Prompt delivery and always friendly. Great product and great price. Best in Erie. I think someone from their competition is out to hurt their business because Ive been buying from them for years and never had no bad experience.

This is not a business it’s a hobby for this guy. Zero professionalism, motivation or prompt service. Should sell the business or give it to someone that wants to work. Losing money from laziness.

Ordered a ice carving thru bill for my wedding as a surprise for my wife. Bill was very easy to deal with from the start I was very uncertain on what I wanted so he sent me to his Facebook page to get ideas and I went with the dual swans! When we arrived to the reception I was in awe on how awesome it was and perfectly detailed they were! My wife loved it so much it was her favorite part of the wedding reception! So in short awesome work bill and to anyone looking for ice carvings make sure you give bill a call you won’t be disappointed!!!

My friend recommended me to this place. I called to have ice delivered for a grad party. Told me it was to expensive, and go to Dollar general...I needed about 25-30 large bags of ice. This place needs Business 101 and customer service 101.
