I was in the market for a compact tractor and was pretty well set on John Deere (because of the features), but I was curious if P&K would give me the time of day since I wasnt buying multi-million dollar machinery.Well, they exceeded my expectations! When I walked in the front door I was promptly greeted. The gentlemen asked what he could help me with and I said a compact tractor and a few implements. I was immediately pointed to the desk of Kevin Thedford. On paper, Kevin is a sales representative, but I would say he far exceeded that title, both in service and in product knowledge. From the very minute I started telling Kevin Thedford what I was looking for, he began to give me information about each of the tractors and implements I was inquiring about and was extremely knowledgeable and personable to deal with. He offered both pros and cons on just about each item and allowed me to make a decision without any pressure or pushy sales pitches. After we decided on the type of tractor, Kevin spent a lot of time searching inventory trying to find EXACTLY what I had asked for. He found a 3039R compact tractor with a FEL, cab, belly mower, brush mower, and sprayer. This particular tractor was at a different store, so it had to be transferred in. Throughout the entire process, Kevin tracked down the most current status updates for me - and even sent photos when it arrived! Once the tractor and all implements were ready, Kevin personally loaded up and delivered the tractor to my house. After unloading, he showed me how to use all the tractors features, walked me through using the implements, and even followed up a few days later to make sure all was well. He even made an after-hours service call to help me troubleshoot something I couldnt get to work right.Kevin is the type of guy that will go out of his way, work extra hours beyond the 5 PM store closing - just to make sure you are a happy customer. His sales knowledge is superior to any of the other local dealers, his service is second-to-none, and his personable approach makes for an easy, stress-free buying experience. If you need a compact farm or lawn tractor, go see KEVIN THEDFORD!!!! Management needs to promote this guy!

Best experience Ive ever had buying anything in my life when it has involved a salesman. Stephen sold me the smallest lawn tractor they have but still treated me like it was a big sale! He not only delivered my mower free of charge with the battery charged, the mower full of gas, and a free deck wash attachment, but also showed me how all the features worked and gave me a handshake and a hat! P and K rocks!

They have a good parts selection and good help

We buy our baler parts and net wrap here they do a pretty good job of having parts on hand !

These guys are great they sell and work on huge farm equipment and Industrial Equipment and I brought in my little riding lawn mower and the guy help me load it and unload it and gave me the advice to fix it myself for free this is a great place

I dont know who he is, and I dont know who K is. I also dont know what they Supply. But I see their commercials every time I turn around. So if you are looking for supplies, you might want to come by this place. Like I say I dont know what supplies are, so maybe you could come in and surprise yourself.
