I totally expected to pay for the repair of my 2021 Dodge Challenger out of pocket and they helped me through the whole insurance process and I am super grateful for that. They were very informative about the whole process. My car looks brand new again and I couldn’t thank them enough!!

Justin Beasley has worked on several trucks for me. Always does a great job everytime. He knows cars and trucks. And he knows how to explain things to the customer so that you know what is going on. You never have to worry about him trying to pull something over you. Hes very trustworthy. Cant say that about everyone in his line of work. I have always been taken care of at Impressive. Im glad hes in Eufaula.

If I could rate them higher I would. Im extremely happy with the work done on my truck. I have never been in wreck before and they were happy to help me every step of the way. Great customer service, great paint and body work, great all together.
