Great Store, clean and tidy. Mostly friendly and social employees yet there is always one or two that arent.Generally have everything Im shopping for, however the produce section, more times than not isnt rotated.Over all its a good grocery.

Never can say enough about Market Basket. They are just about the best thing going in New England. All the staff is helpful courteous and their ability to tell you exactly where any item is within the store is remarkable.

So many items throughout the store put into slots showing price yet they are not in the CORRECT slots. Very deceiving!! Ive shopped at the Epping location for 10 years and it simply gets worse every year! I think Management needs to stop GRAND OPENINGS and concentrate on their existing stores!!!

Shelfs are starting to show bare from pandemic shortage. They do their best. Will always support them ❤

The best supermarket Ive been to and their breakfast sandwiches blow away McDs and Dunkins at better prices too. I wish the MB near where I live was half this good.

Its inside the Brickyard Square with other stores, pretty convenient to do your shopping. Store is organized intuitively, no problem finding stuff. Meat/cheese counter, fish counter, bakery items, grilled chicken... typical local grocery. Stuff is helpful and friendly.

Large Market Basket, big selection, very clean. It has a great sub/pizza shop that you can order your pizza then get your grocery shopping done while they make it. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Huge supermarket! Couldnt find diabetic products. Prices are high compared to other supermarkets. Got a lot of exercise walking thru every isle

Great little supermarket. They have a reputation for friendly service and good prices for quality food, and that is our experience at multiple locations. My sushi take-out for lunch was just fine, thanks.

Their Pizza is pretty darn good and you cant beat the price! Less than $10.00 for a large - & its gigantic (16) compared to other places! Great selection in the takeout section to the left at the front of the Epping store!

This Market Basket always has the great things I’m looking for! I tend to skip out on my local one and go to this one instead. The service is also wonderful, namely Raia. She is always kind and willing to help. Both her and the rest of the team always make my visit great!

Use to be great, now getting to be like all the rest. Lead you in for a sale and hope you dont cross reference prices for the other stuff you buy. Still, by far better than Shaws

A great place to do your grocery shopping place is clean and I love services and love their pastries the bakery section is amazing must try to take care of cake and the truffle chocolate is to die for!

Competitive prices with Walmart. Great selection. Better meat, seafood & bakery. Clean bathroom. Produce department is well maintained. Most employees are nice though a few baggers need to work on social skills.Update: Wednesday afternoon, January 2021; My family really likes the pizza 🍕. They keep having new foods to try around the pizza/sandwich/cooked foods. Sushi 🍣 available in two places. I think this store has a good clearance section. Subs and paninis I liked.Update: Memorial Day Weekend, 2021; If you are fully vaccinated, you dont need to wear a face mask.

Great prices, great service! This store offers cooked services in many ways.

The people who work there are very helpful & courteous. They all seem to know where the location of everything in the store is. It seems as if all the employees are busy all the time. Even the cart wranglers are there to assist you in any way they can. I have a close friend who lives in FLA. & Visits frequently and commented that they have nothing to match M/B pricing, quality, service or variety of products in the south. They even went to a manager to inquire if M/B had any plans to expand in a southerly direction & of course the answer was with a slight chuckle,NO.

Satisfied with the store itself and our cashier & bagger were very nice. Disappointed with the pizza/sub area, I ordered a lg pizza with mushrooms & sausage on one half and cheese on the other half. I watched the lady write the order and she read it back to me. When I picked it up, a young man gave it to me. Once I got home, I discovered that the sausage & mushrooms were covering the whole pizza. No plain cheese to be found. Needless to say, my granddaughter was upset as she only likes cheese.

The only complaint is the deli, they dont have it together.

Its inexpensive. Best thing about this one in particular is a very large wine section with good selection.

We drive here from Plaistow because its always fully packed of everything we love, more options. Also better meat and produce, much more modern and clean.

Do customers know there is a documentary of how every employee of this company risked their lives to go on strile in their uniforms in front of the stores to say...no....argy fets the family business. Yes. All my foster kids work here. Bit. When i was in high school? A rich couple from andovwr ma would pick me up at tewksbury hogh school and point to the biggest home across the street...arty lives there. We played soccer in the street with those elementary school boys. #foreverfamily

Early shopping is best for fluency down aisles. Just keep an eye out for the window shoppers hogging the lane

If you go during senior hours, you can’t get your meats. The meats are not put out for customers until much later. It’s great that the store opens early for safety, but it’s not safer nor helpful if you can’t buy your meats until much later.

Cant beat Market Basket, great selection, service and prices. And if you dont like this older traditional sized supermarket, right down the road is a gigantic Market Basket

Terrible experience today....Selection of meats lacked...Older employee was extremely unpleasant! He kept standing in my way, not letting me continue to shop...I adhered to 6ft. Rule, he didnt. Stressful time for all of US!!! My cashier and trainer were amazing! My bagger, broke eggs and flattened my hamburger buns. Worse experience I have had at MB.

No egg salad. Cashier was efficient but had taken mask off. Customer running through store, loudly exclaiming to deli employees but had no mask. Always a trying experience when I am trying to social distance and others are oblivious. Not stores fault but still concerns me.

Not following covid protocol people are walking in right in front of managers with no mask and nothing is being done about it

Very affordable Supermarket to go. However their Organic vegetables variety is not big enough to choose. I think still it is 5 star, because of a good quality and prices.

Love the Epping N.H. store. Very helpful staff. Always seems to be cheaper than the other grocery stores. Their butcher shop and produce departments are always well stocked with a variety of fresh quality products. Thank you Market Basket for being a truly great company with local ties.

The staff is wonderful and the bakery is the best part of the store.

Super helpful clerk wasnt enough to make up for the really crowded store. I saw too many people wearing their masks either under their nose or under their chin.

Play, the store is extremely crowded. However, Market Basket carries items that are not carried in other stores, especially tofu cream cheese and tofu sour cream. When you have a restricted dairy diet, those things are very important. The people there are really nice, the checkout people will make you smile, and the manager is always willing to help.

For the most part the staff is super sweet and friendly, the butchers are informative and helpful. However, the produce department doesnt have a lot to offer or the freshest greens-which is disappointing, especially when thats why youre going there. They also dont have a big selection of organic, gluten free products or dairy alternatives.

This location is fairly new, so its clean and laid out well. Parking lot is a nightmare and it can get busy, but market basket has the best prices. The Hooksett store is the best one Ive been to but its a longer drive for me.

I love this store. The prices, variety and quality cant be beat. This is a family owned chain of stores with a very loyal customer base. So happy to have this store close by.

As a rule, Market Baskets are the best grocery stores in the region in terms of blending reasonable price with an efficient shopping experience. The Epping location in particular is the best location I have visited, being slightly larger than typical stores and newer. I do my shopping here every Sunday, and highly recommend it.

Been going to Market Basket for 54 years, love them, they feel like family to me ! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful ! ! ! I also love their prices !

The woman at the deli was so rude. Normally have no issues. But she was just awful 😔

The bathroom had no toilet paper so it reeked of urine as soon as I walked in, the bagger was rough with my apples and peaches then put a big package of strawberries and a pineapple on top of them! Most of the rest of the store was decent. This one doesnt have a full market cafe but a smaller one. Must be one of the first stores to add one. Was a long wait at the deli counter too even though I was only 3 numbers from the one being served.

Workers always walk or cut in front of you in store. How about letting customer go first.

Love the fried chicken however, today, 4/20 I heard over the loud speaker the recipe was improved. Bought & 8 piece & to tell you the truth we like the old recipe better. Unless Market Basket goes back to the old fried chicken recipe I dont think Ill be buying it again :-(

Everything here is fresh.. The meat counter will special order your meats with No problem and the workers are very very personable. I love the variety of fresh cheeses, and pasta. I shop here every week
