This store allowed someone who stole my pin # make unauthorized changes to my account without my permission. Didnt ask them for ID, didnt call to ask me (account holder) if changes were authorized. Dont trust this locally owned franchise with your personal information. Theyll let anyone make changes to your account without your permission.

Worst mobile cellphone company the store there is what I like to call a yes man to answer yes to nearly all customer questions unless its price or pay, pay, pay for calling 611 customer service with a person whom is hardly finished learning English as a second language so communication is near so not possible, or with one whom thinks they can solve the world alone anytime you ask for a manger you get disconnectedHate this location for there yes sir customer service when in the end you find out its not true the info gathered here 100%I had planned and will be speaking with the corporate office via 🐌 mail.(About other issues)

Most wireless stores just want to sell you a new phone or plan. The staff here wanted to help and I appreciated it. Instead of pushing a phone on me, they helped fix the one I had. It was very helpful and I didnt have to spend a dime whuch made it even better.

Didnt think that i had to pay an extra 3.00 because i had auto pay but my phone was cut off help me to understand

I have been in the 6th st and the Springfield store. The staff on 6th are great, always helpful and looking to save you money. Saved me $30 a month for the same plan. Thanks!

I went in to add money to my hotspot. I waited patiently, after about 3-4 minutes, a man came in who, to put it kindly, smelled strong. Id assume homeless, which is fine, what wasnt fine was the employee, skipping over me to serve him first. At first, I thought he was just getting the man attention to ask him if he was a customer, However, when the man responded Yes, he needed help with his phone, somehow that equal me being skipped. It took another 10+ minutes for the clerk to finish before I was able to get service.It shouldnt take 20 minutes+ to pay a bill.I wouldnt have been salty had I not been skipped over after already waiting patiently.My guess he thought he should serve the possibly homeless man to get him out of the store, but he ran over me to do it.

If you need cricket wireless and or have issue with the service. Stop and see these guys.. they know their stuff.. very polite and professional. Thanks so much for you help m.nyou saved me alot of money .

Well at first initially, upon entering the store I was pleased. I did say at first. My fiance asked the CSR if she could use the power outlet to charge her phone which was also purchased with cricket if she could use the outlet to charge her phone in which case the CSR said you may not use the power outlet then proceeded to tell us about previous customers who were apparently disgruntled and try to like sue them for damages to their phone for having use the power outlet. In which case I responded with she cant use your power outlet? Stumped over the fact that this CSR was holding what sounded like a personal issue with this said customer against us. I purchased the new LG Stylo 5 phone and I saw would appear to be 2 plugging holes for headphones. One of which was indeed the plug-in hole for a set of headphones as were the second hole was not a headphone plug input, but rather the hole for my stylus pen that I did not have. On this day it is 9 07 to be precise, and the store doesnt open until 11.?

I was only there to play my Harry Potter game. But they were very nice and seemed very helpful to other customers.

Clerks are very friendly, patient (I am indecisive) and helpful. The clerk helped me decide and assembled the phone. She put in the battery & sim card, transferred the data and put the case on. I am older, arthritic and tech-challenged, so I really appreciate the service!

Deal with them regularly... Have four phones on our plan. Upgrades and plan changes best handled in person...
