I cant express how pleased I was with the level of customer service at this business. I was lucky to have dealt with Jared over the process of fixing my kayak. He diagnosed and fixed a leak and fixed some broken straps and bungee cords. Not only did he do top-notch quality work, but he did it so quickly that I was able to pick it up on my return trip driving back from Reno to Washington. Somehow my rack had broken coincidentally upon arriving, and he and Asher were able to fix it on the spot! Im forever grateful and cant wait to hit the water again soon! Rented two kayaks here recently and the staff was SO helpful. They helped with recommendations of where to put in and go paddling and they helped with securing the kayaks to the top of my car (and showing me how to do it on the way home). Price was reasonable for really high quality kayaks and they have a lot of other rentals available -- canoes, rafts, performance kayaks, and more.

Lots of awesome fishing and ocean kayaks, but only a handful of whitewater kayaks. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The renting process was quick, easy, and from what I know, reasonable in price. We rented a set of 5 stand-up paddle boards and had a great time with them. Customer service here was great, they showed us everything we needed to know. However it took them around 45 minutes to get the paddle boards loaded, and we had a U-Haul trailer.

A great place to not only get your boat stuff, they also carry an ultraviolet protection product, 303 for boats. Use it on your bike too.
