Called on a Monday to have them move my office and they came the next day. Moved file cabinets, sensitive office equipment with no problems. Arranged in the new location. Great job! Used them to move my personal belongings a couple of years ago as well. Definitely will use them again.

The office staff were courteous and efficient and worked to fit my move in their schedule. My movers, Luis and Nunez, arrived three hours early and banged out my job in two hours. They were fun to be around, respectful of my things and didnt waste time. I had not used TMAAT before but will certainly call on them again.

Gary and Tristan were AMAZING. They made our move a lot more bearable and they were very kind and helpful. The move went a lot quicker than expected and all of our stuff made it in one piece. They took extra time to wrap furniture that may need it which was very nice of them. We never received anything to give them a review so I thought to put it here. Also, our move in date changed due to issues with the place we were moving to and the lady on the phone was so kind and understanding. Held our deposit and told us to let them know when we knew when the date had officially changed. I will absolutely be using Two Men and a truck for our future moves.

They didnt get all the rubbish they could have, still charged full price, and offered no apology about the bad service. I will need a second truck to get things they definitely could have. Unfortunately I wont be able to use them again, and would need their services in the future so its unfortunate. Unfortunately 1800GOTJUNK wont go out as far as to the house I needed emptied so I had to try someone else, which led me here. Unfortunately the search will continue.

They were a great service, the office women Karen was the reason I went with the company, she was amazing. The movers I got worked their tails off on the hottest day of the year but unfortunately, we went over the estimate by quite a bit. I understand travel time being paid for, but what about giving your boys breaks on days like this and not charging the customer? I couldn’t even be upset because they were working so hard, but I am disappointed they couldn’t do it within the 3 hour window for 1 bedroom. The drive was less than 20 mins and I did have some heavy things, but it is wild one room couldn’t be completed in 3 hours.

Made the mistake of hiring this company to unload a uhaul after an out of state move. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. They did not show up at the 2:30 time I was given by them, and when I called just to verify that they would indeed be coming I was told to call back if they were not there by 5:30 - 3 hours late and 30 minutes before the office closed. The movers eventually did call an hour and 15 minutes late to tell me they would be there in 10-15 minutes. When they did not show up after 45 minutes, I called the driver back and was told they stopped to get a bite to eat and would be there in 10-15 minutes. They showed up 30 minutes later, which was 2 1/2 hours after the time they scheduled me for. When they did arrive, they tried to tell me that my time started at 4:30 even though they didnt show up until 5:00. They said its from the time they call me to tell me they are on their way. I reminded him that I was the one who called him. If we went based of his theory, they would have used an hour and 15 minutes of my 2 hour time slot not even at my location. I have no problem with running a little bit late or stopping to eat. Just dont tell me you will be there in 10 minutes and then not communicate the change. Also, when I called the office after my move I left my number for a manager to call me which never happened. When I called back a couple of days later, I was still not able to speak to a manager myself. I was told the information would be emailed to the manager. Overall, total lack of professionalism. I would highly recommend hiring someone else for your move.

We had the best moving experience we could have. The guys were courteous, relialble, and effecient. Bill and Dave were wonderful to work with, they were really good guys. Trish at the office followed up as well and we were very happy with Two men. Once we move again from the storage unit, Im sure everything will be just fine. We are very pleased.

I submitted two separate requests for moving quotes, a few weeks apart, and the page said a moving specialist/consultant would be reaching out to me in a few days. Another 1.5 weeks later, no one has reached out. I called this morning and spoke to Dana who said they had been really busy and since everyone was on the phone helping others with quotes, someone should get back to me later in the morning. Around 4 pm, no one had still contacted me and I called back and got a different guy on the phone. He said he worked in the same office as Dana and saw the note that someone needed to call me. I told him that if I didnt hear back by the end of the day today, I wouldnt be calling back.This company, not necessarily this location, has been recommended to me by multiple people. I am trying to get a quote for a possible move and I would never recommend this company. The lack of professionalism and zero time sensitivity strengthens my resolve. Apparently they dont need the business so I will be shopping quotes elsewhere and making sure no one I know uses them in the future.

The Erlanger ky branch was down right rude and 4 hours late saying because its raining. They are not on a roof or going around around block to move this stuff into a truck. They do nothing to compensate you for the loss of time. The sad part is they have a grandmother rule.. to treat everyone with the respect you would treat your grandmother. Being so downright rude is not the way to treat your grandmother.

Beware and ask if they have insurance--obtain a copy before your move! The driver of the truck badly damaged a storage facility security gate due to negligence on the day of our move. The Operations Manager for Two Men and a Truck came out to inspect the gate damage and ensured us and the storage facility manager that they were responsible and would be taking care of the damages ($11,000). Its been over a month, multiple phone calls and emails to which they are not responding. Additionally, the corporate headquarters Customer Relations Department (Lansing MI) said they do not have any control over the Franchisee. BEWARE...THEY MAY BE OPERATING WITHOUT PROPER INSURANCE. THE HQs WILL NOT HELP YOU BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS A FRANCHISE. YOU MAY BE AT SIGNIFICANT RISK IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY.

I had hired Two Men and a Truck recently (July 10) to move my furniture locally. It has a hot, humid day and the workers worked like crazy to get everything moved in a timely manner, which I highly appreciate! But once we arrived at the new location one of the employees, laughed being sarcastic stating, Oh I guess I have to but this bed back together for you. Well long a behold about 15-20 minutes later I was informed that the parts to put the bed back together were no where to be found. I have called THREE times for the Operational Manager to return my call in regards to the missing pieces...Which I had to go myself to purchase temporary parts so there was a bed that my daughter could sleep in. In the meantime of my THREE phone calls, I have discovered that there was damage done to the door frames and paint of the house that we moved from and damage to a new piece of furniture that is not even eight months old. So if you like to have your homes, furniture damaged and awful customer service from upper management than this is the way to go. I will NEVER recommend Two Men and a Truck to any family or Friends. The only reason that I am giving them two stars is because of the heat the day of the move!

I recently hired Two Men and a Truck for a recent move and I couldnt be happier. My two movers (Randy and Andrew) were fantastic. Randy kept in contact communication with me throughout the day leading up to my move and arrived on time. The two of them were super professional and moved quickly but with care. I would highly recommend the two of them again and again!.

I’ve worked in customer service for over 25yrs and really value that. It was very refreshing to have young kinds give THE BEST service. They were very polite and super hard workers. This business does something really right when hiring their people!!

I was very happy with my move. The movers were very thorough and professional. They made sure to explain all of the aspects of the move, double checked with me to be sure they took care of what I needed, and handled everything to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them in the futire.

My friend and I waited over 4 hours for them to show up. They had lots of excuses and attitude, seems it was raining out and they figured they would melt in the rain. FINALLY, after many calls and social media posts they sent the whole team out to load the truck. To bad had to go through this so management would finally help.

They did a fantastic job and the office personal went above and beyond to take care of me.

Movers arrived without masks available to enter house. When asked to mask, head crew member was able to retrieve one disposable mask from truck, 2 other team members had nothing. Movers were great handling furniture but coming to someones house a year into a pandemic w/o masks is unacceptable. Then, an hour into the move the operations manager and his assistant waltz into my house unmasked, uninvited. I asked them to mask and again, not done. So, it is obvious that they have no desire to mask, do not provide employees with the necessary PPE, and do not care about entering customers houses w/o masks to protect them. They can move furniture but it is obvious they do not value employees or customers.

Do not trust their employees. They are thieves and will steal from you. I would not let them in my house.

The movers were extremely professional and the scheduling team were able to get me scheduled on short notice. The rates were very competitive for the area, so I’ll be using the service again on future moves.

I wrote this on 10/31/2020 in response to a follow up email from Kathi Petrey. She never responded to what I had to say:I was very dissatisfied with the move. I actually had to change my plans to return from out of town early this weekend because I have a garage full of stuff left to pack and load by myself today and tomorrow in an effort to be out of the house by the end of the day on Nov 1st.Here were my issues:1. The movers were two hours late for the move. They were at the bottom of my driveway waiting two hours for someone to bring them a smaller van. This significantly impacted the time frame necessary to get everything done.2. The movers were under the impression that I was packing one day, and loading the next day. I confirmed several times with your schedulers that it would all be done on one day. I do not blame the movers for this misunderstanding, I blame scheduling.3. The taller guy was great, and I think he did as much as he could given the circumstances. He attempted to provide guidance to the other movers throughout the day, and corrected them several times, particularly with loading. However, there were several times that I saw one of the movers on his phone outside the house. He did not seem to be moving as efficiently as the others. Given that the job is paid by the hour, that type of behavior is unacceptable.4. There were several items that were packed out of place. I had things in the rooms that I wanted them to be boxed in, so that they could be labeled as such. But I noticed that some things were taken out of their designated area and boxed in other areas.5. One of my major concerns is the quality of the packing. I was not able to watch everything being packed, but I did see that my Mac desktop (which was originally in my office to be packed with office materials) was not only packed with random living room pieces, but it was very poorly thrown into the box. I will attach a picture to this email.6. There were several items left around the house unpacked. I had to go collect all of those things myself since I wanted them and thought the packers would be packing them. Display items, mirrors hanging on the walls, cleaning tools, etc.7. There was a manager who came by to bring additional boxes who said that he would return to help, but never did. It is my understanding that the movers were calling multiple people throughout the day to get additional help, but no one would come.Overall, I was very unhappy with the quality of the move. The “movers who care” slogan was not lived up to in this job. I am very concerned about how my items will be when I remove them from the pods at my new home. Hiring your company ended up causing more stress than being helpful. I would not recommend or use this company again.In response to the response: My items were not fully packed. I had to pack a lot of items on my own that were left in the garage. Also, this does not address the POOR QUALITY of the packing that was done. My review was to warn folks about not only the job being left undone because of improper handling of my request on your companys part, but also about the POOR QUALITY of the packing job. No ones desktop computer should be packed like mine was. Ever.

My husband and I have used Two Men and a truck twice in two months. The first time, we had Kyle and Tyler. They were so incredibly careful and efficient with everything they did. Awesome personalities and absolutely respectable and respectful. We liked them so much that we called again for help moving furniture out my parents home into our home. Im writing this review because I feel everyone should be warned about how Two Men and a Truck does business. I used Two Men and a Truck to move last month. When deciding which company to use, I looked into two companies. I chose Two Men and a Truck, even though they were the more expensive of the two, because I had a positive experience with them in the past.First, know exactly what you are signing. They breeze through the paperwork, saying sign here and initial there. This isnt their first time going through the paperwork. You dont realize in one section you are declining full coverage for damages. I finished signing and initialing where the mover told me to and didnt realize I accepted coverage for only $.60 per pound. If you have anything of value, make sure to get the full coverage. Youll be glad you did. If it was brought to my attention, I would have chosen full coverage.When we got to my new house, I noticed three very expensive items were damaged. I had to have someone come out and fix a dresser and a dining room server. I also had a very expensive copper top table dented. When I brought it to the movers attention, they made it seem like it wasnt a problem and it would be taken care of. I later found out the table cannot be repaired and cannot be replaced.I contacted Two Men and a Truck and supplied them with the paid invoice for the table. The invoice was for a couple thousand dollars. I got a call from the company and was told that I declined full coverage. Because the table weighed 100 pounds, I was only entitled to $60 compensation. He said he would cut me a deal and give me $75. When I told him how disappointing that was, I found him to be a bit rude and sarcastic. I called back a couple days later to let Two Men and a Truck know I would be writing a review. The lady I spoke with told me to hold off and that she would see if there was anything else that could be done. I kept getting brushed to the side. I would continually have to call back to see where we stood. They didnt really seem to care to fix the situation. Ive yet to hear from them regarding a solution, which is why Ive decided to go ahead and write this review.Besides only being compensated $75 for something that cannot be repaired or replaced, I am upset for a few other reasons. First, I was extremely generous in tipping the movers even after knowing the damage that was done. I tipped them well because they were polite and times are extremely uncertain right now. If I knew this is how things would be handled, I would not have been so generous. Also, there were items that were left in the truck. Instead of calling when they got back to the shop to let me know they forgot to unload something, I had to call and notify them after I realized some items were missing. Lastly, I am Realtor in the Greater Cincinnati area. My clients frequently ask me for moving recommendations. I would refer all my clients to Two Men and a Truck. After my experience, I will never recommend this company again. I will be finding another moving company to refer my clients to, and I suggest you do the same.

Weve relocated more times than I want to remember and have had nothing but nightmare experiences with other companies. This time my husband wanted to move the stuff himself and while I expected to help, I broke my leg and insisted on hiring movers. It poured the day of our move and the two guys showed up on time and got to work. They were careful to wrap everything and make sure it was placed on the truck securely. They were professional, respectful and customer service was responsive. I wouldnt use anyone else.

The office staff were extremely helpful and very patient.( I kept changing what I was selling and keeping.) The movers were right on time and very organized. They even helped place furniture where I wasnt even sure where it was going. They didnt damage anything and had the job finished in the time frame they promised.

The guys who came were so very helpful, respectful and professional. They took great care to not touch the walls and to protect the floors. They communicated with each other the entire time they were making their way through the stairwell with heavy furniture and they communicated with me when little changes needed to be made.I dont think it would be possible for me to be happier with their work.The office was also wonderful in communicating with me. The scheduling process was very fluent for us due to our closing schedule, but they accommodated our schedule even when it needed to change.The movers were professional and courtesy. I called in to the office the morning after our move. It was not to complain...it was to complement. The guys on my move from Ohio to KY busted out a 3 bedroom, full- basement move in little over 8 hours! My move was not just Two Men and a Truck was actually 4 men and 2 trucks. :) I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and will use them for my next move.

Everything was delivered without a scratch and they even went back for a second load when they couldnt fit it all one! Movers were careful and courteous.However, I did not think the a one bedroom loft apartment move should have taken Four hours. There were times I felt obligated to Supervise them to keep it going.Not worth the expense.

The truck showed up on time at 10:00 AM. The two men were very hard working and loaded up the truck in record time. They took extra care of wrapping the dressers and the hospital bed so that there would be no moving parts . The hospital bed that weights at least 300 LBS was moved with care. The drive to the next location was completed very quickly as well as the unload and placement of the furniture. I would use Two Men and a truck with my next move.

From my experience with my movers, the higher cost was well deserved.I had zero damaged Items and the move fell under the timeline I was quoted.Spend the extra up front, you’ll save it in damaged items and then some.

Fantastic experience! Everything about the move went smoothly. We packed ourselves, but bought boxes, paper, and tape from Two Men and a Truck which were good quality (the clear tape is easier to deal with than the brown). They provided the right amount of movers and trucks based on a verbal evaluation. The movers were polite, trustworthy, and very efficient. One offered to sweep our garage since the former owners left it a mess; that way, nothing would be tracked inside. They asked if they could lay down material mats in places to avoid floor damage rather than plopping them down. Nothing they was moved was damaged. They significantly undercharged us for boxes in error, but they told me I didnt need to repay it. Everything went right. This has been our best moving experience ever!

This is the third or fourth time Ive used Two Men and a Truck. Obviously I would not keep coming back if they didnt do an excellent job. They are courteous and on-time. They work quickly, but not so fast that they ding or scratch your stuff. The guys are nice and friendly, but not too much either. Rates are good. What else do you need? Use them!

I called with just a little over a 24 hour notice and they were able to accommodate my desperate need for movers to unload a Uhaul. The 3 men ( one was a trainee) were incredible! I was introduced to each of them and was given an opportunity to explain our situation and show them around the house to where I needed the boxes to be stored. The men were kind, respectful and extremely professional. They had great personalities and we really enjoyed the experience. Strong, quick, efficient and respectful of the boxes, furniture and our home. I could not have asked for a better experience! I will not hesitate to call Two Men and a Truck again!! Way too expensive to use and they said it would take 3.5 hours to 4.5 hours to move me. My estimated it should only take 1.5 hours

This is the third time I have used Two Men and a Truck to move. The guys have always been nice and courteous and hustle to get the job done. They take great care with my fragile furniture. I would reccomend them for your moving needs. Also the girls in the office are easy to deal with and explain all of your options.

This was a flawless move...nothing damaged during any part of the trip. Our movers, Marsh and Nunoz, were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!!! They took great care of all our belongings for this two-hour move. The cost of the move was well within our budget. Thank you for the excellent service!

Booking agents as well as movers were great. Not only did they accommodate rebooking for me, they did it without making me like I was putting them out.The movers were friendly, cautious and fun! Not to mention FAST!!Totally recommend and will use again.

Movers Who Care is their slogan, yeah right! They don’t care at all. I don’t see how they got a 4.8 review. Someone is being paid or the workers are giving good reviews. Everyone who reads my review you should read the bad reviews first because those are the most honest and true. The two movers came and one of them broke my bed. One of the guys said if I give him $150 they would replace The whole bed if it needed to be replaced I told him the bed isn’t being sold at the furniture store anymore. He took all the pictures and got the serial number to act like something would be done. A week later Cody I think his name is cane out and I was thinking since they took the serial number they got the bed slats that needs to be replaced... nope he only colored the chips that had been made to the head board. COLORED IN THE CHIPS WITH A MARKER!!! It took everything I had to not laugh about how ridiculous that looked and the colored didn’t match. I was getting ready because I thought he had the slat he looked at me and said I can’t fix that, those have to be replaced.... well, duh that what I thought you were here for. He then goes and takes picture of the serial number after I again said the bed had been discontinued and again I thought this was taken care of previously. He came on a Monday July 8th I didn’t hear back from them I had to call them and the woman on the phone said he just stepped out. Btw, he always just steps out or isn’t feeling well. It’s now July 22 and I didn’t hear back from them. I replaced the bed slats myself because I was tired of sleeping on the floor. Me buying the bed slats wasn’t the problem the problem was if you break it you buy it!! It’s only the right decent thing to do. I don’t want them in my house anymore.They charged me $270 to move a bed set and a buffet table. 100 deposit and they start to charge when they leave from the place that they are at. At the time they were in Verona so it took them almost an hr to get to me. That is part of the two hr window. That was purposely done. This was my first and last time dealing with this company.

We recently had Two Men and a Truck (5 men and two trucks) move our 10 x 30 storage unit furniture and other items and furnuture and contents from our 1300 sq. ft. Apt. From OH to our new house in northern KY. We cannot say enough about the incredible job they did for us!!!! It was a very long day for our movers and yet they powered through with positive attitudes, working quickly but with care for our things. They were wonderful to work with all day and we appreciate all of their efforts!!!! Thank you!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could.They came to my house at 8:30am and finished completely by 4:30pm. I’m a 76 yr. old Gramma and the guys were around my grandsons age. They were very polite and got straight to work. Never going slowly. We joked around, and laughed a lot, but they kept up the pace.Anything I requested they would do.The real issue is they had to take part of the load to my Grandson’s and then the rest to my new apartment. Which was not easy to orchestrate. However they did it and all the furniture got to the right places.Thank you guys...you were amazing!!!I will recommend you guys anytime. Wish I could see you again but without the moving part. Also a big thanks to Christie and Katrina in the office. Same for you two ladies ...great service. Friendly beyond words and helped me a great deal.Keep up the good work.Blessings to you all!!!!

Two men and a truck is the way to go! They arrived on time. Calling when they were on the way and the time frame given was right on. They showed so much respect for our furniture and all of our belongings. Wrapped every item that we didnt get around too. They worked very hard and effient. All paperwork is explained in detail to you. No guess work. Cant recommend them enough. My husband and I were extremely happy with the move. After moving 5 other times and doing it ourselves, hurting rental of a truck returning the truck and feeling exhausted. This is a back saver and no headaches at all!

The two workers were very personable and conscientious about their work. Items were wrapped well and handled with great care.They arrived on time and completed their assignment diligently.

Two Men and a Trucks team was very professional and kind. They did a superb job of taking care of my parents antique floor radio. They called me in the morning to let me know how long it will take to get to the location. They explained everything. And finally very courteous. Looking forward to hiring them again in the near future.

The crew, Eric, Zack, and a third fellow whose name escapes me, were courteous, professional, friendly, everything you would like to see in movers on one of the most hectic of days. I wanted a company to pick up a sectional sofa I had purchased and deliver it to my home the next day. Two Men and a Truck was able to get me a crew and have my sofa picked up and delivered with in two hours of my call. The furniture was at the store and they had no problems accommodating me. The office was so helpful and the guys did an amazing job. Thanks for the great help on such short notice on a small job!

I would highly advise avoiding this company. My mother had her move scheduled for over a week and was quoted it would cost between $1300 and $1700. Then two days before the move shes told it will cost over double that at $4000, leaving my mom only a couple days to scramble and try and find other movers. Ive heard good things about Two Men and a Truck but this particular location seems to be striving to ruin their good reputation. So if you go with this company make sure your first quote is accurate and get it back well before your move is scheduled so you know what youre really getting into.

I would highly recommend this company. From the initial appointment to when the movers came to our house, everything was handled very professionally with a personal touch. I was impressed with how quick and organized they were. They wasted no time in unloading and loading (which I know from previous experience with other moving companies, that it can get costly when being charged by the hour) They were kind enough to stop the clock a little early vs charging another full hour which was very appreciated. I would definitely hire these movers again.

The guys were very prompt, extremely polite and took great care of our stuff. They worked tirelessly to complete the job and my wife and I were extremely happy with the service they provided.

The 3 young men that came to help me move were wonderful. It was 93 degrees. They never stopped. Never slowed down. They were polite. They were careful.
