Youll likely have to shop around if you want to find the best deals on a womens bike, but they are more than happy to direct you and make sure youre getting a suitable bike for your needs.

Jason took care of me and made sure everything was right after a small parts failure on a new bike. Owner is a pile of work that wanted to charge a $500 non refundable deposit to hold a bike for an hour so I could come purchase it. They did not take any time to make sure I was fit to the bike. Shop elsewhere. These fools dont deserve your money

The gang is very helpful and knowledgable, shop is spotless clean, the techs are skillful and fast. This is the reason that Eugene has one of the best bike cultures. Walked in with a toasted brake lever,which they did not have in stock but had a used Lever/calliper in the parts bin. Jason totally hooked me up for just the cost of labour (20bucks) probably one of my best experiences at a bike shop in my 47 years of riding bikes

Hands down the best shop in Eugene. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and like other reviewers mentioned, they wont try to sell you on products/services that you dont need. I give my trusty steed the service she deserves at Collins!

They always have good service. They are fast when they give you a quote on your bike and a reasonable price for you. They get you your bike sooner than what they tell you. This is the only bike shop that I trust with my bike

This is perhaps the most helpful cycle shop I can remember visiting. I cant recommend them highly enough. I went with my son since our bikes needed an emergency tune-up before starting a long distance trip. They found time even tho they were maxed out on scheduled repairs. They worked overtime to get us safe again and on our way. If I could give six stars I would. Hat-tip especially to Jason for being a star.

Lost a couple of parts in a move and was uncertain of the expense to fix or how difficult it would be to find replacements. Walked inside the shop and was helped immediately. Within 5 minutes I was back out to my car with everything I needed ready to go. They had the exact parts I needed and left me with plenty of money still in my pocket! I will definitely be bringing my business back here.

I have bought everything from kids bikes and Burley trailers to triathlon accessories and apparel here. Jay did my triathlon bike fitting and did a wonderful job. I totally trust these guys with the maintenance on all of my bikes (triathlon, mountain, and commuter bikes). A terrific bike shop with great service!

Jay did my fitting and my feet and fingers are no longer numb, my thighs no longer ache, and I enjoy riding again. Wish Jay was a physical therapist as well, but he kind-of is! Collins is by-far the best bike shop in Eugene, and I have been to them ALL!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, especially Jason. After being on bicycle tour for more than 5 months, I can say that it is difficult to find a good LBS. This is definitely one of the best!

Good place, okay prices, staff is super relax. But the hours are the worst 9-5 and closed Sunday I can never get in to this place due to work not sure who buys stuff from the shop, people on night shift and on unemployment?

Ive purchased my bike and everthing i needed at collins.I BUT. Someone took my wheels.When i went to COLINS for new wheels they put on quick release wheels on my bike. I told them i DIDNT WANT QUICK RELEASE WHEELS. THEY WERE NOT ON MY BIKE WHEN I PURCHASED THE BIKE THERE!???They ARGUED with me about that!??When i picked up my bike???I went back AGAIN and they wanted me to purchase a wheel lock for another $20 after paying $No260 for wheels someone tookThey ARGUED again. I got upset!!The store ower is avoiding me!I cant get this fixed.I AM NOT GOING BACKNEITHER IS MY MONEY

My favorite bike shop in EugeneFirst off let me start by saying I have never bought a 1000 bike off the shelf .. I enjoy building and crafting my own bicyclesThat being saidThis is hands down my favorite shop in Eugene, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never bought a new bike from them I mainly shop there for components and tubes saddles etc..and they have always treated me just like any other of their loyal costumersMy biggest pet peavey with most of the bicycle shops in town is that you always get treated like some poser wannabe ohh you ride bikes but I never once revived that from the awesome staff ...they are always more than happy to sell me a tube, part or work on something I Dont have the time for myselfAlso for those concerned about price you need to remember this is a premium bike shop. If you want a cheap helmet or saddle go to Walmart. If you want name brand cycling gear and skilled bicycle mechanics working on or building your bike then shell out the extra money, trust me its worth it!Great staff, fair prices and they treat you like an actual costumer of their business instead of someone who is interrupting them in there personal bike toy roomAnd they have an awesome selection of bikes, gear, locks anything you need

I will never set foot in this bike shop again. The one time I shopped there, the staff were either rude or ignored me completely. The person I talked too was condescending and sarcastic. When I told him the item I tried on wasnt going to work for me, he tried to talk me into it and did not offer any other ideas. The attitude of the place overall seemed we really dont give a **** about you. Either buy whats here or go away. I have no idea how these guys are still in business.

Great shop and very helpful staff, stuff is slightly more expensive than Id like, but is good quality high end stuff generally.

Great service! Bought a bicycle mud flap and a new seat

Not good attitude and service. fixing the seat probably is tiny business for the shop. I did not have good service about seat options. They just measured and pick any seat post to me. They did not give too much options. I wont Go the shop, again.My bicycle was stolen because of the seat. After communicating and asking on Facebook, I went to this store, but the service I just wanted was to send you away. First of all, the price is different from what was talked on the Internet before. Secondly, when picking up the cushion, the store only asked me if I wanted the material at hand. There arent too many services, such as analyzing what your car can hold, what options you have, and so on. If this simple installation I serve I would rather buy it myself and DIY.
