I was having a hard time finding a place to change the oil in my car and Walmart did not have an updated book that listed the oil filter that fit my car/the new year model. Uncle Jim(maybe Tim) was more than helpful and I was able to go get the correct filter from Auto Zone and have the oil changed at Walmart. I had previously been at the Waxahachie location and they simply said they couldn’t do it. So we went to the Ennis location and Jim explained my options instead of saying no can’t help you. Also the woman who checked us out in automotive was very nice. Will continue to go here!

Charged me extra for a service thats supposed to be already included/i already paid for just cuz another walmart erred and didn’t put in my info???

This Walmart Auto Center LACKS kindness, compassion, morals, and and any kind of speediness! My husband and I being from out of state had a flat tire, sat infront of their tire center for 3 hours before they opened. At 750am we were rudely told we dont open til 8. Then other people were logged in infront of us, only 1 had an appt. We did not get out of there until almost 11 and missed our daughters last dance competition 3 hours away! Very disappointed 😔 😪

Not always great but they can do what needs to be done usually

Me and my husband were driving back to Houston from Dallas and my car started shaking. There was a bit knot in my front right tire and all the mechanic shops were closed (Labor Day). We found the automotive Walmart but there was a couple hour wait to be helped. We pulled into the shade and my husband started to change it himself when the guy ran out and said to pull it around back because he ask the guy working and he said he would do it really quick. They changed our spare and aired it up free of charge. Very thankful for them!

Do not take your auto here for tires, it is poorly managed and they do not care. They would not rotate my tires because my spare was a 2009 original tire and they said it was too old....so instead of calling me to tell me this they just did not rotate them. I would have paid to have that one done and rotate the others as I purchased the free lifetime balance and rotate plan. When I called the department I was on hold for 30 minutes. Problem never solved, not any help from anyone, that shop has to be losing money and Walmart the retail store just absorbs it....

Always slow. The ladies that are usually working check out are sweet, but usually swamped. If it only takes 30 minutes for an oil change you may as well go ahead and get in line, cause it will take 30 minutes. ..

What do you expect people it’s the least expensive prices for oil change in town! why do you think they are always busy for me I don’t mind waiting because int saving lots of money by going here so just check your vehicle before you drive off to make sure they didn’t miss anything other than that they have been well mannered both here and wahaxachie locations

This service department never lets me down with their LONG wait times. If you need anything done with tires better plan on 3 to 4 hours. Oil change they’ll get to you when they get around to it.

Oh my goodness where do I start. Im going to give them one star because the manager and the automotive was professional enough to make a claim on their insurance for the damage to my car. The automotive people were so busy on the day that I brought my car in for an oil change if they pierce the gasket which cost an oil leak to my vehicle. I continue to take it back until the point where they just decided to file it on their insurance who promptly paid because I had all prior records that my Mustang had impeccable care all of these years Im on Carfax and at Town East Ford is maintenance records. So for that I give them one star for their very professional service and how they handle that. But other than that I wont be making another visit to this particular Walmart automotive center they just have so many cars and they work so quickly that they make errors because after I took my car there and began to share my story people began to flood me on social media with what happened to their vehicles. They perhaps need an overhaul in that department not saying people should get fired Im just simply saying they might want to do an internal audit to help them Im greater liability in the future

The auto motive center is a joke. It should NOT take 3 hours to balance tires with ONE vehicle infront of you!! It may be time for David to go ahead and retire or move to another dept. where the work isnt so strenuous. Im sure he is doing his best but this is ridiculous!!!! Edgar, the manager should really re-evaluate his employees.

They are great with oil changes. Not so with with your tires problems. Goto Big E tires for tires.

4 hrs for oil change and put wrong air pressure in tires. Fixed it, shouldnt have had to tell them to. Good deal for the money

I sat there for 45mins-1hr for them to tell me they could not get my cap off my oil. All the mechanics walk around like they are lost or something. Will never go back!

Lacking enthusiasm, experience, and customer service. The mechanics are very unapproachable. Its like pulling teeth to get someone who wants to help you, and if you are lucky enough to get someones attention, they act like you are bothering them.

Tgey were supposed to call me when finished but didnt so it was the next day before I could get my battery. Then they were all very slow and lackluster getting the warranty taken care of.

I was there to get my tires rotated on my pickup, and it took them over three hours to do the job. Very disappointed!

Took wayyyy too long...got here at 9.40am its 10.51 am and they still cant get donewhen I got home my husband checked my car and THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT ANY OIL IN IT !!!!! first and last time I go there !

They sell tires, but if anything goes wrong, like your lugs are stripped and need new studs you are out of luck.
