Got rang up was never acknowledged, no eye contact and my change was dropped in my hand like I had the plague. Amanda needs to get a crash course in customer service. I only gave 3 stars because the other two employees were pleasant.

Always enjoy coming here. The food here is excellent and I love the atmosphere of the place. I highly recommend the BLT with some chips, a gluten free chocolate chip cookie and a nice cream soda. Very good place to go for a nice meal, or to buy your healthy foods.

Visiting Erie and did not expect to find good a vegan restaurant. I was so wrong. They have beautiful ingredients with homemade protein and cheese. I had the Twighlight Zone wrap, with apple sauce, and a carrot juice (I forget it’s name). Everything was delicious.

My family has been stopping at this place for years on our way out to visit our in-laws in New York. Always great quality food, laid back atmosphere and reasonable prices. Their chicken bacon ranch wrap is out of this world!

The store is very clean and everyone is super friendly. The produce section has greatly improved. I love that I can get hard to find items at a fair price. The bulk grain and the tea selections are fantastic.

Best place in Erie to buy produce and organic goods.they have a wide variety of items.I love the selection of cheese and other lovely goodies. They have added a lot of new stuff and the cafe is larger and has a lot more seating.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The cost might be more than your use to but your getting good quality foods that are not tainted by pesticides and all that bad stuff thats hard on are bodies. This is food I feel good about. Keep up the good work.

A pleasant shopping experience. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice variety of fresh produce. I was able to get everything on my list, from nuts, spices, hygiene and cleaning supplies. I even spent extra time browsing. Plenty of sanitizing stations to clean your hands.

Every time Im in Erie I go out of my way to stop here for food. Or, rather, I did. I wont be any more.Sadly my last two trips there have been less than desirable.The menu has changed, which I actually dont mind, but the juice was terrible and the sandwiches were worse.Ive raved about the cafe to friends and was quite disappointed to take them there the last trip.Sadly, I feel my days of visiting for food are long gone, along with the quality (or maybe care from staff) of their food.

Staff are fantastic and well versed in whats in the store. Lots of great products and knowledge available. You can shop there whether you have a membership or not.

This is an amazing place! There is little to compare this to in Erie. The deli, grocery, and staff are an above quality business. There is an improved vegetable themed bike rack in a vegetable garden.

The kitchen prepared food was yummy, and appreciate the local food with the farmers pictures. Very supportive of small farms which we need more of.Found it a bit pricey and most of the employees there did appear to be very friendly.

A few years ago, I stumbled upon Whole Foods Co-op when searching for a place where my daughter could eat (dairy and egg allergy) on our trip from Indiana to New York State. Pre-pandemic we made the trip twice a year and my kids look forward to stopping at the WFC, actually request/beg to eat at the WFC both legs of the journey. Tasty sandwiches, fantastic smoothies, and plenty of options for salty and sweet travel snacks, excellent variety. The black bean soup is my personal favorite. Plus the WFC team is exceptionally friendly (Just stopped there by myself yesterday!) Well worth the short re-route from I-90. Thank you!

Great selection for the area. This store, like many others, has a dedicated gf section and then other GF products that mixed in with the regular groceries. Not sure why some brands are segregated and others arent. Gf pizza pockets are a win. Kind of pricey but it is in a dessert for this type of groceries and it looks like there are sales.

I love this place! They are so helpful when you have questions about products, especially herbal and homeopathic supplements. Its nice to shop somewhere that I dont have to check labels for bad ingredients. They do diligent research so I can trust what is on their shelves!

Not the whole foods I was expecting but the whole foods I needed. They had cake and candles. Cashiers cleaned areas between customers. Very nice.

I love the coop here in Erie! They stock some of the best organic produce, bulk goods and general grocery items found anywhere! The customer service is excellent and I especially love their little Cafe. They make a variety of organic fresh squeezed juices, soups and delicious wraps & sandwiches. I really love the rainbow wrap!

This is a Whole Foods Coop not to be confused with Whole Foods the chain. As a mild to moderate celiac I have no issues with cross contamination from the kitchen. I have enjoyed not only the prepared food but baked goods also, again without issue. A great market to find all those rare finds needed for a clean eating and living lifestyle. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Again, this is *not* Whole Foods. But it is a small, well-stocked and well-organized co-op with a cafe and seating area. Friendly personnel and convenient parking. I ordered the Gemini wrap from the cafe. It was excellent....loaded with quite possibly the best hummus I’ve tasted.

I love this space! Everyone is really friendly! My first time visiting, I stopped at the cafe after picking up some PB2 Peanut Butter from their grocery store. Being a first timer to the cafe, I asked what was popular and the woman behind the counter cheerfully recommended one of their sandwiches! I got the sandwich to go & scarfed it down once I got back to my office! So delicious!

This is not the Whole Foods Market we know, but it is great. Cant wait to come back!

This place is the best place in Erie to get healthy food in any form. They have a cafe where you can get freshly made lunches and breakfasts, they have a fridge of pre-made food for takeout, and of course they have everything that your typical grocery store would have. A carrier mostly organic foods and in season they carry local produce. The staff is out of this world and will help you with anything. Becoming a member is simple and the benefits are immense.

Best place in Erie to obtain locally grown organic produce, the best selection of coffee beans, and nut butter grinders for making your own ground almond butter, peanut butter, and honey peanut butter. Their cafe is top notch with lots of seating. I’ve been a member for over 20 years!

There are several places to get organic food from in Erie, while foods co op is more than just a great grocery store though! The vibes you get as soon as you walk through the door are what brings me back over and over again. And the staff is so helpful with anything you may need!

I cannot speak on the conditions of the facility since I did not go inside. However, what I can say is that the food was very tasty.According to my spouse, there were a variety of vegan options as well as other wholesome foods.Since we are in the area we will likely return here. If you are in the area - give it a go.

Dont be fooled by all of the 4 and 5 star ratings here folks. eries co-op simply has no competition, nothing to be compared to. the food is average, prices are high, and the customer service you get at the cafe leaves a lot to be desired.

Theres this really cute guy who works there. Dont get any ideas, hes taken. And the foods not half bad if youre vegan/vegetarian or just trying to eat healthy. Kinda pricey though. It would get 3 stars if it werent for that really cute Blake guy i mentioned earlier.

This place is definitely a little gem. It has a good selection of vegan and gluten free products, and a pretty cool variety of local kombuchas. The only downsides were the pricing of some of their products (higher than elsewhere) and the kombucha on tap was terrible (an extreme vinegar taste with little hints of other flavors)

I am fighting stage four lung cancer. Many people have told me I need to raise my phone level with alkaline water.I have been many other stores looking this water this was the only one that could help me. staff was very friendly and the store was extremely clean.

Overall the experience was good. I did have a question and tried to ask an associate but another customer was talking to her. They both saw me standing there but neither stopped long enough for me to ask a simple question of where a certain product was. I finally walked away and found another associate who helped me.

Best natural food and cures around this area. And they helpful if you have questions. Parking is ok most of the time. Great place to get spices from around the world as well.

I was just in and my cashier isn’t one I normally check out with, she is one employee that I dont normally check out with. She got rather flippant with me over me not writing down my PLU. I am very pleasant and personable with all that l have met to date . However my cashier was quite rude! I am a member and I am loyal to shopping at the store . Mediocrity is a goal in which to aim when working directly with the public .

At the co-op, we respect everyones very personal decision about what they eat.This doesnt seem to add up when one takes into account the ever-shrinking the number vegan products, and find meat and dairy products interspersed.It seems that they hold the view that all dietary decisions are equal, but some are more equal than others.Im ready to divest my membership of this co-op as the very apparent disdain for those who choose not to partake of animal flesh becomes clearer as time goes by.This isnt a matter of them serving a population that is not primarily vegetarian/vegan. This is a situation where they have been reducing what they carry; actively being antagonistic towards vegans; and thinly spreading vegan options throughout cases filled with meat and dairy, whereas if they really wanted to serve the vegan/vegetarian population they would consolidate what few products carry anymore into one case instead of making us have to search through the meat.Sadly, when it comes to vegan options, chain stores seem to have about as much as here - and the prices elsewhere are competitive.
