Ive been shopping at La Costa kids for 4 years now, and I absolutely love this place! They always have the cutest clothing and shoes for my daughter, that you wouldnt be able to find anywhere else for such a great price. Often times they will have BRAND new clothing from reputable brands (That might be from an older season). Ive never had an issue with the owner or any employees, and Ive sold here often. So not sure if other older reviews were isolated incidents, or misunderstandings? This is an upscale clothing store, and they sell high end brands that youd often find at stores like Nordstrom. So if youre looking to sell brands that youd often find at Target or Kohls, Id recommend a store like Baby Exchange in east county. At any rate, highly recommend to check out La Costa Kids, I am addicted to this place!

Found wide selection of snow gear, all good quality, perfect for occasional SoCal snowbunnies.Both girls and boys had assortment of quality brand clothes and shoes, dance wear too, too bad we didnt need more clothes!Ps- Healthy Creations bakery next door is great for after shopping snack

I love everything about this store. Its the only place I buy my kids clothing now. The clothes are beautiful, inexpensive, and its better for the environment. Whats not to love??Oh, and they also have a kiddie play area in the back so my kids can play while I shop.

Boy, I tell ya. I dont like writing bad reviews. BUT, I have to say that the experience that was just had there was DISGUSTING. The tone and the way the staff treated us was downright AWFUL. In the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL way possible, we were told that the brands we brought in were not on the approved brands list. And, when we asked what brands they accepted? We were told to walk around the corner, get our phones out and check the website. Holy moly simply NO. Dont shop here, dont visit here, there are more considerate polite places to do business. NEVER AGAIN.

This is a jewel for kids clothing. I am proud to say as a dad I can dress both my kids in quality clothing at a fraction of the price, in minutes. The surfing clothing brands are spectacular. The nice thing is everything is organized by size and tagged and it’s all good stuff. It’s the polar opposite of rolling down to Marshall’s...and killing 45mins looking through bargain racks of off brands. Well done!

If I could give it a ZERO--snotty woman who owns this place. Horrible customer service. I will never be back and make sure that others refrain from wasting their time here. There are plenty of other MUCH nicer places to spend your time and money. Dont waste it here!

Decent prices for second hand clothes in great shape.

Well stocked with tons of cute, reasonably priced kids clothes, shoes, and a few baby equipment items. We loved it. Highly recommended.

It used to be great but the new owner is rude to sellers and the clothing selection is now pretty basic. I miss the eclectic, high fashion items.

The lady who owns this shop is an absolute nightmare. I have never met someone working in retail who is so bad at working with people. She is extremely rude and talks down on you. I don’t know how someone like this can still be in business. I would give this a much lower rating is possible. This owner is an absolute joke!

I like this store a lot but the owner/ buyer is soooo nasty rude!I bring things in there and watch while she verbally slams every customer that comes in to sell their stuff. Shes picky and thats ok.. just so cold and rude to the poor ladies who walk in there hoping to sell their gently used kids clothes. And dont bring the WRONG brand names! Oh heavens! Most of us have no idea what brands come from what stores. I have seen this behavior everytime I walk in there. She acts like shes so put out to have to go through the items that have have possible stains...but yesterday I brought items on hangers! OMG! I prefer no hangers. GEEZ lady...what else do you prefer! Its a USED CHILDRENS STORE! Cant get over the poor ladys face yesterday as she was chastised for bringing in an item with a spot. The last time I was selling stuff it was the same thing. She leaves people with zero dignity as they walk out the door. Thats the last time I buy or sell at La Costa Kids!
