Daughter wanted to look at a KIA Forte they have, so I called and got told the price 4900. Went by there today to test drive it, (with cash in hand). No one came out of the office so told my daughter to go ask for the keys, the lady refused to give them to her and tell me to come in instead. On top of that the price magically rose 2000 dollars to now be 6900.

5 minutes into my test drive they were calling me! The man and woman were very rude. The car pulled very hard to the right and when mentioned this the first thing said to me was well were not going to come down on the price just very rude! I will never go back and definitely wont recommend them to my friends, family, or my worst enemy.

My husband and myself purchased a cat from this place about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Our car broke down last night while we was driving on the high way. It’s started smoking and we had to end up getting it towed. It will not start and there is water in the oil which is a goner. The car is finished. I called because we got the car on March 12 and it’s April not, that’s not even a full 30 days. We told them the situation and they asked me “what do you expect us to do”? That was there response. They said we bought the car, and we must deal with the problem our selves. We were very kind when calling and didn’t even get angry, weird that they did. I hope this place get shut down or they learn how to handle there business correctly, they knew we had children, we’ve are shelling out 6,000 dollars for a lemon that they knew they were selling us.

Went in on a Saturday to look at a specific car, and had to physically knock on the door to get their attention, “salesman” acted like we were an inconvenience to him. We told him what car we wanted and what down payment we could do, we were then told “yeah we should be able to do that, come back Monday when finance is here.” Came back Monday and finance lady looked at us like we didn’t belong there and when asked about the specific car, responded with “Well what do you wanna know about it?” Said we were looking to finance with our down payment and got told no immediately. No sit down, no conversation, not “could you maybe do this down payment?” Just flat out no. Didn’t even give us a 60 second conversation. Will never go back and absolutely will not recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely no customer service skills or effort whatsoever. Horrible experience.

I actually have to change my review for this car lot, after they have gotten to know my loyalty and my ability to pay on time and consistently they have been wonderful, purchased two good cars from them so far and sent a friend to them as well. I do recommend them if you intend on a paying on time etc.

They were very good to me. Stacey was very helpful and went out of her way to get me into a good vehicle. They were more than willing to work with me to get me into the car I wanted. Ill definitely be back and have sent anyone I know looking for a car straight up to them!

The owner or salesman was very rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. We basically was just wanting to look at the cars and price them and he more or less kicked us off the lot. He assumed we wanted to buy right now instead of asking questions regarding our plans ect. He just went straight into how we were going to pay for it, and when we said we didnt have any money right now, we were just looking and wanting to see prices, he more or less told us to get off his lot that he had nothing for us. So when ever you purchase your next vehicle go to a place that treats you well, instead of like your business is not wanted. Will never set foot here again!

Would never recommend. Car I looked at smelled musty. Told them there may be some water damage through the sunroof and I was told, “I’m dry in here”.

Bought a car from them in cash about a month ago they told me I would have a title in 3 to 4 wks..I called Frankfort ky DMV to find out if my title was switch to my name or was it in theres still.they told me it was still in d&d name it hasnt been switch or touched so I called d&d they gave me a run around so needless to say I got Erlanger police involved with this situation..Dont do business with them!!!!

I will never ever buy a car from this place again, they said they put a new battery in car but day after we bought the car it would not crank, so we had to buy battery, now weve had the car for seven month and transmission has gone and we paid right at three thousand for a car we could only get use out of for seven months, never again
