I would actually give them 1/2 star if it was an option, Son took his car to get oil change, 3 days later we realize there was oil leaking, found out oil drained plug was stripped or not even the same drained plug. Could not get any answer that even made sense of what happened. For them to help us we would have to pay over $600, I would not let them touch another vehicle of mine ever again. We had never had an issue with my sons car ever.

It was a hot day and they had cold water in the refrigerator for free. The service was good.

The employees were very nice. No long wait, got in and out within 20 mins.

Employees very rude to customers. They had a very large posting on their sign by the street that read LADIES DAY $5.00 OFF. i stopped to get my car inspected on Monday, 07/20/2020, & they said Oh no, its only on Wednesday. I said The sign has no day of the week listed anywhere on it. They said Oh youre right . I said I wanted an inspection and they then said the $5.00 doesnt apply to inspections. The sign had no exclusions or restrictions on it. It simply said LADIES DAY $5.00 OFF. They argued with me and flat out said I wasnt getting $5.00 off. I am reporting them to the BBB, Ennis Chamber of Commerce, City of Ennis and anyone else that will listen. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

This was one of the best oil changing spots I have went to. I went there in order to get an oil change the staff was so nice. Wednesday is ladies day and the women get $5 off of your oil change. The beautiful thing is that I had no idea I had to much tire pressure in my tires they took the time to adjust the tire pressure and all of my tires because if they hadnt have done that and the pressure and the air amount that was in there have stayed it will have a result in and a blow out and possibly a car accident. They were great and I am grateful I have made them my number one shop that I will continue to go to.

They were fast and courteous. Highy recommend this place.

At first the service was excellent but after months the professionalism and service is waning. I took my vehicle to them Saturday for oil change and have them check and see why the engine light was on and although they repaired half the problem they didnt solve the other problem. I talked to another service professional who said that all the work they quoted me that needed to be done was not necessary and that the pricing was way too expensive. This place used to clean my trucks up well on the inside and would wipe everything down before but now they do minimal and although this might just be my imagination I feel like the personal relationship I used to have with them has diminished and its now all about the money.

I went in for an oil change but they went out of their way to clean my outside mirrors and I think they vaccumed my front carpet seats and pumped air in one tire that needed it, very nice people

Noah the front desk person lied about the price. It was 3x what he quoted. He was rude to other customers especially to an older woman. He asked her what type of oil her car takes and then was very rude when she didnt know. He apparently knows nothing about oil changes cars or customer service.

Kwik is quick. Manager was available and friendly. Was in a hurry but they wiped down all my windows and aired my tires without prompting. Very pleased. A bit pricy but was expected.

Went in last week took my own oil and filter and asked them too change fuel filter as well. Some how they screwed that up and put 8 quarts in a 4 quart system. Car was smoking like it was on fire. Co-owner and owner had no contact back with me for over a week. After 10 or so calls he says for the most part i am dumb and over filling oil wont hurt a car. They are a joke i am a mechanic and called 3 seperate shops now all agreeing. Car had to have new plugs needs another valve cover gasket and may have burnt a valve or two. Dont go here these people cannot even simply change oil. Never showed any remorse for two weeks still charged me for the service. Even though they caused my car to break down and stall as i was leaving. Insane as all get out and joke of a company owners have no cares for customers.

Customer service is cold price went up, and they do half the work, they used to vacuum your whole car and clean your windows none of that and my oil change cost me $20 more
