The new store looks good, and Ali is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I now have the exact phone I want and am happy on a cellular level for the first time in years. Our plan costs far less than just about anyone we know, and we really have no network or service issues.

Although I enjoy the inexpensive cell service, the employees are unkind, unfriendly, and overly pushy when it comes to sales. The accessories they sell are over priced and of poor quality. If you have MetroPCS I would suggest using the MyMetro App or the automated customer service line.

They are hardly ever open. Even at times they are supposed to be. Prices are fairly good though.

If I could give zero stars I would. There product are very poor quality.my phone wont send text half the time it comes back with a sms1 error. Ive asked how to fix it they say restart the phone that doesnt work. I WILL NOT refer anyone to then.
