Im so happy I found Beltone Hearing of Erie. It was a great experience to have learned so much about hearing aids and all the new products that come with the purchase of these hearing aids. Jeff was very easy to work with, he explained everything I needed to know in easy to understand words. After 2 visits I had a brand new pair of wonderful hearing aids and all the goodies that go with them. They sure have come a long way to make someones life better! The experience was awesome. Mom and I went and Dr. Kasey was so prefessional and so accommadating. He didnt get frustrated with my mother who is really hard of hearing. He explained everything in understandable terms and the hearing aids arrieved in only four days! Now my mother complains that the TV is too loud.

I am very thankful that I heard about Beltone! After almost 4 yrs of being told that a hearing aid wouldnt work for me by my doctor, I tried anyways. Jeff did a very thorough hearing exam and told me more information then my doctor had about my type of hearing loss. He measured my hearing more accurately then another specialist recently had, which meant my hearing aid was programmed better for me. I am a healthcare professional and hearing my patients is extremely important. Thank you for helping me to hear again. Its a amazing gift.
