Two Stars is Generous, and thats just for the ladies inside. They were nice, helpful, and tried to be understanding. The Service Place slow, not attentive, lot is unsecured, customer vehicles left unlocked, things were stolen, they we not helpful in refunds returned for stolen items. The work we had done was costly and to come away with no fluid is utterly ricidiclious. DO NOT RECOMMEND (SADLY).

Everything is always good. When I left my appointment yesterday my check engine light came on and there was a weird smell when I turned my ac on. I got home and noticed they forgot to put oil cap back on. Things happen i understand. I took it back today and they were sincerely apologetic and got it fixed up. I appreciate you guys!

Ok. I live in western ok was in Perry visiting my mom.we went to Enid to have lunch with my daughter and family. Thats when my electric window refused to roll up. I was in a panic, you all know Oklahoma can produce a rainstorm quickly. I contacted 4 businesses in Hopes someone could help me. Then I pulled into Nortcutts service dept. And Aaron was so kind helpful courteous and any other good adjectives you can think of. I was expecting a long arduous wait and a crazy amount of money. I didnt have to experience either. It was a huge blessing and Aaron is an angel. A raise or employee of the month is in order here. I can guarantee I will be back to purchase a vehicle when I can. Wonderful Dealership. Currently owned a 2015 Chevy SS. For the past year and a half had so much trouble with very loud brake noise. Northcutt was very patient and did their best in resolving issue. But issue just couldnt be fixed. They went out of their way to make sure I got into something more reliable and would enjoy. So yesterday they put me in 2017 Chevy SS. It is so beautiful and drives so much better than my previous car. And no BRAKE NOISE what so ever!! Even made sure it was updated with wonderful window tint just like on my other car. Cant say enough about how their team treated me. Very Stellar Group! They will always have my business and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great deal and wonderful service!!!

We took our car to have service done with program a key fob and do a tire rotation. When I picked up the car, my husband noticed that the tires was not rotated. The thicker tread is still on the back where it was to start with.We went back the next day, since the Service department was closed when we got the car back. The service manager tried to say that he watched the tech do the rotation, but we have our own tire depth gauge and knew what each tire was the night before we brought it in. Then he acted like they will do another one since he insisted that the first one was done, just to make us happy. But it is the fact that we noticed and had to bring to their attention and they do not want to take responsibility for not doing the job.I would not take my car to have service done there since I can’t believe if they only do it half way or not at all, then have the nerve to charge me for services that is not done.

They are excellent Jeremiah gave me a price on the phone and i flow to OKC 5 days later. The price was what he quoted on the phone. And it was the best price in the USA i could find. On a silverado it took 3 minutes to get the best price. I am calling him now to order 2021 Silverado . I am flying and driving 2500 miles that is how good of a job he did.

I was dealing with Cale Daugherty as he had me on hold finding out what deal they could do with a trade in on my motorcycle. 2.5 hours later he messaged to tell me the car was now sold srry. Not getting back to me for a value on my trade or even letting me know they werent waiting on my bank. So they sell the car right underneath me. I will never deal with this dealership again. They arent about helping at all its about the fastest cash in their pocket!!

When I got into a car wreck I thought taking my car to Northcutt-Collision would be the best thing. I was wrong! It took a month and a half to get my car back. I finally got my car back and immediately when I accelerated it would shift really hard throwing me forward. I took it back within 30 minutes of having it and the guy said it was a quart low on transmission fluid. I dont understand why that wasnt looked at before it left the garage. I thought that would solve the problem but again I was wrong. It is still doing the same thing just not as bad and not as often. So when I called them on Monday she said they couldnt get my car looked at until next week. Its upsetting to have your car gone for over a month but its even more frustrating to then have to worry about further damaging your car because they cant get it in to look at when it shouldve already been done.

Do not take your vehicle to them! They told me that I needed a brand new transmission! That my transmission fluid was burnt and that there was metal shavings in my transmission and it would be Over 6000 dollars. I took it to a second location for a second opinion they told me the exact opposite! Please be aware!

Northcutt sends out ads after purchases for different service specials they have for the vehicle. We received one on our 2015 enclave they sold us for a oil change for $34.95. The service department wouldnt accept it and charged the usual rate. It even had our Vin # on it. We were told there was an extra charge for the synthetic oil on the ad but a 42% higher charge really. So why send the ad......... The service men when dropping it off were rude if it wasnt for the courtesy of the cashier it would have got a 1.J. Turnbow offered for us to give the service department another try. we allowed them to take care of our car again and the service was outstanding.... Thanks

I loved my salesman Tom Davis, super nice guy. Everyone else I came into contact with was very professional as well. I spent 3 weeks picking out my truck and they never once lost patience with me or made me feel pressured, rather they listened to what I wanted. I found one cheaper in Okc and they came down on price to match it to earn my business. Id happily buy from them again. The only thing i didnt like is that they sent me off on an empty tank and said that they only fill you up if youre buying a new car. It was a bummer to spend almost 30 grand on a vehicle and then have to buy a 50 dollar tank of gas immediately. If you buy from them bargain for that as part of the deal.

I took my Silverado in for a typical oil, filter lube and tire rotation. I told them about my service engine light being on, when they checked it out, it showed that it required immediate attention of my Map Sensor and an oil pump, as it wasnt producing the proper pressure at idle RPMs. I was very grateful for their perseverance on this.

When I bought my car from a private owner, the key less entry would not work. I was doubtful it would work, and for years that it would be very costly to fix. A few weeks ago I took this dealership in hopes they could fix it or tell me how much it would cost. The first thing they had me do was replace the battery in the fob. It was still not working, and I was about to give up, and then the gentlemen took it apart, and cleaned it up and the contacts. He then reprogrammed it and it worked! It cost me like less than $5 to get my key less entry to work! They also always treat me well when I get my oil changed! Great Work Guys!

Bad service. Paid over $500 to have my vehicle repaired and it is still experiencing the same issue. Theyve offered to look at it again, after seeing my negative review. So, I took it in and they diagnosed it with another issue. These guys arent interested in fixing the problem, they simply want to take advantage of their customers. So, here I am, now $600 later, and my vehicle still has problems. Im never buying GM again, thanks to these guys. Stevens Ford is GREAT!

I did oil change Thursday 12/29/16 at 10:30 am. When I drove home I noticed slight oil smell didnt think much of it. Tonight 12/30/16 at 9:30 pm while I was driving to work I smelled strong oil smell but no check light was on. Well now theres check light is on and apparently theres oil spilling. It makes me sad that I never once had any issue at Jiffy Lube and even at Wal-Mart but I have issue after simple oil change at dealership whos suppose to be best.

I visited the service department with a check engine light on my dash. They did a preliminary courtesy check of the engine and found no problems. They then pulled my vehicle in to one of the bays and did further checking. Within minutes, they had diagnosed the problem and imformed me what it was. They then then checked to see if I had any warranty on my vehicle. They saw that the repair would be covered by the powertrain warranty. They repaired the vehicle in a very timely manner. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any repairs that you may need on your vehicle.

The only positive thing about our experience was the salesman ED REDDICK. He was very helpful and showed us all the trucks that met our needs. He let us test drive several and was very polite. We went to work a deal and the deal he came back with was not so great. That wasnt the problem. We started to haggle and he was still very nice but the GM kept having him bring back bs paperwork to show our trade in wasnt worth much even though we told him we had already been to a few different places that offered us more. When the GM came in to speak with us he was very rude and talked to us like we were idiots that knew nothing about buying cars. He talked down to us and kept trying to just move the money around like we would think we were getting a better deal. Just because you show more for our trade in but add it to your vehicle sale price doesnt mean you are giving us a better deal. Maybe you should try that on less experienced buyers. By the way, we bought a car the very next day from another dealer who gave us a great trade in value, great deal on the vehicle we bought and was MUCH nicer. Just because you are older than I am does not mean you are wiser.

I am not happy at all I have a 2018 Chevy I had towed in because it was feeling like my emergency break was on and I could possibly be in a wreck,They said nothing was wrong with it when they drive it I went to pick it up and it was doing the same thing again now I have full covarge on my truck I also still have the factory warranty and and extra warranty on this truck, they never offered me a loaner they also told me they didn’t have any I have not had my truck since Friday evening, I have to work my spouse has to work yet I’m having to ask for rides and they still have no loaner and it’s tuesday so I am now waiting on the owner to reach me this has been very much a inconvenience for me since I had my own truck to now asking for rides to my job to and from!There for my rating on here wont be so pleasant!
