it. The service was horrible. I understand theyre going through an owner transition, but to have only one server for the entire restaurant? It wasnt busy with customers, but the one server didnt respond to our requests nor even humor us with an apology for her inattention to us. Have been there several times and the service is very inconsistent. The food has always been good. I hope the new owners take care of the service issues.

Usually very accurate, but the last cashier refused to recalculate items, after I found my card. She laughed and acted like it was nothing. 15% on grocery bill is something. I will never go to her again with her flippant and cavalier attitude.

Emmett Id Albertsons has great fried chicken! We will never eat it from our Livingston MT store ! Tried it several times and NEVER good

Mostly go here just cause it close to home for quick single items. Wouldnt ever do our full shopping here when they sell the same thing for more money, doesnt make sense.

First time in Emmett, Idaho. Stopped in to Albertsons Deli to grab something to eat. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Felt at home right away!

I love this place

I was very disappointed in our cashier tonight. She did not greet my husband or I, she did not say goodbye, and she did not say one word to us or look us in the eye during our transaction. To the family checking out in front of us, she was very friendly. I have been shopping at Albertsons since I was a kid. I dont think I will ever stop again at the Emmett, Idaho location. Poor customer service.

Pros: Convenient, personnel are friendly. Their deli chicken is really good. Cons: Spendy on many items. Best thing is to wait for sales and use coupons to bring the cost down.

Absolutely no enforcement of covid protocols. Should be shut down if they cant enforce their own posted rules.

I love Albertsons in Emmett. Staff is friendly. The sushi addition was much needed and serve amazing rolls! Lisa, Brian, and Dee are my favorite. Brian is one of the managers, who has always made sure everything is up to par and handles everything professionally. Great Grocery Store!!!

Its the only store we have an Emmett right now to really get groceries. But Ive never thought it was a bad store. They have lots of coupons and if you really get into online apps their app has lots of ways of saving money. I have gone to that store and gotten over $200 worth of groceries for $130.

Always good deals

Although most of us that live here in Emmett get a little frustrated with Albertsons, being as how theyre the only game in town, it doesnt take away from the great job that their employees and the management do everyday. They have an excellent selection, the shelves are always stocked, good job night crew! The Store is very clean, from the front to the back, good job cleaning crew! Bathrooms always clean and stocked! Cashiers always go above and beyond to make me feel like Im welcome, wanted, and like Im part of the family. Thats a really big deal here in Emmett, where some of the businesses are sorely lacking in customer service. Every time Ive ever made special request for a product or item, it has been taken seriously and has been ordered for me ( with one exception did I even hesitate to bring up because it seems trivial.......bring in some comic books!! LOL) the deli always has an amazing selection, delicious fresh food, usually a reasonable price on meats and cheeses that Im looking for. Kudos to the deli staff. Also Ive ordered cakes half a dozen times for birthdays and whatnot and never been disappointed with the quality, price, craftsmanship, and they always deliver on time. Good job Bakery staff. The floral department/customer service area is always gorgeous. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I cant leave out the pharmacy, where everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and bend over backwards to help you find what youre looking for . All in all Albertsons offers a very friendly and personable shopping experience. This of course is just one guys opinion.

Albertsons is a great store. It is set up well, and had great support staff. Their prices are above the discount grocery stores, but the prices also give you better products.

Wish they would make friendly access aisle... Had to use motor cart.. Was hard to get around to next isle.. The promotion items need to go away please. Then you would b a 5 star

The staff, weve always found to be helpful and nice, if they dont know the answer they find out. Prices are really not that bad if you can wait for the sales, otherwise theyre a touch high. Overall, not a bad place to shop.

Today was my last trip in there.When I have to load my own cart when mister lazy stands’s there with his hands on his hips, THEN, starts asking me “did I scan that water? Did I scan that water?” I said I DONT KNOW THATS YOUR JOB!!Not the first time this has happened. Their customer service is the same as winco at top retail prices.

Convenient, clean, prices are higher than other grocery stores in the area. That is why I only shop for a item or two and do my main shopping elsewhere.

Way too expensive, has winco ruined me? I try and shop the deals but still always leave wondering what was so expensive in my cart. This store seems more expensive than the other Albertsons over the hill. They do have a great selection but Id rather shop at winco on my commute and save some coin.

It wasnt too bad this time. Not as busy as usual. And just so you know, that would n t even be so bad if they have enough checkers on!!!!!

You always seem to always have a motorized cart whenever I come and I want you to know I appreciate that very much. Im able to get in and get what I want and go down the aisles without any trouble. And feel the same as any other shopper even though I am not pushing a cart I feel able to participate thank you Albertsons Kimber.
