Just purchased 2 ATVs from JP at Action Powersports in Ennis, Texas. This was a great experience. The staff was very informative and professional. JP helped me find the right ATV to fit what I intended to use it for. He didnt try talk me into buying more than I needed. After I decided what I wanted he was able to provide details about operating the vehicle and about maintenance. I would highly recommend JP and Action Powersports to anyone thinking of making a purchase of an ATV, motorcycle, jet ski or any of the other type of vehicles they offer.

JP was awesome. All of the guys were. They gave us a great price and were super fast and easy to deal with. They were nice to my kids and helped us find the best vehicle without pressure or haggling! Highly recommend them.

I am a local and have purchased motorcycles from this dealership. Today I had a new experience. I went by to test drive a trike and was interested enough to buy it today. However, after presenting my ID and insurance, the salesman stated that he was going to have me followed. I guess it doesnt matter how old you are, if a minority, you have a label imbedded on your forehead that can only be read by superiors. I changed my mind about the test drive and of course, the purchase. The salesman had the audacity to tell me, thanks for wasting his time. If anyones time was wasted, it was mine. Respect is of the essence and reciprocal. They have lost a loyal customer.

It was a pleasure to do business with Action Powersports of Ennis Texas. This magnificent group of gentlemen were fantastic, terrific and incredible educated in ALL the merchandise the store has to offer. On 7/28/2015 I came in to purchase a UTV. I told Brain I wanted my UTV to catch other people attention. I was showed several, but the razor 1000 was the right on for me. Brain stated the pro box rock #9 with light bars and sub woofer system is the top of the line and the way to go. After Brain showed me I was very enthusiastic and eager to hurry up and make my purchase just so I could call it mine and show it off. I was able to take razor, but pro box was a special order, but just a two day turn around. This staff has made me HIGHLY RECOMMEND all my buddies and friends shop at this store. Also when they say they are going to have the merchandise ready they stick to their words. Thanks again.

I own a pawn shop in Dallas Tx. One of my employees was delivering a Honda motorcycle to a customer in Ferris Texas. Once he got the bike there we did not realize the tire had a cut on it. I called Action Powersports of Ennis and spoke with Weldon in parts. It just so happen he had a tire in stock. He saved me on this sales. Thanks for everything. Eugene

JP and Charlie made my repair process great!! They kept me in the loop on what the problem was, parts, price and when it would be ready!! JP has treated my like a friend/family since the 1st time I met him!!!Only complaint was when I would return a phone call...the guy that works parts counter would always say they (JP & Charlie) were with a customer or at lunch and take a message. I called 3 days in a row and was told something by same guy!! Finally I text JPs cell and he would instantly reply! He never received my messages!

I got a Track chair Christmas before last tanks to Action and the Independence fund. My only problem is I have a battery thats messed up and goes flat in about 10th of a mile. I cannot get to the batteries to take them out so I can take them to have them checked for warranty service. If I could get to them I still would have a problem figuring out how to take them out. In addition to my other problems I had recent back and neck spinal surgery. If you can give me help ideas I would sure appreciate it. As far as the chair is concerned...I love it, as I can go hunting and fishing again. I thought my off road hunting and fishing was a thing of the past. Thanks Action. I have only the problem mentioned.

This place has excellent service, wonderful people, and they honor the price they quote you.The only issue I had they jumped right on to fix it, to the point that they came to my house to pick up the Gokart I purchased and will drop it off to fix the issue.I can not express enough how wonderful the experiance I have had dealing with this great team of people has been. I look forward to dealing with them more.Especially if I can convince the wife to get me one of their remote controll cars. Battery powered and 30mph WOW.

3/29/16Called Action at 9:01 am and talked to JP. Told him exactly what I wanted and to see if it was in stock. Unfortunately they had just sold the last one in stock. I told him I needed it by Friday and he said he could get it done. Much to my surprise he called me at 12:44 pm and said it was there! My unit was brand new so it was still in the crate. He said he would shoot to have it done by 5:00 pm. Once again he called at 3:49 pm with a complete unit ready for pickup!!! I couldnt be more happy!

Bought a Honda Grom from this location. Staff was very friendly, and were willing to help me out getting my bike back to my house since I dont have a truck, or a single friend/family member that rides.

I went into Action Powersports on July 4th looking for some oil for my goldwing gl1800. And I talked to Weldon at the parts counter and he suggested that I try Amsoil Synthetic. I used it and the bike seems to shift smoother and run cooler. Great transaction and I will now continue to buy my oil from Action Powersports in Ennis.

I just purchased a Honda Rancher 4x4 and the sales staff was very helpful and professional to deal with. They were more than willing to match a price quote I received from another dealer.

HORRIBLE--Bait & Switch--- they advertised Sym Scooters for $1699.. I said I will take 2. They charge my credit card and for a week said we are on the way. They would then call and say... the battery isnt charged, we lost the keys, the carb is gummed up. These are supposed to be new scooters not me calling junk on craigslist. This company is completely screwed up and they cant be trusted to do anything they say. They called me and said the scooters are on a truck.. I checked my gps and I am only about 1 hour from your house--- they never showed up. They then said they would credit my credit card back and they have not. It is now 6 days later and I had to dispute charges. RUN from this company

Horrible company, they blame you for all of their screwups as well as sticking you with a hefty cost for it. I wonder why they closed the location in red oak down now that i think about it. The absolute worst customer service!!!

Dropped off my ATV for service. After two weeks I called to find out what the status was and they informed me that the ATV line was not being carried anymore because they dont want to buy a tool to diagnose the problem. This is a huge problem for me since I have to drive 100 miles round trip to go get it and take it to another dealer. IF, you want to take a chance on this type of company be my guest. I would not!!
