I walked in needing a new phone number since I moved back home from Oklahoma. I walked in, and the girl looked confused for about five minutes on how to get me a new number... then out of no where, said it would be $15. Which I knew about. Then said I was all set.Didnt have to do anything with my phone, no new sim, nothing. Very simple. Fast. Awesome, actually blew me away. Thanks again for getting me a new number so fast!
Very helpful & friendly staff, customer wait time can sometimes be long, we have 2 LG 6 phones & are very happy with them.
Just went in the store and the person working openly admitted to knowing not one thing about a single phone in the building.! No one there to train her! I walked out not bothering to make the purchase I had already had money in hand for.
Amazing facility. From afar always on their game up north here. Cricket rocks thank you
Very rude, not respectful . i Bought a phone from here and it came with the camera all scratched up I came back two hours later and they wouldnt do anything were just rude about it and said we couldnt have done anything wrong to it. When the phone was never took out of the box till we got home then we went straight back
Slow. Trust me pay ur bill online!
Never have nothing in stock...waste of time better off shop online..
I would’ve given a one star review. However, the people working in the store are absolutely friendly and amazing. Seriously. They’re awesome. However, my service is slower than ever. I hardly have more than one bar, regardless of where I am. Takes forever to load photos or anything on any social media and it hardly sends/receives texts. As soon as my month is up, I’ll be going back to my old carrier. The extra money I pay is worth it. Especially since both my husband and I use our phones for work on a regular basis.
Very helpful clerk.
Went to cricket from at&t because we were told we could bring our phones and they would work. When the man at the desk set up our account, he put in there store address for our address. Not sure why cricket wouldnt accept our address? Once our s7s were switched over, and after a couple hours in tech support, we found out that we needed a cricket phone for the wifi calling to work. So, we ordered s9s from cricket online. $550 each. And when they came in, we brought them to cricket store in esky to get transferred over. The woman that attempted to set my phone up had it so screwed up that I had to factory reset it and do it myself. My wife had better luck there, but mine was a mess. After doing it myself and being successful, I was feeling better until I found out that you cannot send picture messages over wifi. WHATS NEXT I thought. Fast forward 10 months and charging port on phone stops working. Go to this store to get some assistance with warranty and was told I have to take care of it myself. Even the info they gave me was not totally correct. So, I went home to make a claim and they will not accept it online because my address on my account is not the same. Tells me to change address online but there is no edit button to do so. ONCE AGAIN, this store rendered useless at helping. My wife went down twice and said 2 agents were helping one person and they basically told her to leave and come back later. She told the lady that all she wanted to do was change our address. You know, the thing they screwed up as I was becoming a customer. You just cant make this stuff up. I believe I am going back to Verizon or at&t. Probably Verizon because there service is much better in upper peninsula. I tried to save some money but more expensive and frustrating in the long run. What is the reason for a brick and mortar store, if the only thing they do is make things more difficult or nothing at all?
Waited 2 hours, was gonna switch but they couldn’t figure out HOW TO. Manager came in wearing pajamas and still did not know what to do. They told me to come back tomorrow when I live an hour away. They weren’t gonna give me the discount either. Worst service I’ve ever experienced
Unfriendly staff looking to make a quick buck. Questionable phone inventory and lack of knowledge shown by employees.
Fantastic customer service! Lovely young man working there is very patient and helpful.
They assured me that it would work in my house outside of town. So I paid more than $100 for a new phone and plan. It didn’t work at all. I called support (from another phone) who stated that their map showed “poor/no coverage” at my address (near Ford River). They would only refund $20 for the phone. Fortunately my credit card company (Discover) reversed the charges - it was less than 24 hours total.
Solved the problem we were having with one of our phones in the family. Did it in only 15 minutes, Harrah great day.
Friendly, decent prices
Pretty good
