Was really excited to try Crumbl for the first time. Placed my order via the app. No problem. App is great. I get a call from my door dash guy that they are out of what I ordered. So I pick something else. Okay, disappointed because its the one I was looking forward to most. Disappointed because its already been paid for with no cancel option. So still excited to try what Im hearing rave reviews about. Cookies were supposed to be warm except for one. They were all cold. The chocolate chip wasnt cooked through. The Krispy bars were stale and I had a weird mint taste in the caramel twice sugar cookie that was off putting. Big let down. Not sure if it was worth the $25 spent for cookies that made me frown.

Fresh baked cookies! I can smell the sugar and butter before heading into the store. The store is clean and bright! Hopefully they can offer more drink options!

Crumbl cookies was one of my favorite places in Eugene while I lived down there. Staff was always super friendly and I always felt welcome. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs to some happiness in their life.

Crumbl doesnt offer gluten-free cookies but my husband is hooked! Each week a selection of 6 cookies are available to choose from, some classic and some unique. Prepared for you on the spot. Order in person or on the iPad in store. Curbside pick up available for online orders.

I had these cookies for the first time ever a couple of weeks ago and OMG I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on these cookies for so long! I got the Chocolate Fudge, Milk Chocolate Chip, and Funfetti cookies and let me just say, WOW! Best cookies I’ve ever had!

Forget flowers. To REALLY brighten someone’s day, get them Crumbl Cookies!! Every week has different flavors (genius!) and we have never had a bad cookie. Not even close to belong close to a bad cookie. I do not hesitate to recommend this company in every way.

Loves these cookies, the birthday cake one is my favorite. It would be awesome if you would post and entire monthly calendar of which cookies would be available each week that month. This would better accommodate familys on a budget planning.

I think semi sweet chocolate chips would be better than milk chocolate. I suggest making this a rotating flavor. Maybe all flavors can rotate?

I would have given 5 stars for this weeks cookies but when I got home with my curbside pick up, I didnt have all the right cookies. However, the cornbread cookie was really good and the original cookie with peanut butter m & ms was amazing! 😊

At our office we had the peanut butter and jelly cookies today. I love peanut butter so very excited about this. It was so good, except, the jelly was only in the very middle of the cookie. That was a let down. Dont get me wrong it was still a fabulous peanut butter cookie.

I placed an order online and it said it would be ready in 30 min so I ran other errands. I arrived and clicked I’m here. I began browsing the app because this was my first time. It crashed and I lost my place in line. I called the store and found out that the order was completed on their end so they will have to make it again and there is a ton of people in the store so I will have to wait longer. Not happy!

These cookies are absolutely amazing! I was very skeptical given the “high” price. But they’re absolutely worth it!

Havent had great luck with drive up (long waits with orders out of order and incorrect orders) but going into the store has been great. Good variety, its fun to choose new flavors every week. I love that some of last weeks flavors are available on Mondays. I wish the small cookies were available for more than catering. Wish different cookies were the consistent ones because chocolate chip and sugar cookie are some of their weakest cookies.

I think they need to work on the curbside pick up portion of the app. The time estimates are not accurate. Going inside is way faster. That said the cookies are very good and there is usually something for everyones taste buds.

Everything I have gotten has been SO good and perfectly made. I have even gotten some for people as gifts and they were not disappointed.

I ate one of their pumpkin pie cookies and delivered my baby the next day, it was that good; she had to experience it for herself on the outside!

I ordered curbside pick up at 9:30. When I showed up, they made me sit outside for 15 minutes, then told me they were closed and couldn’t fulfill my order. I complained to corporate, so they sent me a coupon. I couldn’t make this up; the coupon was already used. Hey, thanks for the coupon that’s no good to say sorry for your service that was also no good. The cookies are decent, but not worth any of this. Peace out, Crumble.

I guess I get it - there’s like 10 products, but I’d never been in before and I was expecting more customer service.The cookies were good, not great. Super rich. I didn’t know they even existed (even though my bank is in the same lot) until a friend recommended it. I don’t think I would have tried it for a while because they are on the spendy side, but was gifted a box of 4. I have been hooked since then. Now I order from there once a week as a “Treat Yo Self” reward after a really rough day/ week. The only cookie I was not a fan of is their frosted sugar cookie. The icing has an odd artificial taste, but every other cookie I have tried has been DELICIOUS! They even make and sell their own ice cream, but I have not tried it yet. Great staff, their app is great and easy to use. I would highly recommend to anyone who likes sweets.
