Ben,..at the Verizon store on Royal,..in Eugene, OR., .. helped me switch from my old Galaxy S5,..to my new Samsung A71 5G... I bought my new phone on Amazon,..during Prime Days...Great savings, by the way..Ben was patient, polite, and comfortable to be around and talk too...I highly recommend this store and especially Ben...

The team member who helped me, Tierra, was one of the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure to be helped by. She was friendly, transparent, patient, and knowledgeable. She even gave me an accurate wait time when I walked in! The store itself was clean and welcoming, and I ended up getting the best possible phone for my budget.

Dalton was our sales rep and we were very happy with his excellent customer service and friendly attitude. He made the experience of getting a new phone easy.

Called the TCC store on Royal in Eugene on Sunday due to my tablet not working. Came in and worked with Ben. He was very professional and helpful. We ordered a replacement that came in less than 24 hours. Came back to have it set up and Dalton is who helped me. Again very professional and helpful. I will continue to work with this store for any of my needs or questions. Awesome team!!!

Ben and Mike were both extremely helpful and friendly while helping us transfer service to a new account and getting another phone number added to this account. They explained everything super well in easy to understand ways and were super friendly. Plus they insured it would be the least amount of hassle to achieve this. I would recommend this location if you need any help with services.

We had a excellent experience at this Verizon location. Have had a few trips to this location and each time we were able to accomplish everything needed to be done in a timely manner with great customer service. I came into the store wanting to switch over and buy a new phone. I’ve been using android all my life and wanted to switch over to iPhone, but was very hesitant to. The nice gentleman named Ben was very helpful, professional and patient. It’s hard to find great customer service like the one I had experienced at this store. He helped me find a new plan that was right for me as well as helping me understand some cool features/ settings on the iPhone. He even helped me set up my phone, which did take a while due to my android switching all things over to my new phone. During this process his co-worker Mike was searching up some great deals for me switching over. Mike was very kind and professional. Overall I had the best experience with these two and I am happy to see that there are still people who care about making an effort or going above and beyond in customer service! I bought a new phone today and switched service to Verizon. I would like to commend Mike on his excellent customer service skills, sence of humor and extremely helpful attitude. I sincerely wish every customer service professional was as helpful and polite. Mike has always been very helpful at this store! I was absolutely apprehensive about getting a cellphone plan until I got one being helped by mike! He layed everything out for me without hidden fees and gave me tips about my phone which I love and havent upgraded just replaced(unfortunately). Always, always use this location now!

It was easier to get in and out of compared to any Verizon store. And even though I had to order what I was after because it wasnt the newest and greatest it was just what I wanted after research I got it in less than a week with a holiday thrown in there... probably will return for the next purchase...

After trying for over an hour to get Verizon help via their chat line (the people there couldnt understand my problem though I described it in different ways several times), I gave up and went to the store on Royal in Eugene. Mike Rova helped me get connected via phone to a person who understood my problem and dealt with it immediately. Talking with Mike afterwards, it was clear that he knew his stuff and was interested in helping however he could. He was very friendly and personable and the store pleasant. Ill be going there from now on instead of the nice but always very crowded one on the other side of town.

They take too long I needed to just pay my bill and I waited nearly an hour and a half so I left to another Verizon instead too slow

Mike went above and beyond this morning in his attempt to resolve my phone issue. He is always present, helpful and is a master at multi tasking. I am visiting Eugene from out of town and needed a phone holder for my Mercedes Sprinter. I called the store from Junction City and the person on the phone sounded very helpful so I went down there. The (Manager?) showed me what he had and let me try one in the van. Worked perfectly! I am sure this is a great place for your phone needs.

Dalton handled all our business and worked us some great deals. Now we have great coverage for less money than we paid for ATT. Highly recommended this store for any transactions. All employees were very knowledgeable in all phones for setting them up.

Amazing service from Dalton Iveans. He took customer service to a new level. I had a complex transfer from my old phone to my new one and Dalton stuck with it to find a solution for me. He stayed half an hour after closing to make sure my new phone was working and that all of my old data had transferred. All told I was there for 2 hours and couldnt be more appreciative of Daltons professional, calm, and personable manner. He made an usually unpleasant task surprisingly a nice experience. Hats off to him for setting the bar for customer service!

Mike was great! Service was thorough and he got us the most bang for our buck! He explained all the “fine print” in an easy to understand way and even checked into trade in for our old cruddy phone. So much better than the corporate Verizon store. More individual attention and service!!

Ben was so friendly, super helpful, and went above and beyond to make the switch to Verison from Sprint, as easy as possible. And he even stopped to help show an elderly man how to send a text message, while I was there. So sweet. That guy (Ben) is a keeper. 😀

Ben was very helpful in assisting with two phone upgrades. Went above and beyond trying to revive one dead phone to extract content. And the store was so much less crowded than the Verizon company-owned stores!

I had a complex three account upgrade, phone switch, element of Xmas surprise — I did it spur of the moment — 12/23 — and I was adamant about a budget restricting my choices.Reporting to y’all, that Joseph T. played Santa AND my husband AND sister were thrilled AND they got new iPhones AND it didn’t bust the budget.He was patient, efficient, handled simultaneous customers and transaction questions in good cheer and very clearly. Great communicator.It also involved the two of my peeps to come back in to move data. He got them in and out while working with a number of other customer, preserving order of customers, but doing the data transfers alongside other tasks so they were in the store less than 20 minutes each.I would highly recommend him to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient. Important qualities for me when I’m trying to engage with technology tools.

I had an iPhone that was a warranty replacement from Verizon/Asurion; it came from Verizon with a passcode! I called Verizon 4+ times, some times for over an hour, trying to get it reset and when that didn’t work a replacement. Nothing doing, Verizon told me I had an expensive paper weight! I took the phone into TCC, where Mike and his manager Dalton, both worked on my situation. Within an hour I walked out of the store with a functioning iPhone that they set up for me!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today I wasted my time. I was told that my problem was not with my phone and I needed a replacement. So, after much frustration, I returned to this TCC to buy a sim card to see if it corrected a faulty data connection. It did work but I was still charged for it even though I was covered by insurance and the warranty was not yet expired. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with TCC and Verizon.

We went in not sure what to expect and not only did Joseph sell us amazing phones! But he sold us three iPads in bundle and cases and screen protectors all at a very affordable price! He was extremely helpful in switching our old phones and answering any questions we had. His attention to detail and customer names also showed his work ethic has being hard working and good in customer service. He knew how to make us feel comfortable and secure in the choice we were making all while keeping the mood light and happy. I would recommend his services to other customers in the future for sure!!!!

I come out of my way from Roseburg to here just to go to this store. Amazing service and they don’t force you into hidden fees like the roseburg TCC location.

Best overall experience Ive ever had with a phone company. Considering it was Black friday, I only waited a maximum of like 30 minutes and the person who helped me, Joseph was super kind and took the time to explain my new phone, plan, and benefits of switching to Verizon. Would definitely recommend coming here as it is a warmer environment than larger corporate stores.

Same story at 4 out of 5 verizon stores. If you need help after your purchase be prepared to wait. All floor people recognize are sales. As I said all but one store on Olympic in Springfield. Been in there 4 or 5 times. Always a top notch crew. Best of the best.

Great service and helpful every time Ive gone in there. Plus they have an amazing machine that can fix your phone if you drop it into water! It totally worked on my phone and I had it back in no time in perfect working order. This is the store to go to for Verizon in Eugene!

Purchased many phones for my business over the years. Was sold a jet pack that did not work properly and was misrepresented for what it’s capabilities were.In addition I had to pay 175 bucks for getting out of a contract that came with it.TCC would not refund or credit the jet pack. We are adding another phone to our business account and offered TCC the business if they would guarantee their sale. The rep was cold and absolutely a typical millennial. I WONT BE GOING BACK!

Multiple trips to Verizon store AGAIN with a 2 month new phone on Coburg Rd, Eugene Oregon with poor services less resolving current and ongoing problems. This includes being told I needed a new phone which I purchased for 169$ out of desperation due to inability to make or receive calls. The Verizon store on W11th employees, try as they might, were unable to transfer same. Today (2 days later), I return to Verizon TCC store on Royal Ave in Eugene. As per my previous TCC experience, Neiko and Jowere able to transfer ALL my information onto my new phone. Had the Coburg Rd store been trained to do this, I would not of had to purchase another phone. I will NEVER return to any other Verizon store unless the TCC stores are discontinued.
