Im very particular when it comes to my car, and was pleasantly surprised when I saw how well Elite Collision Center performed. I had envisioned there being flaws in the paint job or body work that would bother me for the rest of the time that I owned the car, but it really is impossible to know that its been in an accident. Each of the employees I met were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone debating on where to take their car following an accident.My only recommendation for the company is to create a before and after gallery on the website to display the quality of work you provide. I think folks will be impressed.

I needed auto body work and they did a good job. Willing to complete the job with used parts. Kept safety in mind.

I was in an accident and the other person took their car to Elite. Told them I knocked off the front of their car. That person had bought it like that at the car auction and there r pictures. Committed fraud. Elite totaled their car when I did not cause any damage that wasn’t already there. They should have looked closer. The damage done to their car was done a year before according to CarFax. Shame for not looking closer than what you did. I had a fist sized bump on my tailgate. I did not use Elite nor will I ever use them

Had pretty thorough hail dent damage throughout the body of my car. When I went to pick up my car, I was speechless. My car looked brand new. The Paintless Dent Repair that they do at Elite is top notch and there is no doubt that there is a reason that this place was so highly recommended to me in the town of Enid, Oklahoma. If you experience any type of hail damage like I did, I can assure you that you will be more than pleased with Damian and his team as they handle your car repair. They are very flexible and were always willing to adjust scheduling to make it work for me during my busy schedule. Had to get the tailgate of my vehicle fixed due to an accident. Elite works with you and your insurance company to make sure it goes smoothly. The customer service was great. Very nice to work with. The environment is welcoming and friendly. Time and product was fast and very well done. It looks as if nothing was ever wrong with my car. I would highly recommend if you need anything worked on to stop in and use Elite.

Great work and wonderful (and patient) staff. I appreciated how they took the time to walk me through all the repairs that would need done during my initial estimate and the things that were important to me, especially since this was my first time having my car wrecked. My car doors and interior airbag look brand new. They actually came in slightly under my repair budget and they also gave it a much needed carwash. I hope to not have more car damage repair, but if I did I would definitely return!

Super nice people, knowledgeable, and best of all courteous. Unfortunately they didnt get to work on my truck, it was totaled out, but they did let me store it and were sympathetic about the whole thing and made sure it wouldnt be released until we got all our stuff out. So ty very much to them.

Very poor communication skills the receptionist Destiny is very unprofessional and rude watch out for her when you get your car repaired she will quote one price and charge another especially when they find out that a insurance company is involved. She did not call and advised that there was other work done and I dont trust that the work they said was done really was.They will try to find ways to milk every drop of insurance money scandalous!!! I highly do not recommend this place of business to anyone

I am not from Enid, or even Oklahoma, but I had a fender bender in my 2012 Ram 1500 and the first place I called was Elite and said they were more than happy to work with my insurance and get my truck back on the road for me. They did a phenomenal job the truck looks better than the day I bought it. However, i got the truck home and realized the turn signal stopped working I called them and let them know what happened and they asked me to bring it in. I brought the truck in the they found the problem in a few mins and to no fault of their own they still gladly fixed it for me. Everyone there was extremely friendly and would recommend to anyone. They kept me accurately updated on repairs to my truck, put on the same paint scheme I originally had, and just an overall great job.

Im from out of town and worked in Enid. Back in June I took my car to Elite because of wind damage to my door on my Trail Blazer. They fixed my door, the body work they did looked good but when I got my car on the highway it had a horrible air leak . I called the day after, explained the issue to s girl who worked there and she was pretty rude. I lost my job the next day and went home to Houston. My door has progressively gotten worse. I called Carma, who is very nice, she wants me to bring the car back to get fixed, but Im 500 miles away. I called Carma a week ago and asked if I bring it to another shop to be looked at and she said she would ask Damien, the owner? Well, she never called me back, she blew me off. If want your car fixed the second or third time, Elite may be your place. If you want your car fixed the first time, you might want to go elsewhere.

Fixed my vehicle in a timely manner, and even fixed issue that was noticed later. Very friendy staff and pleasant conversations while I waited.
