The customer service here is astonishingly horrid. I have never seen a more incompetent group of employees. Cleanliness is out the window, every time you step in there it like you need to go home and take a shower. Everyone is rude, and takes they’re sweet, sweet time on every small task. They act like the costumers are imposing on them while they sit around and talk. It took me almost 45 minutes to get gas one time, it was me and maybe two other cars. I paid and my gas was done, so I sat and waited almost ten minutes, I got out and put the pump back. I got snapped at and told not to do that, and it’s illegal for me to do so, which it’s not. Plus I wouldn’t have too if they did they job properly. If I could give this place a negative star review I would.

The turnover of employees in the last 6 months has shown how (not) interested the ownership is. The staff is ALWAYS complaining. Guy told me this morning he didnt want to be there while the lady behind the counter grabbed food from the hot display, sat and ate with 5 people waiting in line and an open register. NONE of the current employees are remotely happy there. And since when did the question do you want your change become appropriate??? Lost my business. Owners and managers dont care.

Busy or not always fast and friendly.

Had to stop by there the other night on 5/15/20 to get some smokes, a steak (no steak but did have beef jerky), some hohos, some butter, and some petrol. Employees were on the spot. While one guys filling my tank Im kind of just looking around the pump area and its clean! I normally dont give tips at the pump but I couldnt resist, these guys were so on their jobs!

Went to buy propane bought a bottle they didn’t have it would not refund my money that I had to leave with no refund the place is a rip off I wouldn’t give him one star if I had to the young man that help me was the most disrespectful slow moving kid I’ve ever met my life

The new guy is horrible
