Second time the same girl was incompetent- First time she insisted she could take our UPMC vision insurance… took an hour to find out only for eye exams! Can’t use insurance for eyeglasses or contacts. Went to West Penn Optical no problem- new glasses for my youngest!Fast forward two months….Went to have a new screw put in my older son’s glasses. Same girl…I was told she couldn’t get the other screw out. But she could put lenses in a new frame. Naturally the warranty just ran out! I said really you’re going to lose all of our family business over a screw… SadTook the pair of glasses to West Penn Optical- in tow minutes his glasses were fixed! - No problem! New screw and good to go!Needless to say Target is not a very problem solving kind of place. Do you really think I’d believe you couldn’t get a screw out of a pair of glasses.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Myles after about 10 years of putting off eye exams. When I found myself in a pinch and needing contacts for a trip last minute, they got me in quickly and I got a thorough exam with explanations that helped me understand what was going on with my eyes. The woman at the front was friendly and helped me sort out my paperwork as well as walking me through pre-screeening. Dr. Myles was friendly and engaging and got me contacts same day (which I did not expect).At the end of it all, I actually felt like I was undercharged for the attentive service I was provided. Ill be recommending them to my friends and family for sure!
