Up until last month or two I had excellent service in there I never had any issues with any of the employees but lately there customer service has been really poor I even had one of their represented it was hanging up on me and the middle of a conversation once I get my stuff that I need paid off Im never going back

They had excellent service, and answered all our questions professionally. They were super helpful and we found everything we needed in the same spot. They worked with us on payments. It was amazing, there is no one else like them.UPDATE: they scammed us out of our money the manager they just fired was unfortunately stealing from the company. Im happy the got rid of him. Time to turn a new leaf.

I wont ever go back to these guys. For one I answered the door and they walk in without asking and took the item. They dont know how to be respectful to people or disabled veterans. They call right after a payment wanting you to make another payment.

Manager personally called wanting payment even prior to it being due. I was one day late because their website was down and the manager called my job and my wifes mother. Apparently this is legal. Merchandise went back. I do not reccomend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service.

They let some use my husbands account will he was locked up and are trying to charge him 200 hundred dollars for stuff he never got and wouldnt not rent to him because hes with me

This place is a jole they say they will work with u and they wont they say one price and then change it so if u want take a chance but im leaving rent a center
