Thieves .This is an extremely dishonest processing plant. Our half of grass fed beef - most cuts replaced with other meat - pieces of our grass fed beef that we received have best areas cut out - a prime rib roast was cut such that it was like no other we have ever had (all bones) - water (lots of it) is added to the ground beef.Report them if you have similar experience. I am going to report them to the agency that licenses processing plants.
