From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, everyone there spoke, was polite as could be and smiled.It was truly a pleasure working with everyone there and I will return even if I move out of town. Its so refreshing to be in an environment where staff arent talking among themselves about things outside of work. The staff acts as if they truly enjoy their jobs and working among themselves.Doctor was polite, very informative and quick to move me along my day. Their equipment and software was top notch. I was told what everything was for and why they were doing it. I will have trial contacts in about a week. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They have a great team, friendly staff that are helpful and professional, they have taken care of me every time I have needed them. Five stars in my book.

After needing to look for a new optometrist, we were recommended to this facility by our daughter who liked this place a lot. The staff is very friendly and the technology they have is very high tech compared to others. The doctor was great and knowledgeable. He even advised me to the correct contact lens in one eye after seeing several doctors over 30+ years. Ill definitely be going back for future visits.

This was my first visit to the eye doctor in a while so I was nervous as usual when I start seeing a new doctor. Ive had mixed experiences in the past so I never know what to expect.Luckily this was a great experience. The office was sparkling clean with a very nice staff that immediately made me feel comfortable being there. I wish I knew the ladys name who guided me through all the usual tests you have to go through because she was very professional and thorough with her explanations of what each machine does and instructing me in what to do.The doctor was so nice and very personable. He introduced himself to me and we had a nice conversation that immediately put me at ease. The examination was quick but thorough and afterwards he even let me see the pictures of my eye and explained what everything was. I have never had an eye doctor do that and I thought that was really neat that he took the time to do that. He even gave me some temporary contacts since I didnt have any.Payment was quick and easy with another nice staff member that checked me out.Bottom line is this: Overall I was impressed with the quality service I received from a professional friendly staff and personable doctor who all were very competent in being able to do their job wonderfully and made sure I got the care I needed in a clean and comfortable office environment. I really do appreciate it very much and Ellis County Eye Center will continue to have my eye business in the future.Recommended highly!

I have been treated by Dr. Northcutt for many years now, starting in elementary school. I have always been pleased with the treatment by both Dr. Northcutt and his staff, and now my husband and children are treated by him as well. Most recently one of my children suffered and eye injury and Dr. Northcutt not only answered my phone call, but met us at the office at almost 7 on a Saturday evening to ensure her eye was not damaged.

Everyone is so friendly. We will definitely use them in the future. They were so wonderful, thru mine and my childs exam and so helpful with everything.

Paid for a glasses and contact exam and the staff let me leave with out it and he did not provide my pupil dilation on my prescription either.

Thank you so much!!! Got great service! The Opical map exam was free, I needed glasses very badly! Was able to get discounts from Farm Bureau and Humana Medicare. Found really cute glasses! Now the hard part, waiting 2 weeks for my difficult prescription to come in. Can hardly wait!!!

My daughter gets very nervous and acts like a baby and doesn’t cooperate well when she goes to any doctors. At her visit yesterday she took her doll. The team let her pretend like her dolls eyes were being checked and the doctor even examined the doll as well to help my daughter feel more comfortable and cooperate for her exam. The doctor asked her “what does the doll see” So my daughter went through the letters better than I have ever seen. It was comforting to me to feel confident they were getting her to cooperate well enough for a thorough exam that will result in the right lenses to correct her vision. Thank you Dr. Northcutt and staff. You made what could have been a stressful visit fun for her and much better for me as well.
