I needed a work table for a craft room. I tried an office supply place and a home store. Then I got the idea to look at GSUF. I had a terrific time going all through the abundance of items for sale here. The prices are reasonable to very reasonable. The items are of fair to very good quality / condition. I wasnt looking for a table and chairs but ended up finding a table/ chair grouping of which I liked the table, even if the chairs were less of a perfect fit for what I needed. We can use the chairs as extras for the dining room, as the wood is the same color as the table we have there. I was really impressed at the amount of offerings available. The employees were friendly and helpful. Once you pay, you have a month to pick up your items. Inventory ranged from a 10 table with no leaves to gun cabinets to end tables to corner cabinets (easily saw 12 of these). Theres a whole other area to investigate across a paved driveway, and if you have no mobility restrictions, its definitely worth a look. Theres a large main level, a large basement level (if you d need an elevator, you could drive around to the back and walk in the lower door).

Theyve got all kinds of stuff! Its a great place to randomly visit. You never know what youll find! Its not just your typical furniture. Theyve got unique, antique-ish, rustic, modern, to the downright odd type of furniture. The staff have always been helpful and honest... loading furniture up, being very careful not to scratch or dent anything... patient with answering questions... And I feel the prices are reasonable. If you need furniture, definitely check this place it out!

A really excellent selection of used and new furniture. Most of the furniture is very reasonably priced. Make sure to check the clearance warehouse for super-cheap bargains. We picked up an Asian-themed blanket chest for $65 in the clearance section. Parking here is very tricky and the road can get very busy. Part of the parking is on a very steep hill and exiting from there on to the busy road can be challenging. I normally try to park in the lower lot just because it has more room.

As a used furniture store, Garden Spot is a good one that I have gone to for more than 20 years. I find good stuff there when I have a need and it seems to me to be favorable pricing. On this visit, the staff was very busy but also very helpful when I had a question or when I needed to purchase something. We were going to look for some pieces for my daughters new apartment and they had a good selection of dressers. We were able to find one that will work great for her.

It’s a used furniture store so it’s hit or miss. I just feel like the last few times I’ve gone have been a lot of missing. Prices have definitely gone up over the years here. So has the quality though- they used to have more “as is” used furniture. Most pieces now look like they have been restored or in like new condition. That’s good for some, but this doesn’t seem to be the place for a cheap dresser or TV stand like it used to be.Parking is terrible.

I have bought multiple items from them and they are very helpful. They will help you load your furniture into your vehicle as well. I would recommend bringing blankets to protect your furniture during transport, but they have cardboard if needed.

Tons of people I know have bought furniture from Garden Spot, and they all love their purchases. Youll find some weird pieces in here, but the vast majority of their inventory is respectable, and none of it is junk. Anything you end up buying will be a massive deal. I recently bought an entertainment stand for $250, whereas comparable items are going for $400+ at the other stores Ive been scoping out for months. Sets of tables and chairs sell for well below $1000; good luck finding a nice table by itself for that price at one of the country stores in the area. High quality, high savings.

Great variety of selections at great prices. They offer complete bed sets, dressers, dining room tables, and corner cabinets. I saw delivery trucks in the parking lot so I guess they deliver too. I was very impressed with the variety of furniture that they have in their store.

We have been able to find just about something for every room in the house. All the furniture comes from estate sales. If you dont buy it when you see it the first time... Probably wont be there when you go back. Prices are great for the real wood furniture.

All of the employees are helpful and friendly, the owner is great, and they have fast delivery for only $25!!! They go above and beyond for you, and I highly recommend them to everyone! Got a beautiful dark wood dresser!

My husband and I love coming here. We travel over an hour at least once a year to browse and buy. We should come more often! We were just there yesterday and bought a beautiful full couch set that was 3 years old and looks brand new. It was at least $800 cheaper than the new sets we were looking at. Also bought a beautiful cabinet and cedar chest. In the past weve bought various items. Only things is the inventory is always different (of course because it is used furniture) so you never know what you will find. Everything is priced awesome for the quality!

While I did not buy anything yesterday, all of the products were well selected and in top shape. Some mid entity pieces, a couple of amazing Art Deco vanity sets, and what looks like locally-manufactured newer furniture.The parking situation is a bit dicey - the lot drops off (paved) down the hill from Main Street. Ask employees for advice after you purchase.

LOADS of used furniture of every discription. Two big floors crowded with pieces can be overwhelming, but every time Ive come in with a particular kind of item in mind, Ive found at least 2-3 good options. My latest find was a nicely recovered wingback chair that my mom just loves.
