The guy that worked on my car, Eddie was awesome! He showed me everything that he did and explained everything very thoroughly! I will only go there from now on and ask for Eddie.

We were midway through a long road trip when our car suddenly broke down. It was shaking, the temperature was high, and it would barely move. Thankfully this place was still open. They took a look and instantly knew the problem - the coolant pump had seized and had torn its belt. And, although they were closing soon, the manager and our mechanic (Dylan) stayed late to fix it for us. He was quick, did good work, showed me what he did and how to keep an eye on it before sending us on our way. They were very professional and very friendly. Cant thank them enough!

Came here a few months ago for tires. Super nice and speedy job. Came back for a last minute oil change before a trip and was pleased that they could get me in so last minute!

Didnt reset my Oil change on dash so I have to find time to get that done oil was ALL over the door on inside and outside of my car and on the carpet close to door frame as well as door frame inside car that I cant get out. The guy who rang me out was very rude and noone was wearing a mask when talking and handling customers. Also, 1 of the techs was picking at nose didnt wash hands came in messing with cups and coffee pot so I literally will not return to Erlanger Midas

Plus it was close to the house and there is a great bunch of guys who works there who seem like they know what there doingAnd at the time they had that free 21 point inspection which I heard they dont got nomoreI hope thats not the case was plenty of times they saved my live because they told me that my tiered end was ready to fall outI rate this place 5 starsYou cant get no better then thisGetting in and out of the parking lot some times is a little tricky but other then that I highly recommend it

I always love this Midas and they always do great, fast, affordable work for me. There was this younger guy John who went really above and beyond when we were there last though! He was so friendly and enthusiastic over the phone and then was so kind to my wild toddler while we were waiting and was really helpful in explaining a few things to me. Definitely a quality place with quality staff!

Great service. Wonderful staff. I had a flat just as I rolled into town. Made it into the parking lot an hour before close. They were able to swap out my tires and get me back on the road in a day. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m not from the area, but if I lived near here, I’d be buying my tires from this Midas location for life. Very, very impressed and I can’t speak highly enough about the employees.

Went in for balancing of tires. Needed tie rod on one side, because balancing was not it. Ok, work done. Still not it, must be the other tie rod, ok, work done. Still not its my racket steering. Ok work done, getting heavy into money now. CAN you believe they said it was 2 front tires, not the racet steering!!!! Now Im really angry First time on express way, car was jumping all over the place. Scared me to death. I should have some kind of warranty, anything ... Right. NO, New manager says its the back tire. Gave me a discount! Bought it. Took car to my regular service guy for oil change and check up. Asked about getting another tire, since I had three new ones. Said the tires I already bought as new where different types. I never heard of such a thing. manager tellls me to buy another tire to match the other back one at another $161.00. I think I was taken to the cleaners!!!!!

He was so kind to the little boy I had with me that day, not to mention how kind he was to every single person that I saw him come into contact with throughout the whole time I was there. Good work honest mechanics no frills

When for a oil leak its going to cost me around $900 dollars

Had some work done on my van at this shop. Their customer service was outstanding and their mechanic Gary Eddy is fantastic. He took the time to come out and explain everything that he did and reassured me I would get longer life on this van. Their manager Clay Cunningham was thorough and a pleasure to work with. He runs a very customer oriented business, which is a rarity today. You immediately speak to a live person from the moment you call. They are quick, efficient, and fair. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend this Midas.

It’s tricky to replace a headlight on a Kia Soul. Two different auto shops declined my business. At Midas, Tre took on the project and replaced the headlight on the spot. He was fast, efficient and polite. Prices are more than fair. 100% would recommend.

I have been a customer of Midas since the mid 70s. I cannot begin to say how much l appreciate the fact that Midas in Erlanger still practice top of the line Customer Service and repairs. I have never in my 40 years had a bad experience at any Midas dealer. They are first in Customer care. First in Service. First in quality mechanics. They are courteous, knowledgeable and so far able to repair any problem l bring them....best part, usually cheaper. You have a problem. Take it to Midas....get a second opinion if you need but, you will be back....l have made believers out of many skeptics. Doesnt hurt to give them a try....they will make believers out of you...l dont have to. Their reputation will speak for itself. I know.

Very pleased with this location! Been taking my vehicles there off and on for 10 years for oil changes and today I took it in for oil change and A/C issue. They recharged, cleaned, and fixed the leak & I am very happy since I was sure the issue would cost an arm and a leg to fix. I will keep taking my cars to Erlanger Midas.

Have been going to this Midas since we moved to Crescent Springs. Their service has always been great and the manager and technicians are always very courteous and upfront about the issues with both my wifes car and mine. And the prices are reasonable too. Couple of weeks ago I had to leave my car there for brake repair and get back home. James dropped me off at home and then picked me up when my car was ready. Great service!

I had a nail in my tire and I was worried I couldnt get it fixed that day and I would end up stranded somewhere. I stopped at Midas for the first time ever and the Manager ED was so accomadating and took me right in. Ed was very friendly and got right to work on my tire. He fixed it up quickly and even cleaned my dirty windows for me. Because of Ed I am going to start bringing my fleet van here for service. Great job Ed. Thanks

Had an overall good experience with getting an oil change. The staff was great and communicative, which is rare with corporate repair places. They did a great job and I will definitely be back. The only negative is that they were not properly staffed; it took almost 2 hours to get the oil changed. The techs who were there were moving people through at a good clip, so Im sure it was a staffing issue and hopefully not a common situation.

They are nice. They know what theyre doing. They do it at a timely fashion. They care. They make sure u leave satisfied. They have stayed after hours to help me. They came to pick me up broke down. Went here a few weeks ago and had no problems. My appointment was met and was not kept waiting. Staff is friendly and good at small talk. Hooked me up with a rewards type pack and coupons at the end. Overall great service and experience.

The management is always friendly and not pushy. The techs know what they are doing. I have never had a problem, and I will keep coming here for the great service and friendly staff.

I received a quote and made an appointment online. I received a confirmation email. When i arrived at the confirmed appointment time, they were not expecting me, and did not have the tires i was quoted a price for. They offered me a different set of tires 2 tires for the price I was quoted for 4 tires. They said they could order the ones I was originally quoted, but it would be two or three days before I could get my donut off and tires replaced. I wasnt too impressed, and took my business elsewhere.

Diagnosed car wrong. Lead to paying for the wrong part. Had to barter to get a refund on the wrong fix and get the money put towards the correct part. However, finally got the right part fixed. Except for the part where my car left their lot with a shattered tail light hmmmm. Thanks John Midas.

These guys were so great! They went to great lengths to get me the right part for my car and were super friendly and cut me a great deal. Cara was especially helpful! Ill definitely be coming here for all my car needs.

Very bad place. I went on Saturday to do a oil change as well as a alignment. After waiting 2 hours I needed to leave. I come back at 6pm to pick up the car. With big surprise the car was totally out of aligned. I went back on Monday and they apologized. I left for work and come back at 6pm to pick up the car. At this time the car was even worst regarding alignment and with more surprise I was receive car alerts that the oil pressure was very high. I couldnt believe. I went for business trip so I was just able to return on Thursday. I left the car in the morning, and went to pick up in afternoon - they confirmed both issues and they finally fixed it. However after my 3rd visit in a week, they said I would need a new RR bearings (1000 dollars ). Conclusion, I will never ever take my car here again. Embarrassing to have places where you need to go 3 times for a simple oil change as well as alignment (some places even do it for free)....

James was very professional and courtious. Gary did a great job on my car and was extremely efficient. I didnt wait long, was actually done 30 minutes earlier that quoted.Highly recommended them. Being a woman customer I feel I was in no way taken advantage of and very comfortable.

Did the repairs the same day

Dont bother taking your car here. They cross-threaded one of my lugs and told me they would fix it for free after the mechanics at Sams Club found the issue. I had to take time out of my schedule now to deal with this problem they created but they were handling it for free so I was willing to forgive them. Then when I got the car in, they made my girlfriend wait for an hour and a half while they looked at it, and decided they didnt have the parts they needed, so we had to schedule another appointment. They knew what we were bringing the car in for, and they made us wait that long just to say they didnt have the parts? We had to schedule the next appointment pretty far out, and when we brought it in, they called saying its been too long since they messed up the lug, and now they expect me to pay for it! So they brought me in multiple times and just completely wasted my time. Ill never go to these amateurs again. How hard is it to change brakes without messing up my car and wasting hours of my time? These guys failed spectacularly at one of the most basic auto maintenance tasks. Ive changed brakes myself with less trouble.

Used to be great service but now its TERRIBLE. Very friendly but have no clue what they are doing. I came in at 11:15 am for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. The guy putting the tires back on had no idea what he was doing. Three times now I had to come back because the car was wobbling each time after they told me it was fixed. Finally my husband shows up and they have the same guy working on my car and my husband stood here and watched him strip the something threads. Its almost 5pm and car still isnt fixed. I will definitely not be back and suggest others to do the same.

After having a previously frustrating experience at another Midas location, I can’t recommend David T. at Erlanger Midas enough. He went above and beyond, this is what customer service should be like. He is knowledgeable and really cares about his customers. He worked with us on acute issues, explained everything in detail, worked with our budget and we will be asking for him on all our service needs. Go see David!

Very caring and professional. They fit me in on a very busy Saturday and had me finished in just a couple of hours! My brakes were gone!! I needed rotors and pads all around, we did half (the worst half) Saturday then the next half the following Wednesday. Also they were over $100 cheaper than my dealer- with a huge wait for appointment and service! Very happy with their service!

Set an appointment for 4 pm online. Get there and manager refuses to honor appointment because it was too close to closing time and said hed rather not stay longer at work and go home.

Made an appointment to change the oil and look at my air filter. They suggested I replace the air filter and I agreed. 3 hours later after being repeatedly told that they’re grabbing the filter from a shop right down the road, the filter still had not arrived and was forced to request they stop working on my car so I could leave. I understand stuff happened out of their control but after 2 hours I shouldn’t have been continually told just 15 more minutes.

I made a reservation appt online with a request of a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. I even repeated my service request upon droppjng off my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the guy at the counter seemed confused after I mentioned the synthetic oil change. He said he charged me $25 by accident, but I could take advantage of his mistake, as if he as doing me a favor. After looking at the service bill when I got home, they gave a me a basic oil change and didnt even rotate my tires. The rotation wasnt even on the work order. The man lied to my face and tried to cover it up as if he was doing me a favor. I wasnt charged wrong but they didnt do what was asked and then lied about so he didnt seem like an idiot. Just another dishonest garage with idiots working behind the scenes.

I always get great service and one of the best prices on oil changes around. Make sure you schedule an appointment, though. Wait times can be long for drop-ins.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!had to take my car to get a new muffler, they used a ZIP TIE around my exhaust pipe to secure it and told me they welded it at the last minute and if it starts to rattle bring it back well the zip tie melted off within a few days. Took it to performance and they fixed it for free. Midas will absolutely take advantage of you if you are female and they think you dont know anything about cars. Awful lying people.

The man that is running the desk at the Dixie hwy location really deserves a raise. Soft spoken guy that handles the customers professionally. They provided great service and worked as fast as possible. I was delayed but they took good care, and saw him talking to other customers and resolved the problems that they had. Its nice to see professionalism at the retail level. Edit- the guy I am talking back was actually a tech working on oil changes and also handled the front of the business at the same time? First name Joe. The kid deserves a raise he handled allot of surly customers with class and he seemed like a very humble hard working kid. Thanks.
