I rejoined tmobile 8 months ago and I went to this store to buy a new phone and new service and I was very happy with the customer advice by the employees, I went back to add my niece, then again to help my dad switch to Tmobile from Verizon & get a phone. Every time they were pleasant, patient, and very helpful. Its definitely important when you go to receive service somewhere and you are treated well, makes you want to keep doing business their.

We switched 4 lines from Verizon to try and save on our monthly bill. We declined the insurance in store and received a bill 4 days later that showed 4 insurance plans. I contacted the store and they said there is nothing that can be done and a manager would look into Friday 4 days from now. The Sprint call center offered a $20 credit which is not enough to cover the insurance that was billed. Felicity was clearly trying to boost her sales numbers. The amazing part is that the company is not willing to back the deceptive practice and make it right. We will be switching providers as soon as possible.Update.....Someone at the store called and made the proper adjustments to the bill. I’m glad it was eventually addressed and made right but I am disappointed by how hard I had to work to get it handled. I am upgrading the rating to 3 stars from 1 and will give Sprint another shot.Update 3/1/19Felicity failed to mention this was a promo rate and will expire in a year. Just received my new bill and it went up from $177 to $243. Buyer beware and avoid sprint. Sprint Corporate is not willing to help. On the hunt for a new provider and now have to pay $798 to cancel this one.

I was greeted right when i entered the store. Also, i was attended right away and did not have to wait. They helped me find a great phone. They even offered a great screen protector for my new phone. It didnt take them that long to get me in and out of the store. They were very helpful and they knew what they were talking about.

It’s good cellular reception, but the customer service in emporia sucks. The people who work there are always making you feel like an inconvenience to them. They don’t ever seem to want to do any work or help anyone out unless you’re buying a phone and even then they only help because they want the commission money. They also give you a quote on what your monthly bill would be. I thought with having an unlimited plan you’d have the same price every months but NOPE! Depending on how much data I use it goes up. Makes no sense. Tried to call to see why this was and they were rude and said whelp sorry sucks to be you go to the my sprint app and figure it out yourself. Sprint is also pretty pricey as well. They tack on expenses thinking you won’t notice but when you do, they do nothing to help the situation. Maybe if emporia employees weren’t such jerks I’d give it a 4 star. Wouldn’t be able to give it a 5 star though due to the random expenses tacking on.

I always enjoy coming into sprint, the service is just amazing. I always feel welcomed and appreciated when i come in. Even if its for just paying my bill or im having phone troubles. The staff is always of great help and very professional.

Went to this store while on my way to Kansas City because I was having issues with my phone. Walked in and was greeted right away by the employees. Did not wait long and was helped by a nice young lady. She was extremely helpful in trouble shooting my problems and guiding me through them. All in all the entire staff there was professional and courteous!

This is the worst phone company you could ever use. The corporate store does not communicate with their customs with respect. Avoid this company. There dishonest and crooks. They tried to overcharge u two times after I called the company 4 times explaining I never authorized a service. The manager said he fixed everything but did not actually do anything at all. I called again the next day to ensure that the service was not on my CANCELED phones and it was on my account and the customer service manager LIED AGAIN. This is now the 3rd time having customer service lie to their customers. This company is going down the drain. They do not have anyone intelligent enough to properly explain bills or charges, and when they are in the WRONG, they will do WHATEVER it takes to NOT help you and ignore your problems. The Memphis, TN (Bartlett) location specifically is ridiculous. I waited 2 hours for them to do nothing at all and not even cancel my service. They were talking to each other, drinking in front of customers, eating and not paying attention to customers waiting in the lobby. I dont even want to give a star for this company, but to just warn others before making the mistake. DO NOT GO TO SPRINT OR ANY MEMPHIS, TN LOCATION! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!

The Sprint store in Empiria was great in helping me get a new phone and switch from Verizon. I had some problems learning and using my new phone and Carrie Kellie went out of her way to help and assist me, she is the best!! So if you are looking for a new phone or wanting to switch cell phone companies I highly recommend going and visiting with them !

Very friendly staff and very willing to help. Jacob barbee worked with me and he was very knowledgable and helpful. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and it seemed that he genuinely enjoyed helping me while others have made me feel like a bother. Great addition to the team. People like this are why I stay with sprint!! Awesome service!!

I needed a new phone before leaving for Italy. My previous provider was not willing to help me out in the short amount of time before I leave. I went to sprint to see what my options exult be with them. An hour later, I walked out with a brand new i-phone (my previous provider was only willing to give me a refurbished phone). I had SO many questions and was very indecisive. The girl who helped me was so patient and incredibly helpful. Thank you guys, my new phone will keep me connected with my family while Im gone!!!

I came into the store to get a quote on new cell phone my experience was so much berter than T-mobile which is where my current service is. I am not satisfide with them. Jessica Leon was my cell rep. She was so awsome gave me all the information I needed. Will soon be switching to Sprint. You sales staff was very knowledgeable about services as well as phone. Jessica Leon deserves an A rating from me.

Before I begin let it be known that Sprint literally picks and chooses who to write reviews for them by literally setting the happy customers up to write good reviews!!! This place is scandalous to a T! They have workers like Veronica that flirts and makes advances at married men and she also stalks customers off of the sprint location. And the store manager, Levi, which by the way is an ex druggy, doesnt have what it takes to act the manager position. They knowingly con customers into buying their so-called FREE tablets just to hold out on the fact that they are not FREE by far and everyone notices that as soon as they receive their bill the next month!! I have witnessed for myself how angry customers come in to address the many problems that their CRAP phones and accessories just to have the employees talk horribly about them as soon as they leave the store! Wouldnt waste your time and money with this place when Walmart sells better quality phones at way lower prices and no hidden fees and has 100% better customer service. You cant even address any issues you have with corporate because in their opinion the customer is always wrong!! My husband and I are currently suing this place for deprivation of character and mental anguish and we have proof to back everything up! I pray that nobody else is put through all the crap that we were by this place and their so called employees. That being said GOOD RIDDENS!!!

It blows my mind that you who just started helped me with a problem that has been going on for TWO months in just 1 day! You who just started did a better job than any phone rep who just gave us the run around and did nothing to help me. You did more for me and my boyfriend than any of the Managers in the other stores that we were told to go to, to fix everything. You should be a member of management for the sprint store in Emporia. I went in with a network issue this afternopn & was greated right away & was told id be helped as soon as possible. It was understandable as i saw they were extremely busy. When they finally got to me, they walked me through every step that they were doing. Naty & Jacob were really knowledgable & professional during my entire experience. They took their time with each customer & gave them their undivided attention. It was noticeable that eryone in the store was very pleased with them. Ive been a customer for years & always have a good experience when i visit the store. I will definitely be recommending Sprint to friends & family!
