Absolutely the single best care ever received with hearing aides. Guy and Michelle make me feel like family and are eager to help in any way they can. I have had 3 sets of hearing aids before but this is for sure my best experience. Any problems are fixed happily and quick .

My husband hadnt been able to hear out of his left ear since he was a kid. And now he can hear great out of both ears again. Now I dont have to practically yell at him for him to hear me.

I have been going thru some tough times in the past 2 years due to a severe auto accident and destroyed my hearing aids in the process. Guy and Michell stood by my side all this time and submitted a application to Miracle Ear Foundation for help in getting me a brand new set of hearing aids, for I had no way of paying for them due to being disabled in the car accident and losing my employment. Dont waist your time. First it is company policy (mandatory) to schedule an appt. with your spouse present. Im 61 and dont need my spouse to see a doctor or enter a hospital. I went to another location and told them I wasnt married. I had a hearing test and was told I have good hearing, just loosing the high tones. They had me fitted on sight with their latest product. It was ok, a sound amplifier. Then the cost, $5700.00! I have the best insurance but they wouldnt pay a dime for hearing aids. I wouldnt bother unless your rich or you cant hear at all! People were nice though....I guess well paid! I would hope so!

My stepdad sees Guy for his hearing aids. He is an amazing employee. Very courteous and poliete. He was really funny too!!! Told a few jokes. I found it fascinating what he was talking about. How the whole hearing process works.
