We had the rust removed from both back wheel wells of our 2012 Ford Escape. Victor was awesome to work with and our Escape looks brand new. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Prestige Auto Body!!

Terrible attitude from shop owner, refused to give a written estimate to repair a scratch on a vehicle, for a non insurance claim. Just a verbal agreement, doing that type of business will not protect you (the customer) in case your unhappy with the results of the repair. So buyer beware!!! Update to the response from this business, please be aware that no such request for any type of fraudulent claim was asked and or implied, and to suggest that this occurred shows how low they go. This business is just trying to save face from the poor review given. Prestige Auto Body if you want a good review dont lie, be honest and practice good customer service. To any customer reading this and needing service I highly recommend you shop around and make an educated choice. Remember to always get everything in writing thats the only way it holds up in a court of law anything else is just your word against theirs.

Victor, the owner is probably the best body guy in Erie. They have an extensive paint match and mixing system and a top-of-the-line paint booth. What also sets Prestige apart from the majority of other body shops is the frame straightening machine.

Great place to have your vehicle repaired. Good mechanics and the best of paint and collision body shop.friendly staff.
