Took literally $300 worth of blu-rays and just got offered $10 cash $12 store credit.....I didnt know whether too laugh or cry.... or just smack the dude at the counter.....screw this place there worse then gamestop.....

The employee was a little different but still helpful. Prices were decent. Only place Ive found loose magic cards at though!

Make sure you check what you buy .. Ive been there twice and both times they forgot to include the the disk / power cord

Awesome selection of games and movies that have great prices, great prices for consoles, bad selling prices and returns. I get that they also need to make money but they offer a little too low for certain things, and you cant get money back only in store credits would recommend but make sure you have the right things you want to buy and ask to see if the thing you are buying works.

Not much in New selections on titles a lot of great stuff to see just needs new games brought in in my opinion. Overall they did a fair job

While visiting family. We decided to get some movies. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We were asked if we needed help finding anything. We didnt get his name but the gentleman working there was awesome. I think he was new just from over hearing the conversation. I wouldnt have known. He had great recommendations. Wonderful customer service. I used to live here in Enid. Its wonderful to see Game X Change is hiring great people. He is a keeper. Hope to see him when we come back.

Great Old games. Good selection of movies. Will bend you over in trade for your stuff for money though.

For those looking for Magic the Gathering cards, this place has very reasonably priced cards, and the service was nice.

They literally will give you 50 cents for a game or movie they turn around and sell for $8 or more. There is no value in trading anything with them. It also explains why places such as this are falling behind the times. You can get more by posting online or even a pawn shop. These guys have store credited themselves right into irrelevancy.

The store is always packed to the gills with games and other similar nerd type things. The staff are always calm and courteous to me everytime Ive been in to browse or trade in items as well. I was kinda shocked that I saw dreamcast items on the shelf this time around.

I love going here, because I love the prices. I love an hour and a half away though, and recently purchased three games and a tv series as a gift, then arrived home to find that none of the cds were placed in the cases. So now if I want them I’ll have to travel an hour and a half back which I don’t want to do. Disappointing

They had everything we needed in stock, they made a mistake and gave me a different game but they were extremely helpful when giving us the correct game back!!

The staff was friendly up until we went to check out. They were less friendly and charged us for all three movies when there was a sale for buy 2 get 1 free, then charged us more for a game when told they would give it to us for a lower price since it was mismarked. When we went to get a refund for the movie (didnt want to deal with the game charge), they would only give us store credit, even though it was their own fault. We wont be going back there again.

Wasnt a good experience for me. First off when trading in games and consoles, you get like nothing out of it, and stuff there is pretty expensive. No refunds for in store credit. Sold my fat ps2 it was my only one but have a better one now. If you want to trade some games, dont do it here. Trade it at game stop or someplace else.

I had to come back and edit my review of this store, because it is so drastically better than when I reviewed it in the past and I wanted to be fair. I had a bad experience at the store a while ago because of people who worked there at the time. They are not there anymore and the crew they have or the kind of people you can see yourself hanging out with. I will be in there buying a video game or a cord or some magic the Gathering cards and end up staying for 45 minutes after my purchase just chatting with these people. They make you feel welcome and they dont put anyone down even when they are put in frustrating situations. Most of all I had to come and set the record straight because you can tell that they really care about what they do. So all that being said I and giving it all the stars it deserves now.

Always a good experiance here. I feel like gamers really only talk to other gamers but these guys can talk to just about anybody.

I go here almost everyday for movies n games. I got my movie collection going because of them, wonderful customer service. I love this place its my 2nd home.

I bought a playstation 2 slim and mind you i live almost 2hours away. Anyways bought it got a few games and brought it home to give to my husband for Christmas! He was so excited he has wanted one for a while, needless to say they sent me home with the wrong cord to hook it up and it wont play any games. They all freeze up. Also upon getting the cord situation resolved, it really wasnt because i have yet to receive a power cord for the game system!!!!!! I am beyond disgusted at the fact i spent almost 100$ on a game system and games that dont work plus i wont get my money back i just get store credit!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Great if you want to trade, sell, or buy used items but be warned of scratched discs always check before you buy, but other than that the employees are friendly and are intelligent about games and movies and the prices are usually great with lots of deals throughout the year.

Sold me a guitar for Xbox 360 that was broken. Brought it back and could only get store credit. Only want a guitar, but now have been waiting for months with our money tied up in this store and still no guitar. Could have bought someplace else and been playing my game for months IF THEY WOULDNT HAVE TRAPPED MY MONEY IN THEIR STORE BY SELLING ME BROKEN STUFF!!!!!!

Literally sold me the wrong game, then gave me the disc for the game I actually bought. The disc was scratched and didnt work. Absolutely blood-boiling, gonna try to get a disc that actually works later.
