Typical game stop. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The employees are definitely what makes thus store better than other game stops.

Place looks nice, guy was nice but didnt exchange my game ...which was sealed brand new for something else, had to go to a different GameStop 35 mins away in Lancaster, to get game swapped out with no issues. Wouldnt come back again to this location.

He was nice, But he lied to us about getting money everyday this month in gta because he probably thought me and my mom didnt know anything about the game but i already play it sooo LIAR!!😂

They advertised they’d be opening at 7 and be selling PS5s. naturally there was a line waiting this morning. The staff had the decency to show up an hour and a half early to let people waiting know how many units they had available. Saved many of us 90 minutes of waiting outside for no reason. Very classy!!

I ordered a video game through their online store/app. Purchasing was very easy, but NONE of the screens notified me that the game I was ordering was on back-order and that they werent sure when I would be receiving it. After almost 48 hours of my status never changing, I contacted their chat support online and only then did they notify me that they werent sure when I would receive my video game. It was poor communication on their part. I did appreciate that they were prompt on the chat line and that it was easy to make purchases online.

Ordered a game online new, came in clearly used condition. Guy at the store gave me a whole speech about how thats how Gamestop ships new games sometimes (opened roughed up package, with smudge marks on the disc) and gave me a hard time about refunding it. I think I would prefer to shop anywhere else for games after this experience.

Its all in the name. If you stop there they have games. Very gamer oriented chain, pretty by the book corporate chain with good service and helpful staff. A bit too helpful, but thats the corporate way.

Staff was friendly. Doesnt make sense to have games on the shelf that you dont have in the store inventory though!

GameStop somehow always disappoint me! I pre order Modern Warfare at another location and they couldn’t ring me out at this one and didn’t even try to switch it over. Cause back in Rhode Island I was able to do. Need more customer service training here in PA. I’ll just go home every time and purchase from RI from now on. Crew you for making me drive miles for a game! #Fail

Decent game selection and helpful staff with an open store layout made for a nice shopping experience. Being a Pro-Member I save on many transactions and accrue reward points faster to redeem for discounts in the future.

1 Star since the staff was nice, no problem with them. I went in here to trade Halo Edition Xbox One for cash. Paid 175 for it all included. Everything worked but their diagnostic deduced that the right joystick of the controller apparently was weak when trying to move up or down. Because of this they took it as defective and told me theyd have to take the whole system as defective and offered me 39 DOLLARS. They had a sign up for a special sale for Xbox One controllers 39$ pre-owned.. Just a controller. Inexcusable, a company like this is only about money. Go to COMPLETE IN BOX if youre in need of anything game related. Youll deal with people actually in it for games and not screwing you.

The staff here is so friendly! Ive dealt with many Associates and the manager here and have nothing but wonderful things to say. I bought a used game console that didnt work and it was exchanged with no questions asked. I have been 100% satisfied with all the help I have gotten in this store and would suggest it to anyone.

Extremely amazing and a fabulous clean place. I do all of my gaming needs here. The staff isnt pushy at all and when I asked about a price of a game the staff dropped what they were doing and went to help me. not pushy at all with the preordering stuff and overall best place ever!

Rude employee

The inside of the place is very nice and very clean except half of the selection in the Nintendo Wii and the Xbox 360 area is too expensive in price especially if you are or arent a Gamestop rewards member. This also includes half of the Nintendo Switch games selection which they want at least $60 just for one Very good or Like New condition game. Awesome selection throughout the store except Gamestop needs to do a better job of bringing in customers and not make all the popular videogames in the store too expensive. Also, this isnt the 1st Gamestop store I walked into with very close high prices like this.

I am not a gamer, but was able to trade games in and find 1 that my 6yr old and I could play together. The young lady that helped me, was very kind and patient with me being that I dont know anything about games. I did the research and knew the games I was trading wouldnt bring much store credit, so I did not have the sticker shock at the counter lol. Was a great experience and will go there again.

The guy who I had was an a hole. Kept on bragging about being a professional gamer. That’s great and all but all I wanted was just to switch my console. Very conceded and lazy staff.

Always friendly and informative service

Their selection is great, and the products they sell last (MOST times), however when I was in there two weeks ago, I was switching out my PS4 for another due to the conditions of my warranty. The entire time, the gentleman on staff stood talking to his friend for a good 30+ minutes, while I waited for my PlayStation to be switched.

Quick in and out, good selection of games of just about all types. Although my cashier Haley, I believe was very sweet and made me want to stay longer!

This location is my other go to location. Always friendly and helpful. This time I went in to see about the dark souls Solaire amiibo which wasnt letting me order online. They promptly ordered it for me and and have it shipped to my house when released.

My go to for a game store (sorry CiB). But you walk in there and the store workers are never rude and more than willing to help! Plus they usually have a great deal on Pre-Used Games so its always a worth if in the area to stop and take a look.

Lazy staff that could clearly care less about sales or the customers. I asked for the price of a game on sale and was responded with I dont know. I also told him several times about a purchase I had on hold and he still tried to rush me out. Nothing like the amazing wyomissing staff sadly.

A worker named Ryan called me a nuisance and unnecessarily shady along with other names when I asked if there was any nintendo switches available since I heard from another gamestop that they had some. I strongly suggest gamestop hiring sales rep that enjoy talking to people and not unnecessarily hostile, lazy, and disrespectful workers. I will never buy from gamestop again because of this incident.

I bought a refurbished wii for my boys for christmas. It died 5 months later (luckily we got a 2 yr warrenty). Went in to return it. The young man behind the counter, Heber, we very nice. He tried to make the switch but after running into a problem he called his manager and the manager said the wont replace it. Came home and called the number on the box. They said to take it to the local gamestop and they should take care of it.I felt very snubbed by the manager not even trying. Very frustrating, felt like I was a nuisance for asking the manager to do his job.

This place is so hipicitical yesterday i went to get a nitendo switch and was the first person in line at the time of release and the game stop was supose to have only 4 extra ones which does not make sense and they clerk was holding it for some other people that did not pre order and refuse to sell it to me which is not right since was in line before them and ready to pay. I called another gamestop and asked them to hold there last one and told me that there not allowed to hold for me. Overall this is the worst gamestop ive ever bern to
