Rude staff! We just asked for some pictures; after they were taken, the employee went to help other customers and made us wait like 10 minutes. Note that we were there first. We were trying to call the employee back, but she just kept doing her own thing with other customers. After that, the employee gave us attitude like it was our fault. She even had the audacity to leave again until someone that looked like her manager arrived and finished her job, which was literally took the manager 10 seconds to do.
Didnt have prescription in stock till next day. The following day it wasnt ready at 10:30! Finally got it at 2:30. After insurance, the cost was $60. Good RX dropped it to $15.50 at Walgreens but the cashier refused to take the discount price because she had already rung it up. I will never fill prescriptions here again.
Customer services sucks here. They not even try
Save yourself some time and frustration and go to HEB. Your time is worth more than a couple of bucks you might save picking up here.
The hours are erratic, supply is undependable, orders of normal drugs can take weeks to fill, and the surly male pharmacist will tell the staff to blame doctors when the fault lies in-house.
Great location to get your pharmaceutical needs. Certainly cheaper getting your prescription here then at another pharmacy. They also contain a group of wonderful staff ready to help with what you need whether its getting your medicine or just helping you search for an item you came for.
Sitting here right now for over 40 min in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me! Im now talking to the lady and I understand why she cant figure it out because they are already filled what to do. Umm how bout know your job or if shes in training dont do it at busy times
Phone just rings and rings. I sat on hold for over 20 min listening to elevator music before the recording said the number you have reached must be disconnected....Only Walgreens Ive called that never answers the phone.
I have tried to call many many times. They NEVER pick up their phones! Not pharmacy nor any other department! My daughter needs her prescription transferred from another Walgreens and she cant even do that!
Absolutely need to hire pharmacist that knows how to do their job. It was 8:30 pm and Sharon was ready to go so she made an excuse to not fill my rx after I waited 30 min for her to figure out she dont know how to do her job. Ive never had an issue filling my rx in 20 min or less anywhere...I should have went back to Walmart Pharmacy!
I had a terrible experience on 2/28/2018,the staff was very rude in the drive thru waited 10 min to get acknowledged,they even turned the light on in the drive thru it was off at first.then picked up the phone and acted like they was going to talk to me and hung up,i even made eye contact with the lady and she still didnt say hey ill be with you in a few min or nothing!! her and the guy just kept talking like nobody was in the drive thru.then she finally came over and was like oh i didnt see you!! LIES!! I SAID.SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NO LONGER BE USING THEM!! I SUGGEST ANYBODY ELSE TO TAKE BUSSINESS ELSE WHERE TOO!!! OH AND I DID PICK UP A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND THEY DIDINT ASK DOB OR TO SEE ID!!
Very rude and disrespectful as soon as my boyfriend, his friend, and I walked in they immediately profiled us and called ALL security out onto the floor. They followed my black friend around the whole store and as soon as him and my boyfriend walked out they disbursed. Very unprofessional and messed up if you asked me! I can tell you one thing I will not be back to another Walgreens ever! A bunch of racist profiling cowards!!
First I would like to say Ive used Walgreens Pharmacy for years never really had any problems with them other than them being slow sometimes. But this morning was the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere. I was there alittle before pharmacy opened, so right on time the pharmacist Sharon opened everything up by herself. Phones were already ringing off the wall, customers in line at window, and me all waiting. She had no help at all and when she asked her manager for someone to help out just until she was able to get everything calmed down and together. She was told and I quote, theres not anyone else here to help you, your on your own sorry. So she politely asked ok, well do you mind helping this customer at the window so I can help this young lady me thats been waiting please. Managers response ughh I cant be back here all day or to really help you stomps over to window helps customer, then turns around and walks out of pharmacy! Also the store was not busy at all so she was not needed anywhere else from what I could see. So as the phones continue to ring the pharmacist comes back to me continues to apologies for the wait. I told her no rush I completely understand, Ive been there too. She smiles goes to computer and unfortunately everything was just all out of wack. She asked if I could come back and was so very sorry for the delay of things but needed to get on the phone with corporate to get computer fixed and restarted. I was alittle upset and a bit agitated about it all but couldnt help but feel so sorry for her because she had no help and from what she was told by a manager was she had to fend for herself until I guess they could call someone to come in. Needless to say point to all of this rant is through all the chaos and overwhelming things going wrong she was still so sweet to me and personally called me to let me know my script was ready, also I had other items I was going to by at the time I was trying to pick up my Rx, she even offered to go get those same items for me and she would have them ready for me, to just come through the drive thru window. That is true customer service, I told her that there was no reason for her to do that, that I had already purchased those things when I was there before but that it was very kind of her to offer. Thankfully when I got back up there, someone else was back there helping her. Moral or the story be kind others. I will also be calling corporate tomorrow to file a complaint about the manager and how unprofessional she was in front of an employee AND customers!
I have had to wait for a prescription since Monday to be ordered it keeps saying tomorrow I call back was told order would be in by noon It would be ready around four and it still has yet to be filled or even updated this is the first location I have had this problem with a Walgreens waxahachie may take forever to fill but its always same day
This store is ok i guess, not very good to go shopping at.
Best Pharmacy and Friendly people.Must say wouldnt go anywhere else.

Three years ago I had a fistula for dialysis surgery. My arm was black blue sore and swollen from the operation. They gave me a prescription for pain pills and let me go. My son drove me home. We stopped at Walgreens to fill the prescription. The lady took the prescription looked at it and said tomorrow at noon. I said lady look at my arm I just had surgery they cut me from my elbow to my armpit. I must have those pain pills. She said tomorrow at noon. I asked are you out of them? She said no but I am fixing to go home. I took the prescription out of her hand. Went across the street to CVS. I told the Pharmacist what happened. He looked at my prescription and said ten minutes. I moved all of my prescriptions to CVS. Will never ever set foot in Walgreens.
Ive had the same doctor for years and I am guaranteed a different pharmacist this location. Requested a refill on med, days before running out, 3/10/17 and still no refill. Always, we have not back from Dr but yet my doctors staff is telling me daily, no request received, and I believe my doctor! Why does Walgreen have the right to withhold anyones medication???I take when needed, so thanks to Walgreen all travel plans cancelled 😓
I had to cancel my health insurance due to high cost and now pay prescriptions with personal funds. Katy at Walgreens went above and beyond to reduce initial cost my prescriptions through discounts unknown to me and saved me hundreds. This store will be my recommendation when asked.

Terrible customer service, God help you if you try to fill a restricted medication here - theyll treat you like a drug seeker, no matter how small the script.
