I had my 4320 in for not starting and gauges not working. The wiring harness was chewed up by mice. They replaced the harness and called and said everything was good and it was running fine. When I went to pick it up it wouldnt start. So after paying 2300.00 for a new harness to be installed it wouldnt start. The part was only 900.00 the rest was labor. You charge 150.00 an hour for labor and the reason it wouldnt start when I picked it up was the positive battery cable was bad. The tech never checked the battery cables. I know the harness was bad but for 150.00 dollars an hour I expect a lot more. Then I had to order the cable because it wasnt in stock so I picked up a tractor not working properly after paying 2300.00 for repairs. I am replacing the cable myself when it comes in. And no one acted like it was a big deal. Your service department is not worth 150.00 an hour. I will never by another John Deere product again. Your service department is terrible and highly overpriced.
Terrible Experience with the Service Department. We have 4 round balers (569 Premium, 469 Premium, 568, and 457), so know that this complaint is very real and justified. I originally brought a baler to the Service Department to replace a top bearing and also check the slip clutch while it was in. They called a couple of times stating that other items were needed while it was being checked out. We want all of our equipment to work and too busy, so I trusted them as experts so I let them perform whatever work they thought was necessary. $10,000 later...yes $10,000 later... I bring it to the field and the gate did not open. After 4 hours of tracing and testing sensors, etc, we finally figure out that the new internal hoses they installed were cross-connected. One lift gate cylinder was pushing, while the other was pulling. Ultimately the gate became locked about half-way up. After 4 hours of us diagnosing and climbing all over the baler half opened, we find the problem. We thought we were safe because it was locked, but come to find out the cross-connected hoses were connected such that the locking mechanism did not work. Luckily no one was hurt. All of this could have been (and should have been) prevented by a simple check of opening and closing the gate. They never hooked up the monitor. Its also clear they never even hooked up the PTO or hydraulics. Moreover, they never replaced slip clutch. They never even checked it. A torque wrench on the clutch is a very easy test, which is how the manual calls them to be checked and how we checked it. However, they did charge me for the new sprocket connecting to the slip clutch. I called the Service Department and left a voicemail, but did not get a response.Meantime we have 100 acres of hay mowed and raked on the ground with no baler on that part of town.Being a huge John Deere fan all my life and having 4 newer round balers, 4 newer larger IVT tractors, etc., I must say that I am VERY, VERY, VERY disappointed, mad, and feel taken advantage of. Im considering my options moving forward, especially if these professionals are now required to work on our equipment. Ive heard other farmers complain about United but Im now seeing it for myself.
I dread each trip I make here. My first experience, they complained my John Deere was too old. They had to figure out how to fix it. $179 later, 3 weeks and missing a diverter plate, it still didnt work right. Incapable. SlowThese people are legends in their own minds and barely motivated to move. Like a continuous coffee break. Receptionist is only that. A phone operator and totally unable, or willing, to serve customers...hold while I transfer you for the 3rd time.Unfortunately, this is the only JD dealer close to me so Ill continue to buy parts here....ONLY PARTS
I needed to buy a specialized piece of equipment last week.. So I called my friends at my local United Ag & Turf dealer in Ennis Texas. I told Salazar what I needed and right away it was brought in and ready for me to pick up. Even the exact model number I was looking for. And saved me $4000 on my purchase. I really enjoyed my buying experience with these folks here. They help you get what you need, not what you dont. Thanks United Ag and Turf. Nothing runs like a deer.
Great customer service, got the part we needed for the john Deere riding lawnmower
I will never EVER use United Ag&Turf in Ennis Tx again EVER. Worse experience with getting my equipment serviced I have ever delt with.
Always great service.. very helpful and knowledgeable employees
Great place to get want you and need no pressure Great service good pricing with no interest.
Jeremy did a great job keeping me informed thru out the process of my repairs. I will recommend this place everytime John Deere is mentioned to me the Jeremy and his team did a great job.
Great service, Everything needed for my project
On May 11 I walked 30 min later I was very happy owner of a John Deere lawn tractor. The price is the same as the big box stores. I didn’t know that old fashioned small town customer service still exists. The salesman even brought it to my house after the store closed.I will tell anyone looking for a John Deere lawn tractor look no farther than Unitas AG on Ennis a more professional dealer doesn’t exist. Many Thanks
Very knowledgeable and helpful
Salvador was our salesman, no hassle, everything went smooth. The whole staff is great and polite, Ennis is the best place to find what you are looking for.
Many thanks to the Ennis parts team! My correct Honda control cable was sent to me very quickly and at a very fair price. Kudos to United Ag & Turf of Ennis!
Awesome place, great service, every time I go there I am treated like family!!! Nothing runs like a Deere 🦌
Great service and friendly employees. We need more John deere dealers and less Starbucks.
I called and asked about a part we needed. It was in stock so I jumped in the truck and headed there. When I arrived it was on the counter and ready for me. I ordered more parts all in stock for a 20 year old tractor. Amazing and reasonable.
UPDATE - service dept got it done. Thanks !! Had an unusual issue that took longer than usual to fix.Bought our tractor here and will continue to get our service done here! Thanks service team!
These guys are great!
Awesome
This was the worse service I have ever received in my 59 years of life.
Folks there took great care of me during the purchase and pick up of our tractor package.
Nice staff treated me nice gave me information on tractor deals. Our ranch bought parts to rebuild our JD 930 flex thrasher for weat harvest made several trips over the sickle to get it correct since we have a Brazilian model, and they nailed it good job. Worked on our harvester another rebuild thank you verry much we get it today.
Great customer service, friendly staff, and always carry what you need
Purchased a gator here. Great piece of equipment. Unfortunately the service here is awful. Very high diagnostic price, and very high labor price. Dont expect to be treated like you bought a high dollar combine. Great place aside from the service.
Courteous, polite and knowledge sales staff. Impressed and will definitely continue to do business here.
I brought a brush cutter last year they told me if I buy a jug of premix they would honor a two yr warranty instead of one year warranty. I only used it three times. This year it would not idle. I took it in to get serviced. Even they fixed it they charged me $48.00 told me I had bad fuel and they had to adjust the carburetor. Mind you premix fuel is good for two yrs before it goes bad. Need I say more!
The business itself was very nice. The hard part. Was getting anyone to help you. Two men standing right there yacking and neither one said may I help you. Disappointed.
I took my 2 year old commercial zero turn mower in for service because when you are mowing it will die sometimes. They told me they checked it out and it found nothing wrong. I had to figure out myself that it’s the fuel pump going bad. I wish that they paid more attention so they didn’t waste my time. If I wanted to find the problem I wouldn’t have taken it to the “professionals”. The mower will only act up when you actually mow or work it hard and obviously they didn’t do any of that like they should. The tech said he left it running in the yard for an hour and no problems but idling around the yard isn’t going to work it. Typical parts changers...
Went to get a replacement key for my John Deere Z225. Was assisted fairly quickly and bought two. I then went out to look at the bigger tractors as I have been interested in one for some time. I waited, looked, waited and looked some more and in the 45 min that I was looking no one came to see what I wanted or if they could help. I think Ill go look at the Kabotas.
Excellent products and sales staff, especially Heath Sims
Helpful friendly people that know their business.
Great place! Helpfull people, right parts!
Very poor customer service from parts department in Cleaburn., UPDATE 08/31/18...Dealing with United Ag in Ennis. Has much better customer service. Ask For Gary, he will take care of you.
Left there feeling good with there service and parts identify.
Great place to deliver. Fast and trucker friendly...
Thanks for your help in this matter. Whats the name for a dog at Walmart today and Walmart tomorrow
Very good customer service
I bought a Mahindra tractor there, but when I took it in for the 1st service, they charged me for things that I thought should be done at no charge due to warranty. I had several things that needed fixing on the tractor that I assumed were under warranty, but I ended up having to pay for. Like torquing the wheels, which I assumed were torqued prior to delivery. They charged for that. Charged for tightening hydraulic hoses that were leaking. A sensor that fell off due to not being installed & tightened correctly, I had to pay for a new one and for the installation. I ended up paying almost $700 for something I felt should have been done under warranty. Also, they were going to charge me $150 for pickup and $150 for delivery. Thats a rip-off. If anyone of you want to buy a tractor from this dealer, be sure to ask about all the things that I just mentioned. Maybe even more if you think about other things. And get it in writing. Also, they had my tractor for almost 2 weeks. You may want to go to Kerens, Tex. They have a larger selection of Mahindras there. Very nice people that I spoke with. I thought that buying in Waxahachie, which is about 1/2 the distance than Kerens, that I would have a better chance of getting it repaired quicker, but I was wrong on that 2.
Very friendly and knowledgeable people who are ready to help. Most major parts available.
If i could give no star I would. JOHN DEER should really think about pulling there name from this pathetic company. I show up 3 min past closing people where there but refused to help told me to come back Monday at 7:30 am so im sitting there with my lawn half cut all becuse of a rubber grommet. I call Monday to make sure they have the part before i drive down again. I went through the automated teller and was transfer to the parts department instantly a young woman answers the phone then says she will transfer me to the parts department again. The phone instantly goes to voice mail NO hello hi i will be right with you JUST VOICEMAIL . I call back again ask to speak to a manger the same young woman ask WHY I told her no one is helping me could i please get some customer service ? She said oh they are all busy ....I get the point you dont want my business fine I will order online.
Had to go back for the same part 3 times
Very friendly and helpful employees
Great customer service and had all the parts that I need
I am a staff coach for Liverpool FC America and recently took on the job of maintaining practice facilities in the southern region of Dallas/Ft. Worth. I quickly realized that I would need more than the little 42 Craftsman riding mower that I was using and started contacting several commercial, zero turn, mower dealerships. Roy Martinez at Brazos Valley Equipment went out of his way to make sure I got the exact mower I needed. Not too much or too little for the job at hand. Since we purchased the mower I have called about several operational issues and add-on equipment questions. Roy and other members of the sales staff treat me like family every time I call. As Liverpool grows in the area and we acquire more facilities I am sure we will need to add another mower or two and I will rush over to Brazos Valley to get what we need. I really couldnt be happier with the service and follow up that I have gotten and continue to get. If you need a John Deere mower give these folks a call!!James WannStaff Coach/Grounds ManagementLiverpool FC America

Customer service sucks, prices are too high and we don’t even get the parts we order.
They was so helpful
Just went to BV, Ennis, to buy a new Zero Turn Mower, and was completely ignored! The salesman was with 2 people, and when they left, he started working on his computer. After 5 minutes, I walked out. I will buy a mower, but somewhere else.
Fantastic experience
