Best place ever and a great crew that work hard there

Very crowded. The cashier was very nice but they definitely need more than 1 cashier on the weekend. The line was super long and the poor cashier was going as fast as she could but ut was just to busy. Typical weekend.

No restrooms for paying customers to use is inexcusable! I had to rush through my shopping because I needed to leave. Fix this problem!!

Its close to home so we stop in fairly regularly, though often there are multiple items out of stock. Theyve had a lot of trouble keeping staff and normal business hours. Were never very confident that well find what were looking for.

Family Dollar has a little bit of everything. This location is always clean, and the manager Theresa is just so friendly, kind and helpful. The prices are good, and the layout is easy to maneuver. They usually do not do cash back, but cash is welcome, as well as cards. Im never disappointed when I go here, and I can usually find all I need. Their holiday decoration selection is always on point and very affordable.

Waited in line for a good 5-10 minutes while the worker on the register was talking to another employee. Mind you I wasn’t the only one waiting to checkout. Then when the worker decided to come to the register she said “you gotta do this” and rang the little bell on the counter. I’m sorry I wasn’t aware I had to make it obvious you are employed to do a job. But thank you for taking time out of your day to take care of a few customers who help keep you employed. Last time I come to this family dollar.

Spent an hour downloading app and clicking freaking coupons. Got there spent another 45 mins searching for products specified by coupons I downloaded. Got to register and was informed today they are not accepting coupons. Imagine that, the one day of the week they have the most valuable coupons specific to Saturday and their system is down. This always happens at this location. Very bad management, half the time the cashiers are nodding out, or closed during regular business hours bc no staff available.

Small store. Good for quick trips for necessities. Staff is always friendly.

My husband went to get a faygo. He ended up getting a 300 times hotter bahama mama sausage. It was more than what he had, the cashier was really rude when he asked what went up in price. I dont care what kind of day you are having, its NOT the customers fault. Plus NOBODY WAS WEARING A FACE MASK!!! We are in a pandemic. This is the worst store, employees are rude and the customers service sucks. I think ill do my shopping at dollar general from now on.

Used to go to this store almost daily but after today i will not be returning so i purchased 2 faygo 3 liters and was going to get a bahamama which were normally a dollar so i get to the counter she says 3.37 i had 3.25 cause i didnt know that they went up in price i asked the lady what went up in price she raised her voice at me and said 3.37 so i asked again because my order for those 3 things is normally 3.17 then she looked when she could have done all that without raising her voice. not to mention this place is not enforcing mask the cashiers dont even have them on i did take pictures and plan to send this to the cdc this business shouldnt be open if they dont follow the laws

NICE people working there!!!! Good little store! Previous review was 3 years ago and there are different people there now. Im an older person who has ALWAYS been treated with respect for ALL the years Ive gone there and shopped. ALL the clerks are friendly and smile a lot! Dont know what happened with the previous reviewer, but this customer has NEVER been treated like that! Been there many times and will continue to go there. Would NOT shop where the people are rude or ignore customers! This store is fine and the prices are, too! Im a REGULAR CUSTOMER!!! Easy parking, great people, good hours and prices! 5 STARS!

This location is always well kept with products and seems like this store has better and more merchandise to choose from, the employees are so friendly, you cant help but to be in a good mood during and after .

The cashier was polite but the store manager wouldnt even help all the customers were trying to get her to come and help but she refused and was so rude to all the customers 3 people walked out saying that they wont be back I felt so bad for the cashier

Stocking staff is awesome. However cashier needs helps understanding English and what I said I did not want I ended up having to pay for no matter how much I told her.

Completely rude manager named Sandy there currently. Always acts like youre inconveniencing her with your business. I will no longer shop there after the experience I had tonight where I was chastised for coming in 5 minutes before close.

I hate this store the cashiers and management are awful in the evening! They are outside at least ten min before closing telling customers they are closed so they make sure they are out on time! Very unprofessional! I will be contacting the corporate office to let them know this store has really went down hill!

The store was dirty very disorganized I will not go back again. The shelves were a mess total disarray.

I come here often but one time they didn’t activate my ps4 card

Always has cart after cart of stock that needs to be put on shelf. Cant even shop today because of supplies needing to be put on shelf. Every row is blocked with supplies, but you cant get to what you need because of supplies of boxes on the floor/carts. This has been going on for some time NOW. Has gotten a whole lot worse when they got the New store.

This place is always a mess. There will be 3 employees present & only 1 actually working. Then, when someone asks 4 help they catch an attitude. The outside is always trashed like the inside. Time 2 find another stop after work, 4 sure.

I went to scan items for the digital coupons and none where available there for i bought nothing wasted trip and wasted gas
