I had a difficult transfer to make from leaving a friend’s managed contract to joining my wife’s iPhone plan. The manager, Danielle, was exceptionally patient with me and knew all the tricks of her trade to set everything up. She was exceptional in getting past several obstacles.

Literally heard employees making fun of me. If it werent for my contract I would drop them completely.Edit: spoke to the manager Danielle and had a very pleasant talk. We spoke about what the issue was and she remained professional and polite with me. She was very helpful and stressed that this is unacceptable. Overall I rate my experience with her 5⭐. She actually took the time to hear me out and offered solutions. That to me is what customer service is about. Thank you.

Kyle at verizon is THE BEST, but everyone here is so kind and helpful! I am loving my new phone and I could not have done it without them!

The staff here are knowledgeable, personable, patient, and kind. They take time to answer questions and never treat you condescendingly. Every person Ive encountered at the West Ridge Verizon has been terrific! And, they remodeled the store so its much less glaring light and there are tables and chairs!

Kyle Morales did a fantastic a job in seconds. He helped with my phone issues and fix what needed to be fixed. Was very patient a technology challenge senior citizen.

I went into the store very frustrated with my new cell phone (purchased online). Greg was so helpful a long with the other women working (I’m not sure if her name). He got my phone up and running and even was able to find messages that I thought were lost. Thank you so much for all of your help and the great customer service. I will be purchasing from him from now on!

Had a great experience with your sales executive, Greg Eddins! His knowledge of the phone that I purchased was extraordinary. I lost my old phone (or someone swiped it) and he was able to retrieve most or all my information. We will definitely come back in the future.

I was having severe issues with my iPhone X and I began dealing with Greg Eddins as well as manger Chris. They spent much more time on my problem than I would ever expect anyone, to spend. In the end, my phone was replaced and my wifes phone also to iPhone 11s. Their patience & persistence were EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend this Verizon location and especially Greg (& Chris). Their customer service & focus on satisfaction are the best Ive ever experienced. They both receive 10 out of 10s for service & satisfaction.

Needed to upgrade my phone after my son broke my last one. Worked with Jordan to get the new phone and accessories to go with. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. Will definitely go back to this Verizon for future needs!

Don’t go here.All the want is your commission on buying new phones. They lied about the rebate I was entitled to receive. They’ll try to get you to buy the best tempered glass protector that you don’t agree with.

Jordan spent alot of time helping me with my new phone purchase. He never seemed rushed and was always smiling - even with my questions over and over! Will look forward to dealing with Jordan with any questions or purchases. Had some initial dealings with Liz and the store manager. All were great!

Jordan went out of his way to help me. I explained what I wanted and he gave me my options. He answered my questions and did not pressure me in any way. I did not feel intimidated by my lack of knowledge and felt comfortable with my purchase. If youre interested in the same kind of service, forget about going somewhere else and go see Jordan at the W. Ridge Verizon store.

Chris is up-to-date on latest phone technology and was helpful in determining my needs balanced with pricing. I would definitely go back to Chris if I needed another phone! Great guy!!

These gentlemen worked on my mother’s phone and were amazing. She went there because it wasn’t working I met her after work and they informed me that the issue was resolved and that everything was fixed I will not go anywhere else ever again I live close to a Verizon store but I will travel to come here.

Really great place for service and sales on my Verizon Wireless mobile devices and Verizon cell phone contracts. Always less busy than the VZW retail stores, but with the exact same capabilities as walking into a Verizon store. Owner Bob List is a really great guy who understands what good customer service is all about.

I went into the store on Black Friday to take advantage of the sales. They were very busy, however after a long wait I was approached by one floor sales person who explained a lot to me then directed me to a counter representative.I was really surprised at the deal they gave me without getting me into a high end phone.I also ended up with a bundle that included a tablet and a Palm phone. I just pay the monthly connection fee.The floor sales person also helped me with a way to improve my cell signal at my residence.

This store is privately owned so they will lie to you to get you to walk out the door with more than needed. Go to the corporate stores on Peach St or Edinboro Rd if you want honest answers about what you will be paying for on your bill moving forward.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The people working are always friendly and helpful. We went and got new phones two weeks ago and Brad was helpful, knowlegable, and friendly. I just went back for an issue my husband was having with his phone, and Jordan replaced the sim card no problem. I definitely recommend this place over any other cell store, especially a Verizon corporate store.

I visited the store to clarify/confirm some very confusing and misleading information that I received on the app and from Customer Service! I was lucky to have Savanah assist me! She was amazing and rectified all of the issues I went in for! She was even confused by the varying info I received. But she got to the bottom of it!!! I’ll be visiting her for my next upgrade. The staff at the West Ridge, Erie, PA store provides its customers with excellent customer service. In particular, I have dealt with Kyle, Savanah, Brian, and Dave and have been very pleased with their knowledge and attitude toward solving issues. You should go there and see for yourself.

Leana & Mike did an amazing job multitasking when they are crushed with a flood of customers all at once! I was on a serious time crunch but needed a functional phone after a recent apple update crashed my phone. Leana set up, protected my new phone, and transferred all my information onto the new phone in 90 min. I was extremely pleased with the service and will use this Verizon store again as long as Leana is working there!

Unprofessional!!!! I called to preorder an iPhone 10 in October, they took all of my information & checked my account to make sure I was eligible for the upgrade. They asked me which phone color & memory I wanted. I called today, almost 2 months later, and my phone wasn’t ordered. Why did they take all my information in October then & never order my phone. The ‘customer service’ guy, was a complete condescending self-righteous ass to me saying I never answered their phone call to verify the order. So they called me, apparently from an unlisted or private number and NEVER left a voice mail???? Yep, very unprofessional!!! Definitely not business-like to at least not leave a voice mail!

If you ever need a new phone or have any question this is he best location to go to. I got a new phone and had amazing staff help. Ask for Austin Lambard or Leana Berelis! These guys know their stuff and are an asset to the Verizon company!!!

Stopped into this Verizon store to inquire about and purchase new IPhones....worked with Leana and she was wonderful....very knowledgeable and very helpful to us...when i came back to change phones, she even went out of her way to bring my phone(after she finished updating it) to a Verizon store closer to me for my convience...incredible customer service...I would definitely recommend this particular Verizon store!

Terrible. They lie. They offer fake promotions then dont stand behind them. Verizon is investigating them. They may go out of business. Dont buy their insurance. Go to a corporate Verizon store or ATT !

Leanna Berdis is the worst customer service representative I have ever worked with. This store literally won’t accept a return of an Apple Watch within the 14 day period. Both corporate Apple (Michael Senior advisor) And Jennifer from corporate Verizon are both complexed about the service this store is providing. Neither Apple or corporate verzion have seen anything like it. This store sold me a Apple Watch that is malfunctioning and won’t take it back within the 14 day grace period. Do not use this business, they are dishonest and untrustworthy!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RETAIL STORE!!!!Horrendous treatment. Sneaky, lying theives that do not care about anything but getting your money! Brian should not be in customer service. He threw me out of the store because I was frustrated and had a frustrated tone and he said I was “screaming at him” and “calling him names”. I was not name calling, however, My voice was slightly raised, but no where near screaming!I went in to get help switching to a replacement phone. When the replacement phone kept shutting down, Brian wouldn’t help me in sorting out what to do. He also ordered Savanah not to help me. “Go home and figure it out for yourself” is basically what I was told. They would not get me in conwith the store manager. I have been a loyal customer for years. I could not believe the treatment I received today.I was in a few days ago, and watched a lady leave in tears from the treatment she got. I guess I should have learned my lesson then.Rude, unprofessional, and not at all helpful. I went to the real Verizon store on Peach street and actually got help. Found out that the liquid screen protection I was sold at the West Ridge retailer store for $41 + actually voids the warranty and they will NOT refund my money!!!!! Thankfully, it wasn’t used on my phone before I left the store. I will spend the extra gas money and go to the Verizon Store by Sam’s from now on.I am also going to find a way to report this to higher ups. If I were Verizon, I would pull my inventory from that location. I would never want to be accociated with them.

If I could give a half of a star I would. I went into the Verizon store on West Ridge road on 2/11/17 to purchase a new case for my S7 edge and other items. Unfortunately they were out of stock on the S7 edge otterbox defender. The verizon associate tells me they can order me one and have it in in about a weeks time and took my number and said they would call me when it comes in. On 2/19/17 I did not hear anything from verizon so I called them to check the status of the case. The Verizon associate proceeds to tell me that they will be placing an order in about 3 days and would contact me. Now if Im correct a week is 7 days. Ok even if its 7 business days. Its now March 10th and I have still not heard from them. Even if it was on back order which it wasnt a call would of been nice. I went to the Verizon store on Peach Street and Washington Ave and they had it ordered and ready for pick up in 3 days. I guess I know where I will be going from now on. Great customer service Verizon on West Ridge Road.

These people are 100% con artists, they don’t disclose all fees to you up front and let you find out about them when you get your bill. Don’t get a Hum, they don’t disclose that it’s a 2 year contract with multiple hidden fees. They lie to get your money.
