The guy who works there is pretty rude. I just wanted some water because I felt dizzy. Was the closest place that was open. He pointed to my bag with dog treats and a homemade smoothie and asked if it was my stuff. If youre anything but white thus place is probably fine. But over priced, muffled words, rude evening staff? Next time ill drink the rain water. Thanks.

This is a nice clean little market. Friendly, clean and convenient. My only reservation about going here is there is a charge of .50 cents to use your debit card when your purchase is under a certain amount.. i understand business explanations for this fee but, it just isnt cost effective for me to go there for small purchases using my debit card.

I just came in on 3/12 around 930 pm to buy a hyppe max flow bar (disposable vape) whixh the owner suggested I start buying about a month ago. I come in almost every other day to buy one but this time, I walked out and it did not work. I went back in to get an exchange or refund not 5 minutes after purchasing. and the kid working said the owner told him not to do this.. the worker was very nice and I understand it is not his position since he was told not to exchange products that don’t work but the owner needs to make this right and exchange or refund the broken product*Edit * the owner exchanged it with zero problems and he was very nice!! He said “we are here to help” and I’m super happy about it! Thank you 13th street market for being so kind an fixing this issues with ease

The person working today during a COVID pandemic was not wearing a mask because of a “health condition”. She was seen smoking a cigarette, stepping back into the store to help a customer WITHOUT washing her hands after mouthing her cigarette. So not to code. When there isn’t a pandemic...you are required to wash your hands after smoking prior to handling anything in the store or with customers. And now you are going to go unmasked and smoke then NOT wash your hands?! Tried calling to get a hold of manager, phone just rings and rings.

It’s 12:54 pm on the 22nd of October. I been standing outside for over 30 mins now looking at a sign that says back in 5mins. A total of 9 people have walked up to the door. I’m thinking with this action they will be closed soon for no business. Not a good place to go if you really need anything. I know they have changed owners recently and the best guy they had they moved to a different store bring him back!!!

Would be cool if the lady that works in the evening could put on a mask and it would be cool if she would enforce the rule.

Lady working tonight wasnt wearing a mask and neither were her other costumers. She was outside smoking when i showed up and didnt sanitize her hands when re entering the store. Big ooooof.
