Chris took care of me when I came in for a scheduled oil change and maintenance. He was able to get me in and out faster than I expected. The staff on-site were very friendly and made my experience 5 stars...

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I made an appointment, days in advance. When I arrived I was told it would take about 20 minutes for my oil change. The place was deserted. I seemed to be the only one there. One hour later, I asked where my car was. The woman at the service desk responded it should only be about 20 minutes more. I waited, trying to give the the benefit of the doubt. After 20 minutes, I went back to the service desk and asked for an update. The woman seemed irritated I was even in her office. She said she would “go check things out” and left me standing alone in her office. I stood in her office waiting for her to come back for 35 minutes. There was no one else in the service station. Finally, and after two hours of waiting for my “20 minute oil change” I was able to find someone in the dealership to get my car. When I got my car, the service light had not been reset, of course. I’d be surprised if my oil was even changed. Safe to say I will never be purchasing another car from this dealership (the sales woman when I bought it was bad enough and a whole different story) but I will also never bother stepping foot in any establishment owed by Pegasus. Worth of time, terrible service, and unconcerned whatsoever about their customers or their time.

Ashlyn helped me when I dropped my car off and she explained what was needed thoroughly. I wasn’t prepared to pay the cost yet for the repair and when I went to pick it up Chris was there and he was amazing as well! I had a great experience with these two service representatives.

Mark was great!! I went in and had many questions which he answered each and every one. The atmosphere there was great, I didn’t feel any pressure from them. The whole process went smooth as possible and I got the truck I’ve always wanted. I highly recommend Pegasus Chevrolet! Thanks guys!

Fast and great service. Had DIFY Battery mobile service come out to install two batteries on my GMC truck & many of the electronics were not working. I was told I needed to do a drive cycle and it would clear it up. Still had the same issues after the Drive Cycle so I took it to Pegasus. The mechanic said there were two wires that where not plug in. He fixed the problem at no charge. I will use them again on future maintenance.

Got me in and out in a day to fix 5 recalls on 2014 Chevy 1500. They would have got 5 stars but they hit me up for a $1200 tune up and $199 to change a couple of bulbs. I politely declined.

This dealership posted a vehicle for $21,900 for a pre-owned Landcruiser. After making an offer to purchase, they suddenly changed the price overnight to $25,900. They informed me that they will still honor the $21,900’initial price but it will be as is, no registration, no state inspection. Never had any experience like this from any car dealership. Be aware and careful about this place. Really bad experience from this dealership

They were very friendly, however I had 300.00 worth of work done oil change and transmission fluid change and I am not getting why you couldn’t fill up the windshield washer fluid. If that’s not mandatory to do then okay. I will just take my truck back to Frank Kent Chevrolet in Corsicana. They will do a complete fluid check and refill as well as wash the vehicle.

There will never be a dealership with better customer service then this one. My Mom bought a new vehicle from Danni and Brandon and Mom said they were the best. Mom has a lot of difficulty getting around and they brought the vehicle onto the showroom to keep her out of the heat and so she didnt have to walk far. Danni not only helped get Mom home after everything(wasnt comfortable driving with the festival in town) but she went into braums and did a little grocery shopping for Mom because she couldnt get it delivered due to the festival. Everyone could learn a thing or two from this dealership.

I made an appointment for 10 for a oil change I was told it would take around 40 mins 2:15 later I had to ask what was going on they were supposed put on my plates bc they hadn’t yet from when I bought the car it needs brackets they still didn’t do it and they didn’t even check my tire pressure! I was supposed to get 6 free oil changes I’ll just eat the free changes it wasn’t worth it!

You had advertised on Monday August 9, 2021 a 2006 Toyota Lan Cruiser priced at $21,600. I contacted Zak at your dealership he said it was a fresh trade in. Was in great condition he had personaly trade a cutomer for a Chevrolet Pick up . On Tuesday Cotton one of your managers contacted me if I needed more information said they had recieved several inquries about this Land Cruiser . At the time I was busy, I called back the recepionist said Cotten was in a meeting, she turned me over to Branden I asked him to send me some pictures of said vehicle .I called Wedsnday asked for Zak was informed it was his day off . I asked for Brenden asked him to send me pictures . I recicved the pictures I called Brendon aske for a drive out price he said he couldnt give a price til the land Cruiser had been checked out by the service dept.Today Zak called me said the Land Cruiser had to have $9000.00 in repairs and it cant be sold for the orinal Autotrader Pice of $ 21,600.What I see is you realized that you priced it to low and you are trying to make more money on it, there is no way that it took $9000.00 to repair it .This is very unethical . No Wonder most people dont Trust Auto Dealers .Im going to notify General Motors of this so they will know what kind of Franchise you are .

If there was an award for worst service ever, Pegasus gets the blue medal. We have financing through our credit union and Cotton the finance manager refused to do business with us because they do not accept outside financing. No worries, took that 50k and bought a 2021 in Corsicana.

We are so upset. We bought our truck 6 weeks ago from this dealership. We don’t even have the permanent license plates on it yet. We bought from this dealership because they offered a warranty on their certified preowned vehicles. Something is already broken on the truck, it’s smoking and not drive-able. We called and it seems as though they are unwilling to help get it diagnosed/fixed. I will update my review if anything changes.
