I guess theyre OK. I bought an exterior door handle/lock there. I took my old one with me to compare to. It was reasonable but had to go back 2 more times to get what I needed. On my 3rd visit, they gave me my money back because they said that they couldnt get me what I needed, other than a new door with locks.I went to Blacklands lumber & they had what I needed.

Customer service was not the best. Quoted three different prices. When we asked very simple questions they never even bothered to answer. I simply thanked them for their time and moved on down the street.

These guys can build good quality and the size you need

Do not ever do business with Ennis door and trim! We purchased all of our doors with them including our custom front door. The end of January we went to install our door, that had already been stained and finished out by our painter, and it would not fit. They installed the wrong door frame for our custom door it was supposed to be a custom frame so the hinges wouldn’t line up correctly. So they come out January 25th and get the door supposedly the company that made it for them said they could fix the original door. Fast forward 5 weeks later they finally tell us, after us calling multiple times a week with no answers, they are going to have to make a brand new door! Yes, they did take care of getting another door made but now they are saying they will not pay $275 to have our painter come out and stain and finish out our door. This was their screw up and they should have absolutely covered everything on this door! I am so livid right now this was not our screw up yet here we are gonna have to fork out another $275 on this door that we’ve already paid for once to get stained, and I know it’s only $275 but it’s the principal. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell every single person I know not to use this company! We still haven’t even got our door supposedly it will be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow marks 9 weeks since they picked up our door which is absolutely ridiculous! At this point I would have just rather got a refund but obviously since it’s a custom door that’s not gonna happen.

Good prices not the best customer service

I am having a problem getting them to come back out and fix the $2500.00 front door. Vincent can out and saw the problem and said 3 month ago they would come fix it. My house is almost finished and they still have not come out to repair it. I have talked to other contractors that have used them in the past and their comment is Have you paid them?...If so they will never come fix it. I had to pay when ordered the door. So my advise to everyone looking to use this company Good Luck

Robert, Emily and the whole crew are the best at what they do across the state. No matter how small or large the project, they take care of you from the beginning to the end of every job (and even between jobs).
