First time shopper here, and I found enough items at discount that I had to upgrade from a hand basket to a cart. If Id spent any more time in the store, Id have upgraded the cart to a 53 trailer.The store was brightly lit, fairly organized, and above all, clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient. Definitely shopping here again.

I love this place! I buy / find under garments, spices, sheets, kitchen stuff, welcome mats, candy, tension rods, deals and even a bit of furniture/ furnishings. Isnt it good to find what you need or were just hoping to come across for a reasonable price!?

Absolutely fed up with this place!!! A few months ago I asked about purchasing an outdoor and chair table set that was ON DISPLAY and they didnt have it in stock. Asked about a different one, ALSO not in stock. Just went recently for a couch that was on sale and was told again, that item was also not in stock. Okay SERIOUSLY if youd dont have a certain item that you are DISPLAYING, then TAKE IT OUT. This place is NOT WORTH the drive anymore. Poor customer service to do that. If you dont have it, DONT ADVERTISE IT as on sale.

Great place to shop around for Outdoor and Indoor furniture. Also a good place to pick up some snacks, groceries. Household items, and electronics.

First time I ever came here, and will be the last. Brought in a return for 2 sheets and apparently one was already refunded even though it was in our house since we bought it. Even though the service was nice to us, the main lead didnt wear her mask but left it under her chin. After this experience, it left a really bad impression. Ill just stick to wayfair..

The store was a bit messy with the transition of clearance Christmas items and new spring/Easter stuff but the highlight of this trip was when the cashier decided I didnt need a bag for the 2 throw pillows I just purchased. When I asked for a bag, he annoyingly looked around for one big enough, found one then handed it to me so I could bag them myself all while he continued the conversation with the cashier next to him... Sorry Im a stickler for customer service!

I usually like this store but it was just ok this time. They have a variety of products and I enjoy going there. The wait was a bit long and too much for me. I try to avoid places were I have to stand in line for over 15 min due to a back injury. Since I needed something quickly I decided to go against my better judgment. Hopefully after the holidays it will be great again.

Very nice items but a little pricey now

Clean, neat store with friendly, helpful sales staff. A real challenge to make a quick trip in this store, because all aisles are tempting to walk through! Lots and lots of options in pet foods and pet care items. Bunches and bunches of snacks, candies, and goodies. This place is great for one-stop shopping for holidays, too.

I shopped there for Easter items and they had a pretty good selection and reasonable prices.

I come here often and I have to say the cashiers and management are very unhappy and seem to dislike their jobs very much. I just watched a lady return something and ask if she could get a gift card with the money on it...the cashier called for management because she said they didnt have any cards up front. The manager came up and made the lady returning her item find the card she purchased the item with so they could put itback on that card! The lady went through like 7 cards to find the right one. She refused to give her a gift card. And the manager was highly annoyed that she had to do it. Then I get to the register. No hello. No nothing. Rings me up...never says thank you...ignored me the whole time. Always this kind of customer service when you come here.

Big Lots is a discount chain with an odd smattering of products. Its like the Target of dollar generals. Personally I like this chain for holiday decorations and random electronics like ear buds. Outside of perhaps leather couches and high end fireplace heaters, the price difference isnt much different from say Walmart.

When I entered the store, I noticed there was a bottle of disinfectant to self clean the cart, but there the roll of paper towels was empty. I immediately noticed that every employee was wearing their mask below their nose. As I tried to walk down one aisle, it was crowded with two employees not wearing masks properly, boxes, and a ladder, so I had to pass them and breathe their air. I am immuno compromised, but Im forced to shop because Im a caretaker for my 84 year old father. I left my cart and walked out. Ill never step foot in the store again.

Nice place to get lost

I like hassle free shopping, so I went in to get a new sofa. The staff member that helped me was very knowledgeable in every regard and helped me immensely. I was quickly taken care of by the sales associate and out of the store and loaded in under 20 minutes. Pretty much hassle free in my book.

This place is great. It is very clean and has a good selection of products. The people that work here are always very friendly and are always more than willing to go out of their way to help you. The prices are fantastic and I usually find what Im looking for. Thank you for a great store.

I was passing by and just dropped in to look around. Shelves were empty is the prices were bad, your better off just going to Walmart or Target. This place didnt really have a good selection of stuff to choose from.

They didnt have any good holiday decorations for Xmas, everything was the same gaudy stuff, like the dollar tree or something like that. Plus, they lack customer service and Customer Service skills!

Love shop there

This store seems very warm ( went a few times in the summer) Im sure now that wont be an issues. Believe it or not both times we went the checkout lady was the same. Its unfortunate that she felt the need to complain about everything. The complaining slowed our check out. When I am shopping I dont want to hear all about how horrible it is for the employees.
