I went in here today to buy my mom a new phone, upgrade, for her birthday. She accidentally deleted her yatzy game on her old phone. I tried getting it back but no luck. They got it back onto her new phone. They went above and beyond to help us. I am very pleased with the experience we’ve had here today. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. So I came in to get my sim card fixed, ended up needing a new one. That was the least of the worries, but the owners of Talk Of Da Town persevered with customer service on the boost mobile and sprint ends for me and juggled other customers until my problem was resolved a little over an hour later. I 10/10 recommend them at their endicott location and Binghamton location at 157 Clinton St. Thank you guys again!!
